Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist aus der EP 0 242 763 A2 bekannt. Bei ihr ist zum Andrücken des zu schneidenden Gutes an dem Seitenanschlag ein automatisch bewegbarer Andruckschieber vorgesehen, wobei die wirksame Breite der Vorschubeinrichtung kleiner als der Abstand zwischen Seitenanschlag und Andruckschieber ist. Da die wirksame Breite der Vorschubeinrichtung gegenüber der normalen Maschinenbreite verkürzt ist, kann der Andruckschieber an Ort und Stelle verbleiben, ohne mit der Vorschubeinrichtung zu kollidieren. Entsprechend kurz sind die Arbeitswege des Andruckschiebers und seine Betätigungszeit. Da er automatisch betätigt wird, kann auch der zeitliche Abstand bis zum nachfolgenden Schnitt kleingehalten werden. Insgesamt ergibt sich bei dieser Gestaltung eine Querausrichtung mit einem Minimum an Zeitaufwand, es bereitet ferner keine Schwierigkeiten, die Ausrichtung vor jedem Schnitt durchzuführen. Es ist aus dieser Schrift ferner bekannt, den Andruckschieber oberhalb des Arbeitsfeldes hinter der Preßbalken-Wirkebene anzuordnen. Die erfindungsgemäße Gestaltung der Vorrichtung ermöglicht zunächst beliebige Stapelformate, ohne Veränderung oder Austausch der Vorschubeinrichtung zu schneiden. Hierdurch kann die Vorrichtung im Bereich der Vorschubeinrichtung universell gestaltet werden und beispielsweise die bei Planschneidemaschinen bekannten üblichen spindelbetriebenen Vorschubsattel aufweisen. Im Unterschied zum Stand der Technik ist der Andruckschieber ausschließlich in dem Bereich des Arbeitsfeldes wirksam, der von der Vorschubeinrichtung nicht erreicht werden kann, was bedingt, daß der Andruckschieber relativ schmal ausgebildet ist. Durch die Anordnung des Andruckschiebers in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Schneidebene können beliebig schmale Nutzen, seien es Nutzen, die sich über die Gesamtbreite des Tisches erstrecken oder Nutzen in Form von Blockstreifen exakt am Seitenanschlag ausgerichtet werden. In Figur 1 ist zunächst für die Planschneidemaschine ein Tisch 1 mit Tischfläche 2 gezeigt, die in ein Eingangsfeld 2a, ein Arbeitsfeld 2b und ein Ausgangsfeld 2c unterteilt ist. Das Eingangsfeld 2a dient der Aufnahme des zu schneidenden Gutes, über dem Arbeitsfeld 2b sind ein von einem nicht dargestellten Portalrahmen der Schneidemaschine aufgenommener Preßbalken 3 und ein nur strichliert dargestelltes Schneidmesser 4 angeordnet. Mit der Bezugsziffer 4a ist die Schneidebene des Schneidmessers 4 verdeutlicht. Das Ausgangsfeld 2c dient der Aufnahme des geschnittenen Gutes. Im Eingangsfeld 2a ist eine Vorschubeinrichtung in Form eines Vorschubsattels 5 in Vorschubrichtung C verfahrbar gelagert. Die Breite des Vorschubsattels 5 ist nur unwesentlich geringer als die die Breite des Tisches 1 definierenden Schmalkanten 6 des Tisches 1. Auf der dem Preßbalken zugewandten Seite ist der Vorschubsattel in Draufsicht gesehen kammartig ausgebildet und weist damit eine Vielzahl gleichmäßig beabstandeter Zähne 7 auf (siehe auch Figur 2). Entsprechend ist der Preßbalken 3 auf seiner dem Vorschubsattel 5 zugewandten Seite mit Nuten 8 versehen, in die die Zähne 7 eingreifen können. In Figur 1 ist die maximal vorgeschobene Stellung des Vorschubsattels 5 gezeigt, das heißt die näheste Stellung, die der Vorschubsattel 5 bezüglich der Schneidebene 4a einnehmen kann. In dieser greifen die Zähne 7 des Vorschubsattels 5 vollständig in die Nuten 8 des Preßbalkens 3 ein, so daß unterhalb des nutenfreien Bereiches 3a des Preßbalkens 3 ein Freiraum verbleibt.In FIG. 1, a table 1 with a
Um in diesem Freiraum befindliches zu schneidendes Gut 9 an einem Seitenlineal 14 ausrichten zu können, ist ein in Richtung der Schnittlinie - in der Draufsicht gemäß der Darstellung der Figuren 1 und 2 gleichfalls durch die Bezugsziffer 4a verdeutlicht - gegen das zu schneidende Gut 9 verfahrbarer Andruckschieber 10 vorgesehen. Die Schubstange ist als Zahnstange ausgebildet, mit der ein nicht näher gezeigtes Zahnrad eines außerhalb des Arbeitsfeldes 2b angeordneten Stellmotors 12 zusammenwirkt. Die Figuren 2 und 3 verdeutlichen die Verhältnisse beim letzten, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schneidmessers 4 erfolgenden Schnitt von fünf Blockstreifen 9a bis 9e. Anschließend erfolgt, wie in der Figur 2 gezeigt, das Ausfahren der Schubstange 11 mit dem Andruckschieber 10 bis dieser außen am Blockstreifen 9a anliegt und das zu schneidende Gut 9 insgesamt gegen das Seitenlineal 14 drückt und dabei seitlich ausrichtet. Diese Stellung ist gleichfalls in der Frontansicht nach Figur 3 verdeutlicht. Nach dem Ausrichten wird der Andruckschieber 10 aus dem Bereich unterhalb des Preßbalkens 3 in die gestrichelt dargestellte Position zurückgefahren, es wird dann der Seitenanschlag 14 in Pfeilrichtung abgesenkt, der Preßbalken durch Einwirkung der Zugstangen 13 in Pfeilrichtung auf das zu schneidende Gut niedergedrückt, schließlich erfolgt der Schnitt mittels des Schneidmessers 4.FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrate the conditions for the last cut of five
