Die verbundenen Kerne werden mit einer Greifer¬ und Transportvorrichtung 10 von der Verbindungsstelle zur "Aufgabestation" der Schwärzemaschine gebracht und dort auf die Lochgreifer 1 aufgesteckt (pro Takt drei verbundene Kerne) . Danach wird das Transport¬ band 2 um einen Takt weiterbewegt (1.200 mm) . Über ein direkt nach dem Start von der Auflaufleiste ab¬ rollendes Nockenventil 4 wird Luft über die Ringlei¬ tung 3 zu den Lochgreifern 1 geleitet, die sich gegen die Kernwand pressen und damit die Kerne in Position halten. Nach zwei Takten ist die Kerngruppe nach unten hängend in der "Tauchstation" . Hier werden die Kerne durch Anheben eines mit Schwärze gefüllten Beckens ge¬ flutet. Bei den weiteren Taktstrecken tropft die über¬ flüssige Schwärze in ein Becken. An der "Ubergabesta- tion" werden die Lochgreifer 1 durch Auflaufen eines weite¬ ren Nockenventiles 11 auf eine Schiene luftlos gemacht, so daß die Kerngruppe mit einem weiteren Greif- und Transportgerät zu den Trockenöfen gebracht werden kann.The connected cores are brought with a gripper and transport device 10 from the connection point to the "feed station" of the blackening machine and are placed there on the hole grippers 1 (three connected cores per cycle).
