Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kabelaufwickelvorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a cable winder according to the preamble of claim 1.

Eine solche Vorrichtung ist durch die DE-0S 33 16 977 bekannt. Als Bremselement ist bei dieser Vorrichtung auf dem Außenumfang eines an der Kabeltrommel angeformten Ringansatzes eine Schlingfeder angeordnet. Das eine Ende der Schlingfeder ist verdrehfest an der feststehenden Flanschwand der Kabel­trommel befestigt. Das andere Ende der Schlingfeder ist da­gegen mit einem Entriegelungselement gekoppelt, das von Hand betätigt werden kann. Beim Betätigen des Entriegelungselementes wird das andere Ende der Schlingfeder im Sinne einer Aufweitung der Schlingfeder verstellt, so daß die Blockierung der Kabel­trommel in Aufwickelrichtung aufgehoben wird und die Kabel­trommel damit durch einen Federmotor in Aufwickelvorrichtung gedreht werden kann. Beim Abziehen des Kabels wird die Schling­feder durch die entsprechende Drehung der Kabeltrommel infolge der zwischen der Schlingfeder und dem Außenumfang des Ringan­satzes bestehenden Reibung in Richtung ihrer Aufweitung ver­dreht und dadurch zumindest soweit gelockert, daß eine Drehung der Kabeltrommel in Abziehrichtung möglich ist. Die Schwinge 17 wird also beim Abziehen des Kabels 4 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn verschwenkt, so daß die Bremsrolle 21 von dem Außenumfang der Kabeltrommel­wand 20 abgehoben wird. Eine Reibung erfolgt damit nicht mehr.FIG. 4 shows another embodiment variant of a braking device for a cable drum 2. This braking device has an unlocking element designed as a pivotable rocker arm 17, a brake roller 21 which is movable against a wedge surface fixed to the housing and abutting the outer circumference of a cable drum wall 20 being displaceably arranged on one end 18 of the rocker arm 17. In order to achieve a complete relief of frictional forces when pulling off the cable 4, a double-armed lever 12 (only partially shown) is in turn articulated on the other end 22 of the rocker arm 17 which can be actuated for unlocking. The arrangement of the lever 12 and its actuation when the cable is pulled out is the same as previously described for FIGS. 2 and 3. The rocker arm 17 is thus pivoted counterclockwise when the cable 4 is pulled off, so that the brake roller 21 is lifted off the outer circumference of the cable drum wall 20. There is no longer any friction.

Claims (3)

1. Kabelaufwickelvorrichtung, bei der eine Kabeltrommel (2) an einer feststehenden Flanschwand (1) drehbar gelagert und zum Aufwickeln eines Kabels (4) durch Federkraft in Aufwickelrich­tung antreibbar ist, welche Vorrichtung ferner ein auf eine mit der Kabeltrommel (2) verbundene Bremsfläche wirkendes Brems­element aufweist, das bei Drehung der Kabeltrommel (2) in Auf­wickelrichtung selbsttätig in eine diese Drehung blockierende Stellung gelangt, aus der es mittels eines Entriegelungsele­mentes (10) lösbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein durch den beim Abziehen des Kabels (4) ausgeübten Zug verstellbares Löseelement (12) vorgesehen ist, durch dessen Verstellbewegung das Bremselement (6 bzw .21) vollständig von der Bremsfläche abhebbar ist.

daß das Löseelement (12) als drehbar gelagerter, doppelarmiger Hebel (12) ausgebildet ist, der mit dem Ende (14) seines einen Armes an dem Entriegelungselement (10) angelenkt ist und mit dem Ende (15) seines anderen Armes an dem Kabel (4) anliegt.
