Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for producing a cylinder-head cover with oil separator and to a cylinder-head cover capable of being produced by this method. Into a first plastic piece (1) combining a wall (3) and a skirt (4) bordering this wall peripherally is inserted a second piece grouping a wall (28), delimiting with the abovementioned wall (3) an oil-separation chamber (27), and a rim (30) bordering this wall (28) peripherally and matching the skirt (4) of the first piece (1) up to the immediate vicinity of the free edge (6) of this skirt (4). The second piece (2), made of metal, stiffens the first piece (1) and, in particular, makes it possible to transfer to the immediate vicinity of the free edge (6) of the skirt (4) of the latter, intended to be laid against a face (7) of a cylinder head (8), forces clamping the cylinder-head cover against this face, which are exerted centrally on the cylinder-head cover (clamping member 23, 24, 25), especially when bracing means (26, 31) are provided between the respective walls (3, 28) of the two pieces (1, 2). Aesthetically pleasing, rigid and light-weight cylinder-head covers can thus be produced economically. <IMAGE>

Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cylinder head cover with an oil separator, comprising a first wall having a periphery, a skirt bordering said first wall at its periphery and having a free edge intended to come into tight contact with a cylinder head, said free edge being spaced from said first wall, and a second wall located between said first wall and said free edge and generally spaced from said first wall and said free edge, to delimit an oil settling chamber with said first wall and a first part of said skirt, said first part being adjacent to said first wall, by mutual joining of two mutually nested parts, one of which constitutes said first wall and said skirt and the other of which constitutes said second wall. It also relates to a cylinder head cover obtained by the implementation of this process.

Currently, such cylinder head covers, intended for heat engines, in particular for motor vehicles, and also called "rocker covers", are manufactured in three different ways.

They can be made by a metal alloy foundry, with a finishing by machining. This method has the disadvantage of being costly on the one hand because a concern for lightness leads to choosing a metal alloy based on aluminum and on the other hand because of a need for finishing by machining it has also the disadvantage of a difficulty in obtaining complex and narrow settling chambers by coring. On the other hand, it is thus possible to obtain cylinder head covers having on the one hand a desired aesthetic, and on the other hand a good rigidity making it possible to use, for fixing them to a cylinder head, only a few fixing members, for example two or three, placed centrally, that is to say through right through the first and second walls, inside the skirt such a method of attachment is generally considered to be advantageous from a on the one hand for reasons of simplicity of arrangement of the cylinder head cover and of the cylinder head for this purpose and on the other hand insofar as it allows the clamping forces to be distributed as homogeneously as possible between the free edge of the skirt , generally fitted with an attached gasket, and the cylinder head without risk of deformation at this level.

Such cylinder head covers can also be produced, as described for example US-A-4,565,164, by stamping and welded assembly of sheet steel parts, in particular when it is mass production for which the cost of the tools to be produced is easily amortized. On this condition, this process is economical it is easy to implement and the cylinder head covers obtained have good rigidity, making it possible to fix them centrally on a cylinder head under the same conditions as the cylinder head covers made by metal alloy casting . However, this rigidity is obtained at the price of a comparatively large weight; furthermore, stamping does not lend itself well to obtaining desired aesthetics.

Finally, such cylinder head covers can also be produced by transformation of various plastics, generally reinforced for example by glass fibers; injection or compression are used, for example, depending on the plastics used. Such a process is economical when it comes to producing small and medium series, for which the cost of tooling is economically attractive, and it offers the possibility of obtaining cylinder head covers of desired aesthetics. However, these cylinder head covers have the disadvantage of a critical absence of rigidity, which prevents them from being fixed on a cylinder head by a central fixing, as is the case of cylinder head covers made by metal alloy casting or stamping and assembly of sheet steel parts, unless additional specific bracing is used, which complicates the manufacture of cylinder head covers by this process and increases their cost; also, in this case, the fixing is preferably carried out at the periphery of the cylinder head cover, that is to say at the free edge of its skirt and in the immediate vicinity of the joint, by means of members numerous fasteners distributed over this periphery to minimize the risk of significant deformation, generating leaks, at this level; this comparatively large number of fasteners naturally requires appropriate arrangements both at the level of the cylinder head cover at the level of the cylinder head, and outbids their manufacturing cost; it would also be impossible to equip a cylinder head cover thus produced with a cylinder head initially intended to receive, with a central fixing, a cylinder head cover produced by metal alloy foundry or stamping and assembly of sheet steel parts. ; finally, insofar as each of the fixing members ensures individual tightening, against the cylinder head, of the cylinder head cover and of the gasket also provided in such a case, it is difficult to ensure a uniform distribution of the clamping forces despite the large number of fasteners; if one wishes to obtain such a uniform distribution, one is obliged to have recourse to devices such as a rigid frame, for example metallic, of pressure distribution covering the periphery of the cylinder head cover opposite the cylinder head to offer support for the fixing members, as described for example EP-A-0 070 500 in the case of a single-walled cylinder head cover, which complicates and makes the manufacture of the cylinder head cover more expensive.

