Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorspinnmaschine der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Gattung.The invention relates to a roving machine of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.

Trotz gewisser energetischer und antriebstechnischer Vorzüge dieses Maschinentyps, besteht ein grundsätzlicher Nachteil darin, daß bei einer Störung oder einem Ausfall nur eines einzigen Aggregats in einer Spinneinheit, die gesamte Maschine stillgesetzt werden muß, bis der Schaden behoben ist. Die Erfindung bringt u.a. den Vorteil, daß die einzelnen Sektionen der Vorspinnmaschine autonom arbeiten können, da sie nur durch den zentralen Leitrechner zu einer Gesamtmaschine verknüpft sind. Bei einer Störung eines Aggregats in einer Spinneinheit muß daher nur die zugehörige Sektion abgeschaltet bzw. stillgesetzt werden, wobei alle Spinneinheiten der anderen Sektionen normal weiterarbeiten können. Über längere Betriebszeiten ergibt sich dadurch eine erhebliche Verminderung der Totzeiten und eine entsprechende Steigerung der Gesamtleistung der Maschine. Der durch die vergrößerte Anzahl an Antriebsmotoren bedingte Mehraufwand wird durch die Vereinfachung der Getriebezüge und durch ein verbessertes Steuerverhalten der Einzelaggregate kompensiert. Der Energieverbrauch reduziert sich durch die verrringerte Anzahl an mechanischen Baugruppen und das sektionsweise Stillsetzen der Funktionseinheiten. Die Bewegungsübertragung wird durch die verkürzten Übertragungswege zwischen den Antrieben und zugehörigen Aggregaten exakter, was zu einem exakteren Spulenaufbau führt.     the spinning machine is divided in independent sections (SE1 to SEn) each having a plurality of spinning units (S1 to Sm), wherein the aggregates (SF, SP, SW) of the same type of the spinning units (S1 to Sm) of each section (SE1 to SEn) are commonly driven respectively by an own separately controlled driving motor (A11 to A16), and that all driving units are connected to a main computer overriding the sections.
  2. Roving frame according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the driving motors of each section are associated with a control unit and an operating computer (B1 to Bn) resp.
  3. Roving frame according to claims 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    said control units (B1 to Bn) of all sections (SE1 to SEn) are connected to a main computer (LR).
  4. Roving frame according to claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that
    said each section (SE1 to SEn) comprises an independent supporting structure (GB) for the spinning units (S1 to Sm) having a motor-operated moveable bobbin rail (SPW).
