Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montagevorrichtung für Ventilbetätigungselemente bei Brennkraftmaschinen, wobei die Ventilbetätigungselemente aus mindestens einer Ventilfeder, einem Ventilfederteller mit einer Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsteilen und gegebenenfalls einem Federsitzring bestehen, wobei sämtliche Ventilbetätigungselemente mittels einer am Ventilfederteller angeordneten Halterung, welche eine am Außenumfang sich erstreckende, axiale Verlängerung aufweist, deren Endbereich mit der Ventilfeder beziehungsweise dem Federsitzring lösbar verbunden ist, vor der Montage als Einbaueinheit miteinander verbunden sind.The invention relates to a mounting device for valve actuation elements in internal combustion engines, the valve actuation elements consisting of at least one valve spring, a valve spring plate with a recess for receiving fastening parts and, if appropriate, a spring seat ring, all valve actuation elements being arranged by means of a holder arranged on the valve spring plate, which has an extension extending on the outer circumference, has axial extension, the end region of which is detachably connected to the valve spring or the spring seat ring, are connected to one another as an installation unit before assembly.
Aus der DE-A1 39 07 001 ist eine Montagevorrichtung zu entnehmen, mit der sämtliche Ventilbetätigungselemente mit nur einem Werkzeug montierbar sind. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Halterung zur Aufnahme der Ventilbetätigungselemente in Form einer Kunststoffkappe, die alle Elemente zu einer Einbaueinheit miteinander verbindet. Die Halterung weist eine axiale Verlängerung auf, deren freies Ende mit dem axial dem Ventilfederteller entgegengesetzten Federende beziehungsweise dem Federsitzring lösbar verbunden ist. Die lösbare Verbindung besteht aus einer Schnappverbindung zwischen Federsitzring und axialer Verlängerung. Beim Einbau der Montagevorrichtung in den Zylinderkopf der Brennkraftmaschine wird die Montagevorrichtung so weit über den Ventilschaft gepreßt, bis der Ventilschaft die Halterung durchragt. In dieser Position stützt sich die Verlängerung am Boden des Zylinderkopfes ab und beult sich radial aus, dabei löst sich die Schnappverbindung und die Ventilbetätigungselemente werden fixiert; anschließend wird die Montagevorrichtung aus dem Zylinderkopf entfernt. Obwohl mit der bekannten Vorrichtung eine gute Montierbarkeit der Ventilbetätigungselemente möglich ist, besteht bei einigen Motoren das Problem, daß nur ein geringer Einbauraum zur Verfügung steht. Bei einigen Anwendungen, beispielsweise bei einer Brennkraftmaschine mit vier Ventilen pro Zylinder, ist der radiale Bauraum im Bereich der Ventile so gering, daß die bekannte Montagevorrichtung beim Einpressen der Vorrichtung in radialer Richtung nicht ausbeulen kann; folglich löst sich die Schnappverbindung nicht und die Ventilbetätigungselemente können nicht montiert werden.DE-A1 39 07 001 shows an assembly device with which all valve actuation elements can be assembled with only one tool. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Verlängerung relativ zur Halterung axial verschiebbar ist, und daß die Verlängerung im Bereich des Ventilfedertellers einen radial nach innen gerichteten, die Ventilbetätigungselemente zu einer Einbaueinheit zusammenhaltenden Axialanschlag aufweist. Auf diese Weise ist eine teleskopartig axial zusammenschiebbare Montagevorrichtung geschaffen, mit der sämtliche Ventilbetätigungselemente auch in besonders engen Bauräumen montierbar sind.This object is achieved in that the extension is axially displaceable relative to the holder, and that the extension in the region of the valve spring plate has a radially inwardly directed axial stop