The object of the present invention is to propose a method for manufacturing a cylinder head cover with an oil separator which makes it possible to remedy these drawbacks.

To this end, the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a cylinder head cover with an oil separator of the type indicated in the preamble, characterized by the succession of steps consisting in:
  • a) produce, on the one hand, a first piece of plastic material joining said first wall and said skirt and, on the other hand, a second metal piece joining said second wall and a rim suitable for fitting a second part to close to said free edge of said skirt, inside said first plastic part, said second part being located between said first part of said skirt and said free edge, and
  • b) fitting said second metal part into said first plastic part so that said flange matches said second part of said skirt to the immediate vicinity of said free edge, inside said first plastic part, and securing mutually said first and second parts respectively of plastic and metallic material.

Such a method is particularly economical to use, whether the said first part is made of thermoplastic plastic or of thermosetting plastic, transformed by the most appropriate method, suitably chosen by a person skilled in the art, and in particular when the said second part is produced by stamping a metal blank.

However, insofar as the first part joining the first wall and the skirt bordering it peripherally, that is to say the parts of the cylinder head cover which are visible when this cylinder head cover is fixed on a cylinder head, is made in plastic material, it is possible to give it any desired aesthetic.

In addition, the rigidity of the second part, which is much higher than that of the first part, and its method of fitting into the latter make it possible to provide the cylinder head cover as a whole with good rigidity, compatible with a central fixing such that 'it has been defined above; it will be observed that the rigidity of the second part can be obtained for a reduced wall thickness of this part due to its box shape, which makes it possible to produce the entire cylinder head cover for a weight of the same order of magnitude as that of cylinder head covers in metal alloy based on aluminum, that is to say for a much lower weight than that of cylinder head covers entirely produced by stamping and assembly of sheet steel parts.

De préférence, lors de l'étape a ou b, on prévoit sur l'une au moins desdites première et deuxième parois, autour dudit trou correspondant, des moyens d'étanchéification vis-à-vis de l'autre desdites première et deuxième parois, avec laquelle lesdits moyens d'étanchéification viennent en contact d'étanchéification lors de l'étape b ; à cet effet, de façon particulièrement simple, on peut aménager sur ladite première paroi, autour dudit trou correspondant, une gorge annulaire de réception d'un joint annulaire d'étanchéité dans laquelle on dispose ensuite un joint annulaire d'étanchéité qui vient en appui sur ladite deuxième paroi, autour dudit trou correspondant, lors de l'étape b.Preferably, means of attachment are provided which are interposed between said first and second walls during step b, in order to oppose a mutual approach of the latter from a determined relative position; "joining" generally means mutual support without penetration; these joining means can be attached to said first and second parts but, preferably, they are produced as an integral part of said first part or of said second part during step a. These joining means can have the function of delimiting passages inside the oil settling chamber. They are of very particular interest with a view to central fixing of the cylinder head cover insofar as, for this purpose, provision is made as means for receiving a member for fixing the cylinder head cover to a cylinder head at least two holes provided respectively in said first wall and in said second wall and intended to face each other in the cylinder head cover, and, during step a or b, at least some of said attachment means are provided in the immediate vicinity of said holes which are interposed between said first and second walls during step b, to oppose a mutual approach of the latter from said determined relative position and thus oppose a deformation of the first wall towards the second wall when the fixing members, in practice generally studs on which nuts are arranged arranged above the first wall, play their role of tightening the cylinder head cover on a c ulasse. A similar arrangement of corresponding holes, associated with attachment means, can also be adopted in other locations of the cylinder head cover, and for example as means of filling the engine with the oil cover. Preferably, during step a or b, provision is made on at least one of said first and second walls, around said corresponding hole, for sealing means with respect to the other of said first and second walls. , with which said sealing means come into sealing contact during step b; for this purpose, in a particularly simple manner, it is possible to arrange on said first wall, around said corresponding hole, an annular groove for receiving an annular seal in which an annular seal is then placed which bears. on said second wall, around said corresponding hole, during step b.

