  • Each housing 40 has an opening 41 allowing the introduction of the coupling element 11 which is fitted with the cover of each agitator pot 9, the centering of which is ensured by fingers 42 (fig. 6) projecting from the cover 7 covering the plates 6 and constituting the bottom of a cell. It is thus ensured that risks of accidents due to the rotational driving of the coupling elements 12 are eliminated, since these are not accessible, even when a cell is not completely filled with agitator pots.

Claims (12)

  1. Baukasten-Schrank für ein Rührwerk von Farben und dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei aneinander angrenzende Module (1, 1a) vorgesehen sind und jedes Modul eine Grundplatte oder ein Fach aufweist, auf welcher/welchem modulare übereinander angeordnete analoge Zellen (3, 3a ... 3n) montiert sind, daß jede Zelle je zwei durch eine einen Antriebsmechanismus (13) für Koppelelemente (12) enthaltende Auflageplatte (6) sowie einen durch den Boden einer darüberliegenden Zelle gebildeten Deckel (7) miteinander verbundene Vertikalplatten (4, 5) aufweist, wobei die Koppelelemente (12) zu Koppelelementen (11) von Rührwerken für in den Zellen (3, 3a . . . 3n) plazierte Töpfe (9) komplementär sind, und nur eine der Zellen mit einem Getriebemotor (14) ausgerüstet ist und dieser Getriebemotor (14) simultan an Vertikal (19)- und Horizontalbewegungsgeber (26), die die Verbindung zwischen dem Getriebemotor (14) und den Kopplungselementen (12) der Zellen (3, 3a ... 3n) gewährleisten, angeschlossen ist.
  2. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch ge-kennzeichnet, daß die Vertikalgeber eine mit dem Getriebemotor (14) verbundene Riemenscheibe (18) enthalten, welche die mit Wellenabschnitten (36) , die sich von einer unteren Zelle (3) bis zu einer oberen Zelle (3a) erstrecken, verketteten Kopplungen (19, 20, 20a, 19a) antreibt.
  3. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Horizontalbewegungsgeber einen von der mit dem Getriebemotor (14) verbundenen Riemenscheibe (18) angetriebenen Treib- oder ähnlichen Riemen (26) enthalten, der die Verbindung zwischen besagter Riemenscheibe (18) und einer Riemenscheibe (18a) eines angrenzenden Moduls herstellt.
  4. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen Winkelumkehrmechanismus (27) für den Treib- oder ähnlichen Riemen (26), wobei der besagte Winkelumkehrmechanismus zwischen aneinander angrenzende, einen Winkel miteinander bildende Module (2, 2a) geschaltet ist.
  5. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppelelemente der Wellenabschnitte (36) formschlüssig oder der Formschlüssigkeit ähnlich sind.
  6. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Getriebemotor angetriebene Riemenscheibe (18), ebenso wie die Riemenscheiben (18a) der angrenzenden Module, Riemenscheiben mit zwei so angeordneten Seilrillen sind, daß das Kopplungselement (19), das sie enthalten, mit der Innenseite einer der Vertikalplatten (4, 5), die Bestandteile der jedes Modul überdeckenden Zellen sind, zusammentrifft.
  7. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (6) jeder Zelle Aufnahmeriemenscheiben (39) enthalten, die von einem Treib- oder ähnlichen Riemen (38) angetrieben werden, der wiederum von einer mit dem Kopplungselement (19, 19a) eines Wellenabschnitts (36) verbundenen Antriebsriemenscheibe (37) angetrieben wird, wobei die besagten Aufnahmeriemenscheiben (39) selbst auf einer Welle (13), auf der je ein Kopplungselement (12) für das Rührwerk eines Topfes (9) angeordnet ist, verkeilt oder sonstwie befestigt sind.
  8. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (6) einer jeden Zelle (3, 3a ... 3n) durch einen Deckel (7), der den Boden einer folgenden Zelle bildet und Zentrierfinger (42) für die Töpfe (9) enthält, abgedeckt sind.
  9. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (6) einer jeden Zelle (3, 3a ... 3n) auf ihrer Unterseite mit einem Gehäuse (40) mit Öffnungen (41) für die Einführung des Kopplungselements (11) des Deckels (10) eines jeden Topfes (9), der von den durch den Deckel der vorhergehenden Zelle gebildeten Fingern (42) zentriert wird, ausgerüstet ist.
  10. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Treibriemen (26) der Horizontalkraftübertragung in der Schichtdicke der mit verstellbaren Riemenscheiben (25) zwecks Änderung der Spannung der Treibriemen (26) ausgerüsteten Grundplatten oder Fächer (2) angeordnet sind.
  11. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatten (2) so geformte Außenflächen enthalten, daß sie geradlinig oder winkelig montiert werden können.
  12. Baukasten-Schrank gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis einschließlich 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gebriebemotor (14) entweder auf einer Grundplatte (2) oder auf einem von der höchsten Zelle (3n) gestützten Fach montiert ist.
