Abstract

In a pin-on badge formed from a profiled plastic section (1) and an attachment pin (2), the profiled plastic section has a holder (3) for a push-in strip (4) and a guide channel (5) for the attachment pin (2). The guide channel is of C-shaped design and permits the closed attachment pin (2) to be pushed from one of the two sides into the guide channel (5). A stop (10) serves to lock the attachment pin in the guide channel (5) and is formed by a recess introduced into one of the lips (14, 15) of the part of the profiled plastic section (1) forming the guide channel (5). <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ansteckschild aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff mit einer Aufnahme für einen als Informationsträger ausgebildeten Einschubstreifen und einer an seiner Rückseite angeordneten Anstecknadel, die einen mit seitlichen Vorsprüngen versehenen Verankerungsschenkel und einen mit diesem verbundenen, die eigentliche Nadel bildenden Befestigungsschenkel aufweist.The invention relates to a badge made of transparent plastic with a receptacle for a slide-in strip designed as an information carrier and a badge arranged on its rear side, which has an anchoring leg provided with lateral projections and a fastening leg connected to it and forming the actual needle.

Das in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellte Ansteckschild besteht aus einem extrudierten Kunststoffprofilabschnitt 1 und einer Anstecknadel 2. Der Kunststoffprofilabschnitt 1 bildet einerseits eine zum Rücken hin partiell offene Aufnahme 3 für einen Einschubstreifen 4 und andererseits einen C-förmigen Führungskanal 5 für einen Verankerungsschenkel 6 der Anstecknadel 2. Der Verankerungsschenkel 6 der Anstecknadel 2 geht an seinem einen Ende über einen bogenförmigen Abschnitt 7 in einen Befestigungsschenkel 8 über. Das andere Ende des Verankerungsschenkels 6 formt einen Haken 9 für das spitze Ende des Befestigungsschenkels 8 der Anstecknadel 2. Zur Sicherung der Lage der Anstecknadel 2 im Führungskanal 5 dient ein von einer in den Führungskanal 5 ragenden napfförmigen Vertiefung gebildeter Anschlag 10, der eine Rastnase formende Anschlag 10 ragt dabei in einen von zwei versetzt zur Längsachse des Verankerungsschenkels 6 angeordneten bogenförmigen Vorsprüngen 11 und 12. Es versteht sich, daß der Anschlag 10 vor oder nach dem Einführen der Anstecknadel 2 in den Führungskanal 5 hergestellt werden kann. Dies deshalb, weil die beiden, einen Schlitz 13 begrenzenden Lippen 14 und 15 des Führungskanales 5 ebenso wie der gesamte Kunststoffprofilabschnitt 1 hochelastisch sind. Die Elastizität des Kunststoffprofilabschnittes 1 wird zusätzlich ausgenutzt, indem der den Führungskanal 5 bildende Teil des Kunststoffprofilabschnittes 1 mit seinem unteren Ende 16 federnd gegen die Rückseite des Einschubstreifens 4 drückt und diesen in der für ihn vorgesehenen Aufnahme 3 festklemmt.The badge shown in Figures 1 to 3 consists of an extruded plastic profile section 1 and a pin 2. Claims

A badge made of transparent plastics material and comprising a holder (3) for an insertion strip (4) for carrying information and a pin (2) disposed at the back and comprising an anchoring arm (6) formed with lateral projections (11, 12) and a securing arm (8) connected to the anchoring arm and constituting the actual pin, characterised in that the lateral projections (11, 12) on the anchoring arm (6) of the pin (2) are mounted in a C-shaped guide channel (5) and are inhibited from slipping out of the channel by at least one abutment (10).
A badge according to claim 1, characterised in that the projections (11, 12) on the anchoring arm (6) are curved.
A badge according to claim 2, characterised in that the abutment (10) is a lug projecting into at least one of the curves formed by the projections (11, 12).
A badge according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the guide channel (5) and the holder (3) for the insertion strip (4) are made of a portion of an extruded plastics material section member.
A badge according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the guide channel (5) is a clamping element which presses resiliently against the back of the insertion strip (4).