Such joining means are also of interest insofar as they facilitate step b of the method according to the invention, and in particular the mutual joining of said first and second parts when provision is made for this purpose. mutual of said rim and said second part of said skirt; indeed, it is then advantageously possible to provide as such, during step a, lugs integral with said second part of said skirt, in the immediate vicinity of said free edge, said lugs being suitable for serving as support for said edge in a direction corresponding to a mutual separation of said first and second walls in said determined relative position; in this case, during step b, said second piece is fitted into said first piece, with elastic deformation of said flange and / or of said skirt when said lugs pass and until said first and second walls come into abutment mutual by means of said joining means, and said elastic deformation is then stopped to place said flange bearing on said lugs in a direction corresponding to a mutual distance from said first and second walls; in a particularly simple and economical manner, the pins can be produced in the form of integral parts of said first part during step a; it is easily understood that the fact of providing such lugs snapping elastically on the rim of the second part makes it possible to obtain an automatic mutual assembly of the first and second parts during their mutual interlocking.

Naturally, a cylinder head cover in accordance with the invention may have any arrangement capable of increasing its functionality and / or aesthetics and, in particular, may receive any insert for this purpose on the first part as on the second part, by appropriate means.

Also in a simple manner, it is possible to arrange in said free edge of said skirt, that is to say in the first part, a groove for receiving a gasket of the cylinder head cover with respect to a cylinder head.

Insofar as a cylinder head cover produced according to the method in accordance with the present invention has its own structural characteristics, to which are linked specific advantages reconciling the requirements of aesthetics, lightness, rigidity and economy, the present invention relates also a cylinder head cover with oil separator, comprising two mutually integral and mutually interlocking parts, one of which constitutes on the one hand a first wall having a periphery and on the other hand a skirt bordering said first wall at its periphery and having a free edge intended to come into tight contact with a cylinder head, said free edge being spaced from said first wall, and the other of which constitutes a second wall located between said first wall and said free edge and generally spaced from said first wall and of said free edge, to delimit an oil settling chamber with said first wall and a first part of said skirt, said first part being adjacent to said first wall, characterized in that said first wall and said skirt are made in a single first piece of plastic material and in that said second wall is made in one single second metal part with a rim conforming, in the immediate vicinity of said free edge, to a second part of said skirt, inside said first plastic part, said second part being located between said second wall and said free edge, and in that there are provided means for mutual securing of said first and second parts respectively of plastic and metal.

This cylinder head cover preferably has the various structural characteristics resulting from the various preferred embodiments of the method according to the invention as defined above.

Other characteristics and advantages of the process according to the invention, as well as of the cylinder head cover which can be obtained by implementing this process, will emerge from the description below, relating to a non-limiting example of implementation. work, as well as the accompanying drawings which form an integral part of this description.

- Les figures 1 et 2 montrent des coupes respectives, par des plans verticaux mutuellement parallèles, d'un même couvre-culasse réalisé conformément à la présente invention, et supposé occupant une orientation générale horizontale, sans que l'on doive en déduire une quelconque limitation quant aux possibilités d'utilisation d'un couvre-culasse réalisé conformément à la présente invention dans d'autres orientations.- Figures 1 and 2 show respective sections, by mutually parallel vertical planes, of the same cylinder head cover produced in accordance with the present invention, and assumed to occupy a general horizontal orientation, without any need to be deduced therefrom limitation as to the possibilities of using a cylinder head cover produced in accordance with the present invention in other orientations.

In these figures, the first aforementioned first part or cover is designated by 1, which is produced from thermoplastic or thermosetting material, transformed by any suitable process suitably chosen by a person skilled in the art and possibly reinforced or loaded, and by 2 the second. aforementioned room or interior partition, made of sheet metal or a metal alloy; the cover 1 is for example made by injection of polyamide loaded with glass fibers or polyester loaded with glass fibers and the internal partition 2 by stamping of a steel sheet, these examples however not being in any way limiting; also by way of nonlimiting example, the cover 1 may have a wall thickness of the order of 3 mm and the internal partition 2 a wall thickness of the order of 1.5 mm.

