Abstract

The invention relates to a roller shutter with hollow-chamber slats displaceable on both sides in roller-shutter guide rails and connected to one another in an articulated manner. This roller shutter is secured in the closed position against displacement by means of a locking device. The invention is seen in that the locking device consists of a bolt housing (2) insertable into the roller-shutter guide rail (1) in one plane with this. In this bolt housing (2), the bolt element (3) is axially displaceable from the open position to the closed position. At the same time, in the closed position, the bolt element (3) engages in a blocking manner with a bent hook part (31) into a hollow chamber (41) of the associated hollow-chamber slat (4).