which holds the valve actuating elements together to form an installation unit. Einem weiteren Gedanken der Erfindung gemäß ist die Verlängerung im Bereich des Ventilfedertellers radial nach außen wulstförmig verdickt ausgebildet. Hierdurch besteht die Möglichkeit, über die wulstförmige Verdickung die Montagevorrichtung am Zylinderkopf axial abzustützen. Diese Maßnahme erlaubt ein Freisetzen der Ventilbetätigungselemente, bevor die axiale Verlängerung die Ventilfedersitzringebene im Zylinderkopf erreicht. Beim Einsetzen der Montagevorrichtung stützt sich die Montagevorrichtung am Zylinderkopfgehäuse axial ab; durch axiales Weiterschieben in die endgültige Einbauposition löst sich automatisch die axiale Verlängerung vom Ventilfederende beziehungsweise Ventilfedersitzring. Vorzugsweise ist die Verlängerung als eine die Einbaueinheit aufnehmende zylindrische Hülse ausgebildet und besteht aus Kostengründen aus Kunststoff.According to a further concept of the invention, the extension in the region of the valve spring plate is designed to be thickened radially outwards. Die Figur 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Montagevorrichtung (1) vor dem Einbau. Die Ventilbetätigungselemente bestehen aus zwei Ventilfedern (2, 3), einem Ventilfederteller (4) mit einer konischen Ausnehmung (5) zur Aufnahme von segmentförmigen Befestigungsteilen (6) und einem Federsitzring (7), welcher darüber hinaus zur Aufnahme einer Ventilschaftdichtung (8) dient. Sämtliche Ventilbetätigungselemente (2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8) werden über eine erfindungsgemäße Halterung (9), welche eine axiale Verlängerung (10) besitzt, zu einer Einbaueinheit miteinander verbunden. Die axiale Verlängerung (10) weist einen radial nach innen gerichteten Axialanschlag (11) auf und ist im Bereich des Ventilfedertellers (4) wulstförmig verdickt (12). Halterung (9) und axiale Verlängerung (10) sind teleskopartig relativ zueinander verschiebbar und bilden eine Kappe zur Aufnahme sämtlicher Ventilbetätigungselemente (2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8), wobei zur axialen Arretierung einerseits der Axialanschlag (11) und andererseits der leicht radial nach innen abgebogene Endbereich (13) der axialen Verlängerung (10) vorgesehen ist.FIG. 1 shows an assembly device (1) according to the invention before installation. In der Figur 2 ist ein Zylinderkopf (14) einer Brennkraftmaschine mit zugehörigem Ventil (15) dargestellt. Zum Einbau der Ventilbetätigungselemente (2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8) wird die Montagevorrichtung (1) in eine korrespondierende Aufnahmebohrung (16) des Zylinderkopfes (14) eingesetzt; dabei stützt sich die wulstförmige Verdickung (12) axial am Zylinderkopf (14) ab. Auf diese Weise besteht zwischen Endbereich (13) und dem Boden der Aufnahmebohrung (16) ein definierter Abstand. Durch axiales Weiterschieben der Ventilbetätigungselemente löst sich der Endbereich (13) automatisch vom Federsitzring (7). Dies bedingt, daß die Ventilbetätigungselemente (2, 3, 4, 7, 8) von der Montagevorrichtung (1) freigesetzt werden. Abschließend preßt ein Montagewerkzeug (nicht dargestellt) die Ventilbetätigungselemente (2', 3', 4', 6', 7, 8) in die endgültige Einbauposition (gestrichelt gezeichnet), so daß der Federsitzring (7) am Boden der Aufnahmebohrung (16) anliegt, die Befestigungsteile (6') eine Verbindung mit dem Ventil (15) erzeugen, und die Ventilschaftdichtung (8) auf einer Ventilführung (17) positioniert ist. Zum Schluß wird die Montagevorrichtung (1) aus der Aufnahmebohrung (16) axial herausgezogen und kann zur Weiterverarbeitung mit neuen Ventilbetätigungselementen bestückt werden.FIG. 2 shows a cylinder head (14) of an internal combustion engine with an associated valve (15).