The cover 1 thus brings together in one piece a wall 3 constituting the upper wall of the cylinder head cover, with any desired shape reconciling aesthetic and functional requirements and a skirt 4 bordering said first wall 3 along a periphery 5 thereof. ci, downwards if one refers to the position illustrated in Figures 1 and 2; this skirt 4 itself has a continuous free edge 6 downwards, general planar configuration intended to come into tight contact with a planar upper face 7 of a cylinder head 8; for this purpose, the free edge 6, which corresponds to an increase in thickness of the skirt 4, has a continuous groove 9 downwards, advantageously produced during the manufacture of the cover 1 and receiving a continuous seal 10 for sealing against screw of the upper face 7 of the cylinder head 8.

In a localized manner, the wall 3 has several holes, with respective vertical axes. There is thus shown a hole 11 intended for filling the crankcase (not shown) with oil via the cylinder head cover; this hole 11 has a vertical axis 14 transversely to which it has a circular section, and it is bordered respectively below the wall 3 and above the latter of continuous annular flanges, respectively 12 and 13, themselves annular of revolution around axis 14; the rim 13 is intended to receive a plug (not shown) and has for this purpose a partial helical thread 15, which is produced like the two rims 12 and 13 in one piece with the entire cover 1. Also shown a hole 16 passing right through the wall 3 along a vertical axis 17, which hole 16 also has transverse to the axis 17 a circular section and is bordered, respectively below and above the wall 3, by peripheral edges continuous 18, 19 annular of revolution about the axis 17; towards the latter, the rim 19 has an annular bead 20, of revolution around the axis 17, intended to retain a plug (not shown) by conjugation of shapes. Finally, there is shown a hole 21 passing right through the wall 3 along a vertical axis 22 and having transverse to this axis a circular section, with dimensions significantly smaller than those of holes 11 and 16; this hole 21, occupying a position as central as possible relative to the periphery 5 of the wall 3, is intended to receive coaxially a member for fixing the cylinder head cover to the cylinder head 8; as such a body of fixing, there is shown schematically in Figure 1 a vertical stud 23 having a lower end screwed into the cylinder head 8, not shown, and an upper end disposed above the wall 3, which it crosses along the axis 22 through hole 21; a nut 24 screwed onto the stud 23 rests on the wall 3, from above, by means of a sealing washer 25, this example however not being in any way limiting.

Downwards, in addition to the respective edges 12 and 18 of the holes 11 and 16, the wall 3 has projecting ribs or other reliefs 26 ensuring an abutment vis-à-vis the internal partition 2 as will appear below, to serve both precise positioning means of the interior partition 2 inside the cover 1, stiffening means of the cover 1 on the one hand intrinsically and on the other hand by pressing on the interior partition 2, and finally partitioning an oil decanting chamber 27 which delimit between them the cover and the inner partition 2, as will readily be deduced from the following description.

The internal partition 2 also comprises a wall 28 constituting its upper part and having a periphery 29 along which this wall carries, in one piece with it, a continuous peripheral rim 30 turned downwards.

