Die Erfindung betrifft einen Adapter zum Anschluß an mehrphasige, U-förmig ausgebildete, handelsübliche Stromschienen, mit einem eine Verriegelungseinrichtung sowie federnde Kontaktzungen aufweisenden, in die jeweilige Stromschiene zumindest teilweise eintauchenden Gehäuse und einem innerhalb des Gehäuses angeordneten elektronischen Transformator, dessen Ausgang als Niedervolt-Anschluß insbesondere für Strahlerleuchten ausgebildet ist.The invention relates to an adapter for connection to multi-phase, U-shaped, commercially available busbars, with a locking device and resilient contact tongues, at least partially immersed in the respective busbar housing and an electronic transformer arranged within the housing, the output of which as a low-voltage connection is designed in particular for spotlights.
Ein derartiger Adapter ist beispielsweise aus dem DE-GM 88 00 307 bekannt. Hierbei wird an ein bestehendes Gehäuse mit Verriegelungsvorrichtung, Kontakten und elektrischen Anschlußmitteln ein zweites, den Transformator aufnehmendes Gehäuseteil angebaut. Die beiden Gehäuse sind sowohl elektrisch als auch mechanisch lösbar miteinander verbunden. Der erfindungsgemäße Adapter ist insofern vorteilhaft, als er mit seinem Gehäuse in handelsübliche Stromschienen mit drei Phasenleitern tief eintaucht. Der zugehörige schmale Gehäuseabschnitt nimmt dabei nahezu die gesamte elektronische Schaltung des Transformators auf, so daß der vorhandene Freiraum zwischen den Schenkeln der Stromschiene optimal genutzt wird. Lediglich der massive, in seinen Abmessungen jedoch minimierte Ausgangsübertrager ist im niedrig gehaltenen Gehäuseabschnitt außerhalb der Stromschiene angeordnet. Das gesamte, optisch gefällige Adaptergehäuse ist dabei nicht breiter als die Stromschiene selbst und kommt formal einem Stromabnehmer für Normalspannung nahe. Das sehr klein aufbauende Gehäuse wird besonders durch eine T-förmige Anordnung von zwei miteinander verbundenen Schaltungsplatinen für den elektronischen Transformator erreicht, wobei der Ausgangsübertrager "hängend" auf der der Stromschiene abgekehrten Seite der einen Schaltungsplatine angeordnet ist. Außerdem ist der aus der Stromschiene vorstehende Gehäuseabschnitt an den beiden Längsseiten stufenförmig ausgebildet, so daß sich dort Bedienungselemente für einen Lichtstärke-Regler sowie zur Phasenwahl unauffällig anordnen lassen.The adapter according to the invention is advantageous in that it deeply immerses its housing in commercially available busbars with three phase conductors. Der Adapter hat ein längliches Gehäuse (1), das im wesentlichen aus zwei, eine Vielzahl von Bauteilen aufnehmenden Halbschalen (1a, 1b) gebildete ist. Die beiden Halbschalen mit in Längsrichtung einer nicht dargestellten Stromschiene orientierter Trennfuge (1c) werden nach der Montage der Einbauteile gegenseitig verbunden und bilden zusammen ein geschlossenes, schlankgeformtes Gehäuse mit einem stegartigen schmaleren Gehäuseabschnitt (1') und einem breiteren, an den Längsenden gerundet ausgebildeten Gehäuseabschnitt (1''). Der schmalere Gehäuseabschnitt (1') ist in seiner Höhe und Breite auf den Freiraum zwischen den Schenkeln der U-förmigen, handelsüblichen Stromschiene abgestimmt und füllt diesen nahezu aus.The adapter has an elongated housing (1) which is essentially formed from two half shells (1a, 1b) which accommodate a large number of components. Der neben den Kontaktzungen und Verriegelungsmitteln liegende etwa gleichgroße Teilbereich des schmaleren Gehäuseabschnittes (1') nimmt eine Schaltungsplatine (4a) als Baugruppe eines elektronischen Transformators (4) auf, der die Netzspannung der Stromschiene vorzugsweise auf 12 Volt herunter transformiert. Die Schaltungsplatine (4a) mit nahezu allen elektronischen Bauteilen (4b) des Transformators taucht tief in den stegförmigen Gehäuseabschnitt (1') ein, füllt diesen in Schienenlängsrichtung aus und ist ihrerseits auf ihrer Schmalseite mit einer zweiten Schaltungsplatine (4c) verbunden, so daß sich in der Seitenansicht eine umgekehrt T-förmige Anordnung der beiden Schaltungsplatinen (4a, 4c) ergibt (Fig. 3). Die in einer waagerechten Ebene angeordnete Schaltungsplatine (4c) nimmt an ihrer Unterseite als wesentliches Bauteil einen massiven Ausgangsübertrager (4d) auf, der in seinen Abmessungen sehr klein gehalten und optimal auf den Adapter abgestimmt ist. Seine Bauhöhe gibt die Höhe des breiteren Gehäuseabschnittes (1'') vor, so daß aufgrund sehr niedriger Bauhöhen und seiner "hängenden" Anordnung das Gehäuse im Betriebszustand nur wenig aus der Stromschiene hervorsteht. Der eine Gesamtlänge von maximal 190 mm aufweisende Adapter ist im breiteren Gehäuseabschnitt (1'') an den beiden Enden jeweils stufenförmig verkürzt ausgebildet, so daß im eingebauten Zustand des Adapters von der Gesamtlänge nur eine flache Zone mit etwa 9 mm Höhe sichtbar ist. Hingegen ist das überwiegende, sichtbare Bauvolumen in der Länge auf etwa 130 mm reduziert und zusätzlich an den Enden verrundet (Fig. 1, Fig. 2). An der stufig abgesetzten Unterseite des Adapters sind insbesondere Betätigungseinrichtungen für einen integrierten Lichtstärke-Regler (5) sowie für einen mit den Kontaktzungen (2) zusammenwirkenden Phasenwähler (6) angeordnet, die damit für eine Bedienungsperson gut zugänglich sind.The adapter, which has a total length of a maximum of 190 mm, is formed in a stepwise shortening at the two ends in the wider housing section (1 ''), so that when the adapter is installed, only a flat zone with a height of approximately 9 mm is visible from the overall length. Gleiches gilt für einen nicht gezeigten Betätigungshebel im verkürzten Teil des breiteren Gehäuseabschnittes (1''), der mit den Verriegelungsmitteln (3) als wesentlichen Bauteilen der Verriegelungseinrichtung zusammenwirkt. In diesem Bereich des Gehäuses sind in der bevorzugten Ausführungsform an dessen Unterseite zwei Niedervolt-Steckverbindungen (7) angeordnet, die als direkte Anschlüsse von nicht gezeigten Strahlerleuchten dienen. Solche Niedervolt-Strahler können damit im Design ohne Rücksicht auf einen eigenen Transformator ausgebildet sein, während der erfindungsgemäße Adapter mit eingebautem elektronischen Transformator in seinem Bauvolumen nur geringfügig von bekannten Formen eines Universal-Adapters für Normalspannung abweicht.The same applies to an operating lever, not shown, in the shortened part of the wider housing section (1 ''), which interacts with the locking means (3) as essential components of the locking device.
