Description

The invention relates to a hospital room wall light, the channel-like housing of which is provided with electrical installation parts and a cross-sectionally U-shaped mounting frame on its housing base.

Such a lamp is known from DE-PS 18 05 837, in which in the channel-like housing extending over several beds with various installation parts, such as user sockets and connection elements, provided mounting frame units are accommodated, each consisting of a housing-fixed subframe and an exchangeable, In cross-section there are U-shaped upper frames, the upper and lower frames lie on each other during operation and are connected to one another at one end by a releasable joint and at the other end by a closure. The releasable joint there consists of a joint block provided on the lower frame with an upwardly directed run-up area and of an upper joint part provided on the upper frame which can be hooked onto the joint block. The joint block is formed from an angle piece with a vertical part and a horizontal part, which forms an upwardly directed ramp surface at the end, and the joint top part is formed by a tab with a recess that can be hooked under the horizontal angle piece part. The closure on the lower frame has two guide flanks, on which the upper frame is guided by means of a guide bushing and which receive a spring-loaded catch between them, which holds the two frames in the working position by snapping onto the guide bushing. The two guide flanks of the closure form a tapered guide part in which the detent, which also tapered upward, is held in the detent position by a spring which is supported between the detent and the guide part and is arranged so as to be retractable into the guide part in the unlocking position. Also connected to the body frame unit or its upper frame are the mount supports and in each case an elongated fluorescent lamp which forms the general upward-illuminating room lighting. The user sockets held on the upper frame protrude through the lower frame and through openings in the housing base and are therefore accessible from the underside of the lamp housing.

The joint and lock training on this interchangeable mounting frame are technically complex. In view of the relatively large length of the frames, adequate guidance on the hinge side and a secure closure that takes the pivoting process into account is required.

Some considerations to improve such a fastening can be found in the literature:

According to DE-OS 27 01 518, the connection of two comparable luminaire housing parts is effected by a snap connection, lugs being formed on one housing part, which engage in slots on the other housing part, which must be bent back for assembly.

Bevels of the front edges of such noses with undercut locking edges are known from AT-PS 247 970 when connecting lighting parts.

According to FR-PS 20 56 437, a spring-loaded latching connection of a lamp part at two angles formed on the lamp housing is also known.

The object of the invention is to simplify the technical outlay for the interchangeable attachment of the mounting frame provided with electrical installation parts to hospital wall lights in all parts.

The object of the invention is solved on a patient room wall lamp of the type mentioned at the outset, which is characterized in that the brewing frame is held so that it can be dismantled between two angles arranged in the housing, at least one of which is resilient in the longitudinal direction of the frame, in that the leg is extended The mounting frame detachably engages nose-like lugs in the longitudinal slots in the angles, the lugs on their side facing the housing bottom each being designed as obliquely cut end edges and slightly undercut locking edges being provided in these front edges.

The basic idea of the invention is to provide only a single mounting frame with the installation parts which can be swiveled in and which can be fixed in the manner of a lock against corresponding angles on the housing, so that the previously common subframe can be dispensed with. With the invention, an articulated, releasable fastening is achieved with simple technical means of the mounting frame on the housing base.

With the invention, a joint-like connection is always created on one side, which enables the body frame to be pivoted open, while a type of snap lock is formed on the side of the body frame to be released. The end edges of these approaches are cut at the angles for easier insertion of the nose-like approaches into the slots.

According to a further development of the invention, an inclined angled portion is provided on a resilient retaining leg of an angle, which facilitates the handling of the closure.

  • Fig. 2 eine zugehörige Draufsicht auf das Gehäuse,
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of an illustrated exemplary embodiment. Show it:
  • 1 is a schematic representation of a partial longitudinal section through a wall light housing,
  • 2 is an associated plan view of the housing,
  • 3 is a longitudinal sectional view in the area of an assembled body frame,
  • 4 shows a representation corresponding to FIG. 3 of the pivoting in of the mounting frame at the resilient angle,
  • Fig. 5 is a section along the line II in Fig. 3 and
  • Fig. 6 is an end view of a resilient angle clamped to the lamp housing base.

First, reference is made to FIGS. 1 and 2. In a cross-sectionally U-shaped housing of a patient room wall lamp, which usually extends over several beds, lamps 10 of reading lamps and electrical installation elements, interchangeable mounting frame units 4, interchangeable or elongated, are arranged one behind the other or at a distance from one another Bottom of the housing 1 of the lamp attached.

As FIGS. 3 to 5 show, such a mounting frame 4 is formed from a sheet metal frame with a U-shaped cross section, which is held so as to be pivotable in and out between two angles 2 and 3, which are fastened to the bottom 11 of the lamp housing 1. Such a mounting frame 4 carries on its underside between the two legs 41 a plurality of user sockets 5 and 6, electrical connectors 9 and other installation elements, not shown. The user sockets 5 and 6 protrude into openings 11 in the housing base 11 and are therefore accessible from the outside.

Gleichzeitig verrasten an der Unterkante der Längsschlitze 321 eine geringfügig hinterschnitten ausgebildete Rastkante 413 der Nasen 411.At least one of the two angles 2 and 3 fastened to the base 11 is designed to be resilient in the longitudinal direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the holding leg 32 of the angle 3, which is fastened with its fastening leg 31 to the floor 11, is springy. In the holding legs of both angles 4 longitudinal slots 21 and 321 are provided at a distance from the legs 41 of the mounting frame, into which nose-like projections 411 formed on the legs 41 can be inserted. As shown in FIG. 4, the nose-like projections 411 are first inserted into the slots 21 at the rigid angle 2, which can also be used to hold the socket of an adjacent lamp. Then the other side of the frame is pivoted away, the attachment to the angle 2 forming the guide joint. The front edges 412, 414 of the nose-like projections 411 are cut obliquely. When swiveling, the inclined surface of the front edges 412 closer to the mounting frame presses against an angled bend 322 on the resilient holding leg 32 and presses it outward, so that the nose-like projections 411 in the region of the longitudinal slots 321, as can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 6 , can reach. In this situation, the lugs 411 penetrate into the slots 321. At the same time, a slightly undercut locking edge 413 of the lugs 411 latches on the lower edge of the longitudinal slots 321.

By pushing the resilient holding leg 32 outwards on the angled portion 322 forming the run-up slope, a release of the closure for pivoting out the mounting frame 4 is possible.

Both sides of the attachment of the body frame, which are of the same design, together with the angles each form the lock and the joint.