The wall 28 is located below the wall 3, with respect to which it occupies a determined position and of which it is in particular kept apart by pressing against the joining ribs 26 so as to delimit the aforementioned chamber 27. It is also kept spaced from the wall 3 by pressing, against the latter, at least one localized projection boss 31 forming an integral part of the internal partition 2, it being understood that other localized bosses can also be provided at this effect in the wall 28 as will emerge from the following description; the boss 31 borders in the example illustrated a hole 32 passing right through the wall 28 along the axis 14, which hole 32 has transverse to the axis 14 a circular section such that it fits around the rim 12 of the hole 11 around this hole 32, consequently intended like the hole 11 for filling the crankcase with engine oil fitted with the cylinder head cover, is bordered peripherally by a flat area 33 of the boss 31, which flat area is perpendicular to the axis 14 and leans flat against an area 34, also flat and perpendicular to the axis 14, provided in the wall 3 around the rim 12; the flat area 34 is provided around this rim with an annular, continuous groove 35 advantageously produced during the manufacture of the wall 3 of plastic material and receiving a continuous annular seal 36 for sealing between the walls 3 and 28 around the holes coinciding 11 and 32; zones 33 and 34, the groove 35 and the seal 36 have respective annular shapes of revolution about the axis 14. Another hole 37 is arranged in the wall 28, coaxially with the hole 21 of the wall 3 and directly opposite of it to allow the passage of the stud 23 or any other suitable fixing member; in this zone, the walls 3 and 28 are also in mutual support, around the holes 21 and 37 and in the immediate vicinity of the latter, by a localized boss 50 of the wall 28 thus allowing, by localized joining of the walls 3 and 28, to transfer onto the wall 28 the tightening forces applied to the wall 3, around the hole 21, by the nut 24 in the example illustrated, or by any other similar component of the elements for fixing the cylinder head cover to the cylinder head 8 ; preferably, as around the holes 11 and 32, the mutual support of the wall 3 and the localized boss 50 of the wall 28 around the holes 21 and 37 is effected by respective zones 51, 52, flat and perpendicular to the axis 22, which the wall 3 and the boss 50 have respectively around the hole 21 and around the hole 37; these zones 51 and 52, for example annular of revolution around the axis 22, are sealed together for example by means of a continuous annular seal 53, of revolution around the axis 22, engaged in a groove 49 also annular, continuous and of revolution around the axis 22, arranged around the hole 21 in the wall 3 during the manufacture of the latter. Insofar as, generally, several members for fixing the cylinder head cover to the cylinder head 8 are necessary, in a distributed manner in a central area of the cylinder head cover, there are several copies of associated holes such as holes 21 and 37, and the arrangements which have just been described in connection therewith, ensuring mutual joining and mutual sealing of the walls 3 and 28 around these holes.

The rim 30 has meanwhile in the example illustrated two zones due to an upper zone 38 directly adjacent to the periphery 29 of the wall 28 and a lower zone 39 which is connected to the upper zone 38 by a shoulder 40 and presents downward a continuous free edge 41, plane, located in the immediate vicinity of the free edge 6 of the skirt 4 in the sense that, although being located above this edge 6, it is vertically distant from it by a distance much smaller than the dimensions vertically separating this edge 41 of the wall 28 or the edge 6 of the wall 3; the edge 41 is parallel to the edge 6, that is to say horizontal in the orientation illustrated by way of nonlimiting example in the figures.

The rim 30 is thus placed opposite the skirt 4, inside the cover 1 its upper zone 38 is placed opposite a first part 42 of the skirt 4, which first part is directly adjacent to the periphery 5 of the wall 3, and the upper zone 38 of the rim 30 is separated from this first part 42 so as to define with the latter, like the wall 28 with the wall 3, the chamber 27 for decanting oil. The shoulder 40 constitutes, in the rim 30 and with respect to the upper zone 38 thereof, a deflection towards the skirt 4 and under this shoulder 40, the lower zone 39 of the rim 30 closely follows a second part 43 of the skirt 4, namely the part of this skirt 4 which extends from the level of the shoulder 40 to the level of the lower edge 41 of the rim 30.

It will be noted that, in particular for manufacturing reasons, the skirt 4 like the rim 30 widens slightly downwards, although having an orientation close to a vertical orientation. so that, by the lower zone 39 of its rim 30, the internal partition 2 fits tightly into the cover 1, through the part 43 of the skirt 4 thereof, in the manner of a conical fitting.

Immediately below the edge 41 of the rim 30, the cover 1 has. in a single piece after its manufacture, a plurality of lugs 44 which form an inward projection of the cover 1 relative to an extension 45 of the second part 43 of the skirt 4 to the edge 6 thereof . Each of these lugs 44 has upward a flat upper face 46 horizontal or substantially horizontal in the example illustrated, that is to say parallel to the edge 6 but turned in the opposite direction relative to the latter. which face 46 serves to support the edge 41 of the internal partition 2 downwards with respect to the cover 1. that is to say in a direction 47 corresponding to a direction of extraction of the internal partition 2 from the cover 1; on the other hand, below this face 46 and up to the edge 6 of the skirt, each lug has towards the inside of the cover 1 a face 48, for example planar, connecting the face 46 to the extension 45 of the part 43 of the skirt 4 and thus giving each lug 44 the shape of a wedge forming a progressively greater and greater projection, relative to the above-mentioned extension 45, from bottom to top.

Under these conditions, the cylinder head cover which has just been described can be manufactured in the following manner.

