Abstract

A bottle opener for threaded caps can be used to remove bottle closures of any size. Eine Gefahr besonderer Art lauert vor allem bei verschlußgesicherten Flaschen. Die Aluminium- oder auch die Plastikverschlüsse, die zur Sicherheit mit Schutzringen versehen sind, haben die Eigenart, beim Öffnen der Flasche zum Teil scharfe Kanten freizugeben, welche zu Verletzungen führen können. Gerade im Falle von Gaststuben und Festzelten, in denen in großen Mengen Flaschen geöffnet werden müssen, ist das Öffnen von Hand mühsam und kräfteraubend und das Risiko einer Schnittverletzung entsprechend hoch.In many cases it is easy to open a screw cap with your bare hand.
