Bei Anlagen zur Aufbereitung von Altbaustoffen (Bauschutt) ist davon auszugehen, daß belastetes Material einer Sortierung zugeführt werden muß, um das gewünschte Endprodukt durch weiteren Brechereinsatz zu erhalten. Dabei setzt sich der Bauschutt aus unbelastetem Material, wie Straßenbaumaterial, Asphalt, Beton, Ziegelsteine, Basalt, etc.; und belastetem Material, wie Eisen, Holz, Kunststoff, Papier, Textil, etc. zusammen.In plants for processing old building materials (building rubble), it must be assumed that contaminated material must be sorted in order to obtain the desired end product through further use of the crusher. Auch gibt es aufwendige Anlagen, je nach Sortierstufe, die das unterschiedliche Gewicht der Materialien dahingehend ausnutzen, indem durch Wasser- oder Gebläseeinrichtungen spezifisch leichte von spezifisch schwereren Materialien getrennt werden. Diese Sortiertechniken sind in der Regel sehr energieaufwendig und gewährleisten keine Sortierung, ohne daß manuell zu bewerkstelligende Sortierstufen zwischengeschaltet werden müssen, wie vonhand vorzunehmendes Auslesen von Kunststoff, Metallteilen, etc.Within the framework of the sorting systems used according to the current state of the art, screens of various types and arrangements are mainly used, only sorting according to the different sizes of the materials to be processed being possible. Durch die spezielle Anordnung der Siebstäbe (3) auf den Formteilen (2) in einem bestimmten Abstand wird zunächst bewirkt, daß Kleinteile, wie zum Beispiel Sand und Kies in den Sammelbunker (5) fallen, wobei auf die Siebstäbe grob vorsortiertes Bauschuttmaterial durch Förderband aufgegeben wird. Da die Siebstäbe (3) an den Formteilen (2) durch Federgelenke verbunden sind, die unterschiedlich stark eingestellt sein können, neigt sich der einzelne Siebstab bei entsprechender Gewichts einwirkung, so daß schwereres Material ebenfalls in den Sammelbunker (5) fällt, während das belastete Material (Holz, Kunsttoff, Papier, etc.) von den rotierenden Siebstäben (3) weiter befördert wird und schließlich bei der Abwärtsbewegung der Siebstäbe durch den Drehvorgang bedingt vor dem Auskämmer (7) herausfällt und somit von dem unbelasteten Material abgeschieden wird. Die Längssiebe (4), ebenfalls angebracht an den Formteilen (2) bewirken, daß noch an den belasteten Baumaterialien anhaftende Reststoffe, wie Sand, Kies, etc. bedingt durch die Drehbewegung abfallen, und so in den Sammelbunker (5) gefördert werden.The special arrangement of the sieve bars (3) on the molded parts (2) at a certain distance initially causes small parts, such as sand and gravel, to fall into the collecting bunker (5), with roughly pre-sorted building rubble material being conveyed onto the sieve bars by means of a conveyor belt becomes. An den Formteilen (2) sind die Siebstäbe (3) durch Federgelenke befestigt, so daß eine lotrechte Bewegung möglich ist. Desweiteren sind an den Formteilen (2) Siebbleche (4) beweglich befestigt, wobei die Siebbleche (4) durch die Rotationsbewegung bedingt, umkippen und gegen die Anschläge (6) ebenfalls befestigt an den Formteilen (2) schlagen. Im rechten Bereich des Sammelbunkers (5) ist der Auskämmer (7) senkrecht angeordnet, wobei im unteren Bereich des Sammelbunkers eine Öffnung (8) vorgesehen ist zum Abtransport des unbelasteten Materials.
Im Materialaufgabebereich ist den Siebstäben (3) ein Formteil (9) zugeordnet. -
Figur 3 einen Längsschnitt, wobei die Siebstäbe (3) bei entsprechendem Abstand an den Formteilen (2) durch Federgelenke befestigt sind. Zwischen den einzelnen Formteilen (2) sind die jeweiligen Siebbleche (4) angeordnet.