We start by manufacturing by appropriate means the cover 1 and the skirt 2, initially separated but as they have just been described.

Next, the seal 36 is inserted into the groove 35, just as the different grooves 49 bordering the holes 21 in the wall 3 are inserted, respectively the corresponding seals 53, then the interior partition is presented. 2, by its wall 28, facing the cover 1, by the free edge 6 thereof. Then, by a movement corresponding to a mutual approximation of the walls 3 and 21, the internal partition 2 is inserted into the cover 1, which causes the passage of the lower zone 39 of the rim 30 opposite the faces 48 of the lugs 44, forming cam faces, a progressive elastic deformation of the rim 30 and / or of the part 43 of the skirt 4 and of the extension 45 of this part 43. This movement continues until the walls 3 and 28 come into mutual abutment, against a relative approximation, by means of the joining means constituted by the ribs 26, the boss 31 and the bosses 50, which corresponds to a compression of the seals 36 and 53 between the walls 3 and 28, that is to say a mutual sealing of these walls around the holes 11 and 32, as well as around the holes 21 and 37; it will be noted that the rim 18 of the hole 16 remains spaced from the wall 28; this mutual abutment of the walls 28 and 3 is carried out in practical for a relative positioning of the cover 1 and the interior partition 2 such that the edge 41 of the rim 30 coincides with the faces 46 of the lugs 44, so that the rim 30 and the skirt 4 resiliently resume the shape they had left under the action of the contact of the faces 48 of the lugs 44 with the lower zone 39 of the rim 30, and that the edge 41 snaps into place through the faces 46 with respect to the lugs 44; the interior partition 2 is then immobilized relative to the cover 1 in the position illustrated in the figures.

Naturally, other modes of mutual securing of the cover 1 and the internal partition 2 could be chosen without departing from the scope of the present invention; it will however be noted that mutual elastic snap-fastening is a particularly simple means of ensuring this mutual joining.

It is also noted that when, subsequently, the cylinder head cover thus produced is mounted on a cylinder head 8, that is to say in practice that the seal 10 is put in compression between the free edge 6 of the skirt 4 and the upper face 7 of the cylinder head 8 by acting on the nuts 24 or similar means, the forces applied by these nuts 24 or similar means on the wall 3, towards the upper face 7 of the cylinder head 8, are transmitted without deformation of this wall 3 to the wall 28, by the bosses 50; the wall 28 itself retransmits through the lower zone 39 of its rim 30 these forces at the transition between the part 43 of the skirt 4 and the extension 45 of this part 43, that is to say near the joint 10 and in an area in which the skirt 4 is practically parallel to the direction of these forces (which is the direction 47 indicated above) and is further rigidified by the lower area 39 of the rim 30, so that it results therefrom applying approximately uniformly distributed pressure to the joint 10 and the absence of risk of deformation of the skirt 4, in particular at its edge 6.

It will be noted that, although the lugs 44 have been described as directly adjacent to the free edge 6, these lugs could be located at a different level, slightly spaced from the free edge 6, on the part 43 of the skirt 4, therefore however that this would present between their level and that of its edge 6 an orientation approximately parallel to the direction 47 and approximately perpendicular to the edge 6 and that the rim 30 would closely match the part 43 of the skirt 4 at least in close proximity to their level , that is to say the level of its lower edge 41.

Similarly, although the joining means have been described in the form of localized bosses of the wall 28 around the holes 11 and 37 thereof and in the form of ribs or other reliefs 26 of the wall 3 moreover, it would not go beyond the scope of the invention to choose other provisions as such.

By way of simple illustration, without limitation, of these possibilities, the figures illustrate the fixing, for example by welding, fitting, crimping, on the internal partition 2, of a separating plate 54 inserted locally in the chamber 27 decanting oil and a breather 55 opening into this chamber through the wall 28, on the one hand, and inside the interior partition 2, below this wall 28, on the other hand; the mounting by clipping, on the skirt 4 of the cover 1, has also been illustrated of a localized cover 56 intended to conceal cables 57 by aesthetically completing the cover 1, this localized cover 56 advantageously made of plastic material which can also be fixed by other means on the cover 1.

A person skilled in the art will readily understand that the mode of implementation of the invention which has just been described constitutes only a non-limiting example, with respect to which many variants can be provided without departing from the scope of this document. invention.
