Die Erfindung betrifft eine sog. Ausstiegsvorrichtung, d.h. eine Vorrichtung zum Herausnehmen und Einsetzen einer Fang­einrichtung aus bzw. in eine Führungsschiene eines Fallschut­zes. Der Fallschutz besteht aus der Führungsschiene, die ein nach vorne offenes C-Profil aufweist, und einem Schlitten, an dem mittels eines Gurtes eine Person gesichert ist, die eine Leiter besteigt oder einen sonstigen Steigweg durchsteigt. Einsetzen des Schlittens aus bzw. in die Führungsschiene (1), mit einem Schienenstück (2), das einen Teil der Führungsschiene (1) bildet, das das gleiche Profil wie die Führungsschiene (1) aufweist und das um eine Drehachse (6) seitlich ver­schwenkbar ist, die von vorne nach hinten verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkbereich des Schienenstücks (2) durch einen Anschlag (13) auf das Minimum begrenzt wird, das erforderlich ist, damit ein Schlitten in das Schienenstück (2) eingesetzt werden kann, und daß die Drehachse (6) unterhalb der Mitte des Schienenstücks (2) liegt, so daß der Schlitten nur nach oben herausgenommen bzw. eingesetzt werden kann und nicht nach unten heraus­fallen kann.1.
