Bremsrampen 1 und 2 sind in der Längsmitte des die Türhaltestange 3 bildenden Flachmaterialzuschnittes angeordnet und nehmen dabei lediglich dessen mittleren Bereich ein, derart, daß beiderseits der Rast- oder Bremsrampen 1 und 2 jeweils ebene angrenzende und glattflächige Bereiche 4 und 5 des Ausgangs-Flachmaterialzuschnittes verbleiben. Bei der ersten Ausführungsform ist die Ausformung der Rast-bzw. Bremsrampen 1 und 2 dabei gemäß der Figur 2 derart gestaltet, daß die Rast-bzw. Bremsrampen 1 und 2 entlang ihrer beiden Längsseiten 6 und 7 über erhalten bleibende Übergangsstege 8 und 9 mit den glattflächigen Bereichen 4 und 5 des Ausgangs-Flachmaterialzuschnittes verbunden bleiben. Beiderseits der Abschnitte 22 ist die Bremsrampe 20 über im wesentlichen quer zu ihrer Längserstreckung gerichtete Stege 23 mit den angrenzenden glattflächigen Bereichen 40 und 50 verbunden, wobei die Stege 23 zumindest innenseitig in einem Radius 110 bzw. 112 in die Innenflächen 130 und 140 des Ausgangs-Flachmaterialzuschnittes übergehen, derart daß das Innen-Querschnittsprofil eine abgerundete U-Form aufweist. An die Außenflächen 170 und 180 der glattflächigen Bereiche 40 und 50 schließen die zu diesen senkrecht gerichteten Seitenflächen der Bremsrampe 20 im rechten Winkel bzw. mit einem in der Zeichnung nicht darstellbar kleinen Radius an.
Bei den Ausführungsformen nach den Figuren 1,3 und 4 ist die Türhaltestange 3 bzw. 30 übereinstimmend mit einem senkrecht zu ihrer allgemeinen Ebene abgewinkelten Lagerauge 31 versehen.

  5. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the door holding bar (3) receives a profiled cross-sectional shape with a substantially trough-shaped internal profile contour in the region of the catch or brake ramps (10 and 20).
