Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Lagesicherung der im Oberbegriff der nebengeordneten Ansprüche 1 und 2 angegebenen Art.The invention relates to a device for securing the position specified in the preamble of the independent claims 1 and 2.

Es ist bekannt, bei schweren Abdeckplatten für Schächte nahe dem Plattenrand einen verdrehbaren Riegel vorzusehen, der bei in den Falz eingelegter Platte von oben mit einem Steckschlüssel verdreht wird und in der Sicherungsstellung in eine im Falz oder in der Wandung darunter vorgesehene Ausnehmung eingreift. Bei kleineren Abdeckungen wird auch ein über die ganze Unterfläche der Abdeckung greifender Bügel verwendet (CH-A-675 265), dessen Enden beim Verdrehen in Wandausnehmnungen oder unter an der Wandung angeformte Vorsprünge fassen. Der Aufwand hierfür ist groß, und die genaue Verriegelungslage ist schwierig zu erfassen. Die Abdeckung läßt sich dann nicht mehr herausheben. Nachteilig ist der zusätzliche Aufwand zur Anordnung der Ausnehmungen im Falz oder in der Wandung. Bei runden Abdeckungen muß die Abdeckung exakt positioniert in den Falz eingelegt werden, damit der Riegel in die vorgesehenen Aussparungen einzugreifen vermag. Bei modernen, vorwiegend aus Kunststoff bestehenden Abdeckungen in der Abwassertechnik hat man aus diesen Gründen bisher solche Sicherungsvorrichtungen nicht verwendet. Deshalb werden solche nicht gesicherten Platten oft gestohlen oder aus scherzhaften oder böswilligen Motiven entnommen. Auch kann es vorkommen, daß sie bei häufigem Überfahren, durch Überdruck oder durch Erschütterung aus dem Falz herausgehoben werden
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine baulich einfache Sicherungsvorrichtung zu schaffen, die insbesondere für aus Kunststoff bestehende Abdeckungen brauchbar ist und bei der es unerheblich ist, wie der die Abdeckung aufnehmende Falz gestaltet ist.

Eine Abdeckung P, beispielsweise von kreisrunder Form und ohne Durchlässe, ist ein Verschlußteil einer Öffnung eines Schachtes oder eines Gullys und ist dazu bestimmt, in einen Falz F (Figur 4) einer solchen Halterung H oder eines Rahmens bündig eingelegt zu werden. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform der Abdeckung P gemäß Figur 1 sind zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Sicherungsvorrichtungen S nahe dem Rand R der Abdeckung in dieser angeordnet. Für jede Sicherungsvorrichtung ist eine Aufnahme A in der Abdeckung vorgesehen, in der ein Verstellelement V für ein Eingriffselement E, in diesem Fall drehbar, gelagert ist. Zum Drehen des Verstellelementes dient beispielsweise ein Drehschlitz D. Das Sicherungselement E ist zwischen einer Sicherungsstellung (Figur 1, linke Seite) und einer Passivstellung (Figur 1, rechte Seite) verstellbar. In der Sicherungsstellung tritt das Sicherungselement E über den Rand R vor und mit dem Falz F in einen Eingriff. In der Passivstellung ist das Sicherungselement E hingegen hinter den Rand R der Abdeckung P zurückgezogen. Oberhalb des Auslasses 7 läuft eine Ringnut 6 für eine dort anzubringende Dichtung um. An den Kopf 10 schließt sich ein nach unten bis in die Aussparung 5 ragender Schaft 11 an. Im Kopf 10 ist eine umlaufende Nut 12 für einen Dichtungsring 13 vorgesehen, der den Kopf 10 auch gegen ungewolltes Verdrehen sichert. Der Schaft 11 besitzt zumindest über einen Teil seiner axialen Erstreckung einen unrunden Querschnitt 14, an den sich eine Haltenut 15 für einen Sicherungsring 16 anschließt, mit dem auf dem unrunden Querschnitt 14 das Sicherungsselement E undrehbar und axial gesichert festgelegt ist. Das Sicherungselement E ist eine Schneidklinge 17, z. B. aus Stahlblech, die einen Schneidbereich 18 mit einer zweiseitig angeschärften Schneide 19 besitzt. Die Schneidklinge 17 ist (nicht dargestellt) beidseitig abgeflacht, so daß sie annähernd rechteckige Gestalt hat. Ggfs. liegt der Ring 21 auch an einer Wand 22 der Aussparung 5 an. Zum Verformen des Ringes 21 dient ein Kompressionsteil K, das auf dem unteren Ende des Schaftes 