Abstract
Description
Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen Backofen mit einer durch eine Tür verschließbaren Ofenmuffel, wobei die Ofenmuffel mit Einrichtungen für Ober- und Unterhitze ausgestattet ist. Die allgemein übliche Art, Unterhitzeheizkörper anzuordnen, besteht in einer Zwischenblechtechnik An der bodenseitigen Backofengehäusewand wird das Zwischenblech durch seitlich am Backofen angeschweißte Stützbleche angedrückt. Der Unterhitzeheizkörper wird durch geeignete konstruktive Maßnahmen auf das Zwischenblech geschoben. Durch diese Anordnung des Unterhitzeheizkörpers ist eine einteilige Backofenisolation nicht realisierbar und aus Isolationsgründen ein Austausch der Heizung problematisch.The innovation relates to an oven with an oven muffle that can be closed by a door, the oven muffle being equipped with devices for top and bottom heat. Die neuerungsgemäße Anordnung zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer bodenseitigen Backofengehäusewand außenseitig eine zur Aufnahme einer Heizung für Unterhitze dienende Blechtasche befestigt ist, wobei die Heizung für die Unterhitze infolge der konstruktiven Ausbildung der Blechtasche exakt gelagert und im definierten Abstand zum Backofenboden angeordnet ist. Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Neuerung besteht darin, daß die Heizung für Unterhitze Befestigungsstege besitzt, die in Bodenprägungen der Blechtasche geführt werden und in Noppen einrasten. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Neuerung sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Neuerung ist im folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Es zeigt

Gemäß Fig. 2 ist an einer Backofengehäusewand 1 eine Blechtasche 2 befestigt, die vorzugsweise an die Gehäusewand 1 angeschweißt wird. Eine Heizung für Unterhitze 3 wird in die Blechtasche eingeschoben und ist dadurch lagegenau und in definiertem Abstand zum Muffelboden angeordnet. Die Blechtasche 2 ist so konstruiert, daß die Heizung für Unterhitze 3 leicht einschiebbar ist. Durch einschubseitige und endseitige Bodenprägungen der Blechtasche 2, die in schiefen Ebenen liegen, sowie durch endseitig angeordnete Noppen 4, gelingt es, die Unterhitzeheizkörper 3 lagegenau einzurasten. Diesbezüglich besitzt die Heizung für Unterhitze 3 Befestigungsstege 5, 6, die einerseits die Heizkörpergeometrie stabilisieren und andererseits ein Einrasten gestatten. Die Abmessungen der Blechtasche 2 garantieren exakte Lagegenauigkeit und definierten Abstand der Heizung zum Backofenboden. Durch die Blechtasche 2 wird eine einteilige Backofenmantelisolation ausführbar, wobei der kundendiensttechnische Austausch der Heizung für Unterhitze 3 nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Eine andere Art der Befestigung der Blechtasche 2 an der Backofengehäusewand 1 wäre durch Verschrauben, Vernieten oder Kleben denkbar, jedoch ungünstiger als die vorgeschlagene Verschweißung zwischen der Backofengehäusewand 1 und der Blechtasche 2.2, a sheet metal pocket 2 is fastened to an oven housing wall 1, which is preferably welded to the housing wall 1.
