Claims (6)

  1. Abzweiggehäuse für Niederspannungskabel zur Verbindung eines Hauptkabels mit einem der zwei Abzweig-Kabeln (30) mit je drei einzeln isolierten Phasenleitern und einem Nulleiter, das aufweist:
    - zwei isolierende Elemente (9, 14), die um das Hauptkabel mit zugehörigen Dichtmitteln (4) montiert sind, wobei in jedem dieser Elemente zwei erste zwei erste perforierende Anschlüsse (10, 11; 5, 6) in Kontakt mit zwei der Leiter des Hauptkabels und zwei innere leitende Verbindungen (13B; 31A, 31B) zum Anschluß an ihre jeweiligen beiden ersten perforierenden Anschlüsse angeordnet sind,
    - einen jedem Abzweig-Kabel (30) zugeordneter Isolierblock (8), der mit den beiden isolierenden Elementen (9, 14) fest verbunden ist, in dem vier zweite perforierende Anschlüsse (15A-15D) zum Kontakt mit den einzelnen Leitern (30A-30D) dieses Abzweig-Kabels (30) und vier weitere leitende innere Verbindungen (31A-31D) zum Anschluß an die zweiten perforierenden Anschlüsse (15A-15D) angeordnet sind,
    - Mittel (7A, 7B; 12B) zum Anschluß der leitenden Verbindungen der beiden isolierenden Elemente (9, 14) an die leitenden Verbindungen des isolierenden Blocks (8), um individuelle Abzweigungen zwischen den Leitern (22-25) des Hauptkabels und denen (30A-30D) des Abzweig-Kabels (30) zu erhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - die ersten perforierenden Anschlüsse (5, 6; 10, 11) fest sind und an den beiden montierten isolierenden Elementen (9, 14) nach innen vorspringen, die erstes äußeres Element (14) bzw. inneres Element (9) genannt werden,
    - die Dichtmittel (4) aus einem viskosen isolierenden Dichtmaterial bestehen, das zwischen dem inneren Element (9) und einem weiteren, zweites äußeres Element (3) genannten isolierenden Element enthalten ist, das auf das innere Element (9) aufgesetzt und so mit dem ersten äußeren Element (14) verbunden ist, indem es das Dichtmaterial (4) komprimiert,
    - der isolierende Block (8) zum ersten äußeren Element (14) gehört und eine hohle Verlängerung in Form eines Anhangs (29) zu diesem bildet,
    - die vier zweiten perforierenden Anschlüsse (15A-15D) ortsfest sind und innen in den hohlen Anhang (29) vorspringen und für zwei von ihnen (15A-15B) direkt mit den beiden ersten perforierenden Anschlüssen (5, 6) des ersten äußeren Elements (14) durch die beiden inneren Verbindungen (31A, 31B) dieses ersten äußeren Elements (14) verbunden sind, die zugleich zwei der vier inneren Verbindungen (31A-31D) des Anhangs (29) bilden, und
    - die Mittel zum Anschluß der beiden leitenden Verbindungen (13B) des inneren Elements (9) an die beiden anderen Verbindungen (31C, 31D) des Anhangs (29) aus zwei elektrischen Buchsenanschlüssen (7A, 7B) und zwei elektrischen Steckeranschlüssen (12B) bestehen, die das Ende diese Verbindungen in der Kontaktfläche des inneren Elements (9) und des ersten äußeren Elements (14) bilden.
  2. Abzweiggehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anhang (29) des ersten äußeren Elements (14) entgegengesetzt zu dem zweiten mit ihm verbundenen äußeren Element (3) vorspringt.
  3. Abzweiggehäuse nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es weiter ein konisches isolierendes Teil (16) mit kreuzförmigem Querschnitt aufweist, das gleitend im Hohlraum des hohlen Anhangs (29) angeordnet ist, in den die Phasen- und Nulleiter (30A-30D) des oder der Abzweig-Kabel eingelegt werden, wobei das konische Teil in dem Hohlraum durch eine Betätigungsschraube (17) betätigt wird, um die Leiter (30A-30B) gegen die zweiten perforierenden Anschlüsse (15A-15D) zu pressen.
  4. Abzweiggehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckanschlüsse (12B) in den Buchsenanschlüssen (7A, 7B) gleitende Anschlüsse sind.
  5. Abzweiggehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Element (9) am ersten äußeren Element (14) um das Hauptkabel herum montiert wird, indem gleichzeitig die ersten perforierenden Anschlüsse (10, 11; 5, 6) auf die Leiter des Hauptkabels gepreßt werden, um ihre Isolierung zu perforieren, indem Schrauben (12A), die ihren Zusammenbau bewirken, eingeschraubt werden.
  6. Abzweiggehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten äußeren Elemente (14, 3) je einen Rand (20) mit Schikanenprofil für den Zusammenbau durch Verschachteln haben und zwischen ihren verschachtelten Montagerändern das Dichtmaterial (4) zurückhalten.
