Claims (4)
- Gaszuführventil mit Rückstromsicherung für ein Heißwassergerät ohne Wachflamme, das ein Schließen der Gaszufuhrklappe (2) im Falle einer Störung der Ableitung seiner Verbrennungsprodukte ermöglicht und aufweist einen Drehknopf (12) für das Sichern, der ein Steuerteil (11) betätigt, das auf den Stößel (6) der Klappe (2) wirkt und einen metastabilen Mechanismus von der Art einer ausgebauchten Membran (23), der mit einer Thermometerkugel verbunden ist, die auf eine Erhöhung der Temperatur der genannten Verbrennungsprodukte reagiert, um ein Schließen der Klappe (2) zu bewirken, wobei das genannte drehbare Steuerteil (11) weiterhin durch die gewölbte Membran (23) translatorisch verschiebbar ist, so daß sie vom Stößel (6), der die Klappe (2) betätigt, freikommt und das Gerät in den Sicherheitszustand bringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gewölbte Membran (23) am Endbereich des Steuergehäuses (8) und in Verlängerung des Steuerteils (11) dem Drehknopf (12) für die Betätigung des Steuerteils (11) gegenüberliegend und zentriert auf dessen Rotationsachse AA' angeordnet ist, und daß die Membran (23) mit dem Steuerteil (11) über ein Zwischenstück (21) einstellbaren Abstandes zusammenwirkt.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Feder (19), die zwischen dem Steuergehäuse (8) und dem Steuerteil (11) angeordnet ist, letzteres vom Drehknopf (12) elastisch wegbelastet und gegen einen Anschlag (20) hält.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (21) mit einer Krone (26) ausgerüstet ist, die an einen Freiraum (27) angrenzt, der im Gehäuse (8) vorgesehen ist und den Kontakt mit der Membran sicherstellt.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (21) einen Teilbereich mit Außengewinde (28) hat, welches mit einem entsprechenden Innengewindeteil zusammenwirkt, das axial und im Inneren des Steuerteils (11) an seiner der gewölbten Membran (23) gegenüberliegenden Seite vorgesehen ist.
