Abstract

The invention relates to a shower partition with at least one or two partition walls which may be connected together from sections with retaining members, at least one of which partition walls works together with at least one retaining member designed as an articulated member with an axis running outside the partition wall. The retaining members may be connected on the one hand with the partition walls and on the other hand with the floor, ceiling or wall of the room which includes the shower partition. The axis is arranged at a distance both from the wall and from the partition wall.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Duschabtrennung mit einer oder mindestens zwei mit Haltekörpern aus Teilen verbindbaren Trennwand bzw. Eine besonders zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung sieht vor, daß die aus mehreren Teilen bestehenden Haltekörper mit den Trennwänden bzw. dem Boden, der Decke und der Wand über eine vertikal sich erstreckende Stange verbindbar sind, deren Längsmittelachse die Drehachse der verschwenkbaren Trennwand definiert. Hierbei ist es besonders zweckmäßig, wenn die als Hohlzylinder ausgebildete Stange sich über die gesamte Höhe der Trennwand erstreckt. Im Rahmen dieses Erfindungsgedankens ist es besonders zweckmäßig, wenn die Verbindungsstellen zwischen der Stange und den mit dem Boden, der Decke oder der Wand verbindbaren Haltekörpern oberhalb bzw. unterhalb der schwenkbaren Trennwand angeordnet sind. Um die Stange zwischen dem Boden und der Decke fixieren zu können, sieht eine weitere zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vor, daß in den Innenabschnitten der Stange axial verlaufende Schlitze ausgebildet sind, die zur Verspannung der Füße vorgesehen sind. Im Rahmen dieses Erfindungsgedankens ist es besonders zweckmäßig, wenn der mit der Stange lösbar verbindbare und als Gelenkkörper ausgebildete Haltekörper mindestens einen in die Stange einteckbaren Schaft sowie einen mit der Trennwand verbindbaren Halteabschnitt besitzt. In Fig. 1 ist eine Eckdusche dargestellt, die aus den Trennwänden 30 und 32 bzw. 34 und einer Duschtasse 14 besteht. Die Trennwand 30 ist von einer Stange 23 gehalten, die sich auf dem Boden 7 und auf der Decke über die Haltekörper 15 und 29 abstützt. Die Haltekörper 15 und 29 sind in den Fig. 6 und 7 näher dargestellt. Die hohlzylindrische Stange 23 besteht aus drei Teilen 20,24 und 26, die mit den Haltekörpern 22, die in den Fig. 2 und 3 näher dargestellt sind, lösbar verbindbar sind. Die eigentliche gelenkige Verbindung zwischen der Stange 23 und den Körpern 15 und 29 ist mittels jeweils einem Einstellkörper hergestellt, wie er in den Fig. 8 bis 11 dargestellt ist. Die Achse 27 der über einen Handgriff 6 verschwenkbaren Trennwand 30 befindet sich somit außerhalb der Trennwand 30 und der Duschtasse 40. Die untere Trennwand 34 ist mit der Seitenwand 12 über die Haltekörper 36 und 38 lösbar verbindbar. In diesem Falle ist die Trennwand 34 ortsfest angeordnet. Man erkennt, daß die Haltekörper einerseits mit den Trennwänden 30, 32 und 34 und andererseits mit dem Boden 7, der Decke 8 oder der Wand 10 des die Duschabtrennung aufnehmenden Raumes verbindbar sind. In den Fig. 2 bis 4 ist der Haltekörper 22 dargestellt, der aus einem Grundkörper 50, mit in axialer Richtung der Stange 23 verlaufenden Zapfen 51 und 52 besteht. Jeder Zapfen besteht aus jeweils zwei Schenkeln 52 und 54, die endseitig jeweils einen Bund 56 und 58 aufweisen. Der Schenkel 52 besitzt eine Bohrung 70 mit einer Mutter 60, in die eine Spannschraube 64 einschraubbar ist . Das Ende der Spannschraube stützt sich am Bund 62 ab. Um diese Schraube 64 betätigen zu können, besitzen die Rohrstücke 20,24 und 26 im Bereich des Haltekörpers jeweils mindestens einen axial sich erstreckenden Schlitz, um die Schraube 64 spannen zu können. An den Grundkörper 50 schließt sich ein Zapfen 70 mit einer axialen Bohrung 74 an, dessen Stirnseite mit der Trennwand 30 zusammenarbeitet. Beim Herstellen einer Verbindung wird die Stirnseite mit einer Platte 78, die einen Zapfen mit einer Bohrung 80 aufweist, abgedeckt. Der Zapfen 80 greift in die Bohrung 76 der Trennwand 30 ein, wobei an der Innenseite der Duschkabine zwei Platten 82 und 86 mit Bohrungen 84 und 88 angeordnet sind. Die Platte 82 ist aus Kunststoff, während die Platte 88 aus Metall bestehen kann. Eine feste Verbindung zwischen dem Haltekörper 22 und der Trennwand 30 ist mittels einer Schraube 90 herstellbar, die in ihrem wirksamen Zustand von der Kappe 92 abgedeckt ist. Der Schenkel 112 besitzt einen weiteren Schlitz 116 mit einer Aufnahme 128 für die Schraube 126 nach Fig. 13. Wird nun in diese Schraube 126 der Einstellbolzen 124 eingeschraubt, dann drückt seine Stirnseite gegen den Schenkel 114, wodurch der Einstellkörper 18 in dem Rohrstück 20 verspannt wird. Der Körper 140 besitzt eine Aufnahme 160 für die Hülse 162, deren Absatz 161 sich an der Stirnseite 159 abstützen kann.