11 angeordnet ist. Es besteht aus einem unteren Druckring 23 und einem oberen Druckring 24, die an ihren zueinander weisenden Stirnflächen schräge Rampen 25, 26 aufweisen. Der Druckring 23 ist über eine Nut 30 und einen Stift 31 undrehbar mit dem Schaft 11 verbunden. Der Sicherungsring 16 sichert den Druckring 23 gegen ein Herabfallen nach unten. Der andere Druckring 24 liegt an der Unterseite des Ringes 21 an. Ggfs. besitzt er eine geriffelte Stirnfläche, um vom Ring 21 an einem Mitdrehen mit dem Druckring 23 gehindert zu werden. Durch Verdrehen des Druckringes 23 laufen die Rampen 25, 26 aneinander ab, wodurch der obere Druckring 24 den Ring 21 zusammenquetscht, bis dieser durch den Auslaß 7 austritt und mit dem Falz (siehe Figur 4) F in Reibschluß tritt. Eine Rastnase 28 an der Rampe 25 fällt in eine Vertiefung 27 der Rampe 26, so daß die beiden Druckringe 23, 24 in der Sicherungsstellung des Sicherungselementes E miteinander verrastet sind. Zum Lösen des Reibschlusses braucht der Drehbolzen nur in der entgegengesetzten Richtung verschraubt zu werden, bis der Ring 21 sich wieder entspannt und hinter den Rand R zurücktritt. Zum Bewegen oder Verformen des Eingriffselementes wäre es denkbar, einen Exzenter, einen verschiebbaren Keil oder einen Schwenkhebel zu benutzen.In the embodiment according to FIG. 7, the ring 21 is supported with its upper end face on the wall 29 of the recess 5. Claims (19)

  1. A device for securing the position of a plate-type cover (P) inserted in a rebate (F) of a frame (H) of a gully or shaft opening, with at least one securing element (E) mounted in the cover (P) and capable of being brought from a passive position into a securing position, and cooperating in this action with the frame (H), which element is actuable by an adjusting element (V) accessible from the top of the cover (P) and which, in the securing position, projects beyond the edge contour of the cover (P) and secures the cover (P) against extraction from the rebate (F); characterized in that the securing element (E) is a cutter blade (17) with a self-cutting zone (18) which provides a form fit and force fit with the smooth-walled rebate (F) in the securing position.
  2. A device for securing the position of a plate-type cover (P) inserted in a rebate (F) of a frame (H) of a gully or shaft opening, with at least one securing element (E) mounted in the cover (P) and capable of being brought from a passive position into a securing position, and cooperating in this action with the frame (H), which element is actuable by an adjusting element (V) accessible from the top of the cover (P) and which, in the securing position, projects beyond the edge contour of the cover (P) and secures the cover (P) against extraction from the rebate (F); characterized in that the securing element (E) is a resilient annular body (21) made of rubber or an elastomer; and that its adjusting element (V) has a compression component (K) which, in the securing position, expands the annular body (21) in its width so that a vertical frictional fit is obtained with the rebate (F).
  3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that in the circumference of the cover (P), several securing devices (S) are arranged, distributed near the cover edge (R).
  4. A device according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the adjusting element (V) is a turning pin (B) with a head (10) disposed at the top, and a shaft (11) reaching down into a plate recess (5) near the bottom of the cover (P); that inside the recess (5) the cutter blade (17) is fixed secured against rotation on the shaft (11); and that the recess (5) has an outlet (7) for the cutter blade towards the edge (R) of the cover (P).
  5. A device according to at least one of claims 1, 3 or 4, characterized in that the cutting zone (18) of the cutter blade (17) is - in the direction of rotation of the turning Pin (B) - formed in a round shape, preferably in a circular arc shape with the axis of the turning pin (B) as the centre.
