In order to attach the cross lamella to an outside reflector by machine in a simple manner, a straight lip on the bottom of the cross lamella is designed as a bracket edge and can be driven into the outside reflector, ana the walls of the cross lamella feature outward breaks which penetrate the cut-out in the outside reflector and when locked rest against the outside of the outside reflector.

Description

Leuchtenraster Luminaire grid
The invention relates to a luminaire grid with curved outer reflectors and transverse lamellae with an approximately V-shaped cross section, each of which is inserted through corresponding cutouts in the outer reflectors, the walls of the transverse lamella having stop edges on the upper side , which rest on the inside of the outer reflectors.
Such a luminaire grid is already known from DE 30 05 762. In this known luminaire grid, the transverse lamella is provided with a transverse slot on the underside, the lower edge of each cutout of the external reflectors being inserted into a transverse slot of a transverse lamella for fastening the transverse lamella to the outer reflector.
With this luminaire grid, the cross lamella had to be hung in the outer reflector in the form of a circular movement in order to mount the two parts in the correct position, i.e. H. to bring the cross lamella into the outer reflector. For this purpose, the transverse slit of the transverse lamella was first inserted into the cutout of the outer reflector and then the transverse lamella was pivoted onto the outer reflector with a circular arc movement, projections were also provided on the outer reflector, which latched into assigned locking slots on the transverse lamellae.
The assembly of the transverse slats on the assigned external reflectors could therefore only be done in a complex manner, which could not be carried out mechanically. The present invention is therefore based on the object of achieving a fastening between a transverse lamella and an external reflector of a luminaire grid, which can be carried out mechanically in a simple manner.
To achieve the object, the invention is characterized in that a straight nose retractable into the outer reflector is formed as a stop edge on the underside of the transverse lamella, and that each wall of the transverse lamella has an outwardly pointing shoulder, which has the cutout in the outer reflector reaches through and clicks against the outside of the outer reflector.
In the luminaire grid according to the invention, a stop edge is accordingly provided on the upper side of the transverse lamella and, furthermore, according to the invention, a straight nose is also formed as a stop edge on the underside of the transverse lamella, the transverse lamella being inserted in a straight line into the cutout of an external reflector can and then lock the paragraphs on the cross blades on the outside of the outer reflector.
With the described, novel fastening, it is now possible for the first time that the transverse lamella can be moved in the direction of its longitudinal axis into the cutout of the outer reflector perpendicular to it, which results in the transverse lamella automatically locking in the cutout of the outer reflector. According to the invention, a pivoting movement, as is otherwise necessary for inserting the transverse lamella in a known luminaire grid, can now be dispensed with. This enables simple mechanical assembly of such transverse lamellae in assigned external reflectors. The attachment of such heels is particularly simple and the nose or the stop edges can also be punched out in a simple manner, which results in an inexpensive insert part without complex deformations. Such a shoulder can be produced by bending the material of the transverse lamella to form an outwardly deformed * edge which protrudes from the plane of the transverse lamella. It is also possible to produce this paragraph by forming a bead.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that the front edges of the transverse lamella are conically bent inwards in the longitudinal direction of the transverse lamella in the manner of wedge surfaces.
The bending of the front edges of the transverse lamella can be accomplished in a simple manner, and in connection with the conical wedge surfaces there is a simple centric entry into the cutout of the outer reflector.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the nose has inclined edges in the direction of insertion, which on the one hand correspond to the outer contour of the outer reflector and on the other hand are directed perpendicular to the cross section of the outer reflector. So the nose fits positively on one side of the outer reflector.
In this way, inlet edges are created in the area of the nose, which secure the transverse lamella on the underside in the area of the cutout of the outer reflector after the retraction. The invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of drawings which illustrate only one embodiment. Here, from the drawings and their description, further features and advantages of the invention that are essential to the invention emerge.

In Fig. 1, an outer reflector 2 is shown with a section 3 of FIG. 3, in which a transverse lamella 1 is inserted. Of FIG. 1 it is seen that a retractable at the bottom of Q uer¬ lamella 1 in the outer reflector 2 straight nose 8 is formed as a stop edge, and that the walls 4, 5 of Fig. 2, the cross lamella 1 outwardly facing paragraphs 9 3 which pass through the cutout 3 according to FIG. 3 in the outer reflector 2 and rest here on the outer side 10 of the outer reflector 2 in a latching manner over their entire length.
On the upper side of the transverse lamella 1, as can also be seen from FIG. 2, a stop edge 6 is formed which bears on the inside 7 of the outer reflector 2.
The nose 8 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 arises in connection with edges 12 and 13 by bending the transverse lamella 1 according to FIG. 4 along the bending line 20.
The nose 8 here forms edges 12, 13 which run obliquely in the direction of insertion - in particular according to FIG. 1 - which here correspond on the one hand to the edge 13 of the outer contour of the outer reflector 2 and on the other hand here the edge 12 perpendicular to the cross section of the external reflector 2 are directed.
When installing the transverse lamella 1 in the region of the cutout 3 of the outer reflector 2, the nose 8 moves in a straight direction to the lower edge 19 of the cutout 3 according to FIG. 3, while the stop edge 6 bears against the inner side 7 of the outer reflector 2 is coming.
Mit dieser Ausbildung wird eine linienförmige konturengerechte Anlage der Querlamelle 1 an dem Außen¬ reflektor 2 gewährleistet.4, paragraphs 9 can be seen, which are preferably produced by folding the material, whereby by bending along the bending line 20 according to FIG. 4, a V-shaped cross section of the transverse lamella is created with lateral over the surfaces of the walls 4, 5 to the outside indicative paragraphs 9. Furthermore, the front edges 11 of FIG. 4 of the transverse lamella 1 are conically bent inwards in the manner of wedge surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the transverse lamella, as a result of which the wedge surfaces 17 are formed according to FIG. 2. The transverse lamella 1 can be pushed particularly easily into the cutout 3 according to FIG. 3 via these wedge surfaces 17, the paragraphs 9 passing through the cutout 3 and then resting against the outside 10 of the outer reflector 2 according to FIG. 1. With this design, a linear contour-conforming contact of the transverse lamella 1 on the outer reflector 2 is ensured.
The stop edge 6 and the nose 8 hold the transverse lamella on the inner side 7 of the outer reflector 2 in the opposite direction to the shoulders 9.
According to FIG. 1, it can be seen that in connection with the wedge surfaces 17 according to FIG. 2, the edge 13 and the inlet slope 14 facilitate the insertion of the transverse lamella 1 into the cutout 3.
In addition, a bevel 16 is also formed on the end face of the transverse lamella 1 in the area of the wedge surfaces 17, as is a leading edge 18, so that the transverse lamella easily slides into the cutout 3 even if the transverse lamella is accidentally placed obliquely on the cutout ¬ can be pushed.
From FIG. 1 in conjunction with FIG. 2 it can thus be seen that in order to facilitate the insertion of the transverse lamella into the cutout 3 and to hold the transverse lamella securely, wedge surfaces 17 are provided with conical bends pointing inwards, whereby the wedge surfaces 17 themselves have a bevel 16 and a leading edge 15. In connection with the stop edge 6, which has an inlet bevel 14, and with the nose 8, which a has inclined leading edge 13, the transverse lamella can thus be retracted into the cutout 3 in a simple manner with a simple insertion movement without further pivoting.
3 that guides 3 are formed on the upper side of the cutout in order to achieve a certain centering in connection with the stop edge 6 on the walls 4, 5 of the transverse lamella 1.