Die Figuren 4 bis 6 verdeutlichen eine alternative Anordnung des Ausdruckschiebers 10 an der Schubstange 11. Auf die Darstellung der Betätigungsmittel für den Preßbalken 3 wurde dabei verzichtet. Wie diesen Figuren zu entnehmen ist, ist dort die Schubstange 11 unmittel benachbart der Tischfläche 2 angeordnet und der Andruckschieber 10 um eine horizontale Achse 15 schwenkbar mit dem dem Seitenanschlag 14 zugewandten Ende der Schubstange 11 verbunden. Wie in der Darstellung der Figur 6 verdeutlicht, ist neben der Schubstange 11 eine weitere Stange 16 geführt, mit der der Andruckschieber entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn um maximal 90°, somit in eine horizontale Stellung verschwenkbar ist. Die Stange 16 greift hierzu beabstandet zur Schwenkachse 15 an einem Ansatz 17 des Andruckschiebers 10 an. Dieser ist an seinem unteren Ende mit einer 45°-Schräge 18a versehen, die mit einer entsprechenden 45°-Schräge der Schubstange 11 in der vertikalen Position des Andruckschiebers 10 zur Anlage gelangt und diesen damit definiert fixiert. Die Mittel zum Bewegen der Stange 16 sind nicht näher verdeutlicht, diese kann beispielsweise mittels eines Pneumatikzylinders bewegt werden, wobei die Stange 16 dessen Kolbenstange darstellen könnte. Wesentlicher Vorteil der Variante nach den Figuren 4 bis 6 ist, daß der Andruckschieber 10 vor dem Niederdrücken des Preßbalkens 3 nicht vollständig zurückgefahren werden muß, sondern daß ein Einklappen des Andruckschiebers 10 nach dessen geringfügigem Verfahren vom Schneidgutstapel ausreicht.Figures 4 to 6 illustrate an alternative arrangement of the

Claims (13)
- A device for cutting stacked sheet material (9), with a table area (2) which has a field of action (2b) above which a cutting knife (4) and a crosshead (3) of a press are located, an input field (2a) behind it for receiving the material to be cut (9) and an output field (2c) in front of it for receiving the cut material, with a forward feed device (5) for the material to be cut (9), which forward feed device has teeth (7) which in its frontmost position engage in slots (8) in the crosshead (3) of the press, and with a lateral stop (14) for aligning the material to be cut (9) by means of a contact pressure slide (10) which can move in the region of the field of action (2b) in the direction of the cutting line, characterised in that the forward feed device (5) extends substantially over the entire width of the table area (2) and the contact pressure slide (10) acts exclusively in the region of the field of action (2b) formed between the cutting plane (4a) and the frontmost position of the forward feed device (5).
- A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the contact pressure slide (10) is movable over substantially the entire width of the table.
- A device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the contact pressure slide (10) is attached to a slide rod (11) which is disposed above the table area (2) and which can be moved parallel to the cutting plane (4a) in the direction of the cutting line by a means of power.
- A device according to claim 3, characterised in that the slide rod (11) is formed by the piston rod of an adjusting cylinder, particularly a pneumatically operable adjusting cylinder, which is disposed outside the field of action (2b).
- A device according to claim 3, characterised in that the slide rod (11) is formed as a toothed rack with which a toothed wheel of a means of power (12) disposed outside the field of action (2b) cooperates.
- A device according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the contact pressure slide (10) is disposed parallel to the lateral stop (14) and is rigidly attached to the end of the slide rod (11) facing the lateral stop (14).
- A device according to any one of claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the slide rod (11) is disposed directly adjacent to the table area (2) and the contact pressure slide (10) is attached, so that it can swivel about a horizontal axis (15), to the end of the slide rod (11) facing the lateral stop (14).
- A device according to claim 7, characterised in that an adjusting means (16) is provided for swinging the contact pressure slide (10) between its vertical operating position and a substantially horizontal inoperative position.
- A device according to claim 8, characterised in that the adjusting means (16) is constructed as a rod which can be operated by a means of power and which acts on the contact pressure slide (10) at a distance from the swivelling axis (15) of the latter.
- A device according to any one of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that the contact pressure slide (10) is supported in its operating position via a bearing area (18a) on a corresponding bearing area (18b) of the slide rod (11).
- A device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that in its operating position the contact pressure slide (10) extends substantially from the table surface (2) to slightly below the raised crosshead (3) of the press.
- A device according to any one of claims 3 to 11, characterised in that the slide rod (11) is disposed between the cutting plane (4a) and a connecting rod (13) for the crosshead (3) of the press.
- A device according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the lateral stop (14) can be moved, and in particular can be tilted downwards, out of the path of movement of the crosshead (3) of the press.