  6. A device according to at least one of claims 1, 4 or 5, characterized in that the cutter blade (17) is flattened on both sides.
  7. A device according to at least one of claims 1, 4 to 6, characterized in that the shaft (11) of the turning pin (B) has, in at least one axially delimited section, a non-round cross-section (14); and that the cutter blade (17) has a non-round fitting opening for fitting on the non-round cross-section (14).
  8. A device according to at least one of Claims 1, 4 to 7, characterized in that in the cutting zone (18), provision is made for a cutting edge (19) that is obliquely sharpened on one side or both sides, preferably with a cutting angle lying between 20 and 40°.
  9. A device according to at least one of claims 1, 3 to 8, characterized in that the cover (P), the rebate (F) and the turning pin (B) are made of a plastic material, and the cutter blade of sheet steel.
  10. A device according to at least one of claims 1, 3 or 4, characterized in that the cutter blade (17) is disposed closer to the bottom of the cover than a gasket peripherally arranged in the edge (R) of the cover (P).
  11. A device according to at least one of claims 4, 5, 7 and 9, characterized in that the turning pin (B) is disposed with a sealing ring (13) as a means preventing rotation, in a bore (1) of the cover (P).
  12. A device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the adjusting element (V) is a turning pin (B) disposed approximately perpendicularly to the cover plane, with a head (10) disposed on top and with a shaft (11) reaching down to a recess (5) of the cover (P) disposed at the bottom; that the securing element (E) consisting of rubber or an elastomer is a body secured in the recess (5); that at least one compression component (K) is connected to the shaft (11), by means of which the body can be deformed as the turning pin (P) is rotated; and that from the recess (5), there leads an outlet (7) for at least a portion of the periphery of the body towards the edge (R) of the cover (P).
  13. A device according to claim 2 or 12, characterized in that the body is a ring (21) fitted on the shaft (11) and deformable by squashing between the compression component (K) and a side (29, 37) of the recess (5); and that the outlet (7) is slightly narrower than the diameter of the undeformed ring (21), and approximately as high as the latter.
  14. A device according to claim 2, 12 or 13, characterized in that the compression component (K) consists of two thrust rings (23, 24) concentrically arranged on the shaft (11) which have saw tooth-type ramps (25, 26) facing towards each other, in which arrangement the thrust ring (23) remote from the ring (21) made of a deformable material is joined axially to the shaft (11) secured for rotation, while the other thrust ring (24) bears loosely on the ring (21) and, as the shaft (11) is rotated, can be prevented from rotating therewith by the ring (21), and can be raised over the ramps (25, 26) sliding on one another.
  15. A device according to one of claims 2, 12 to 14, characterized in that on each occasion the ramp (25) of one thrust ring (24) can, in a position corresponding to the securing position of the ring (21), be engaged with the ramp (26) of the other thrust ring (23) opposed thereto, by means of a catch connection (27, 28) which is releasable by rotation.
  16. A device according to one of claims 2, 3 or 12, characterized in that the turning pin (B) has an external thread (32) on its shaft (11) and can be screwed into a threaded bore (33) of the cover (P); that a thrust plate (35) bears on the ring (21) seated in the recess (5) on a wall (37); and that the end of the shaft (11) can be brought to act on the thrust plate (35) so as to squash the ring (21) between the thrust plate (35) and the wall (37).
  17. A device according to one of claims 2, 3 or 12, characterized in that the turning pin (B) has an external thread (32) on its shaft (11) passing through the ring (21) supported in the recess (5) on an upper side (29), is supported with its head (10) for rotation in the cover (P), and can be screwed into a pressure plate (35) having an internal thread (36), which plate is provided to bear on the ring on the side of the ring (21) opposite to that of the side (29).
  18. A device according to one of claims 1 to 17, characterized in that in the head (10) of the turning pin (B), provision is made for a rotary slot (D) and/or a hexagonal recess.
  19. A device according to claim 18, characterized in that the rotary slot (D) is aligned parallel to the cutter blade (17) and is designed as an arrow mark.
