Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zur Vernietung einer Bandage (6) auf einer Schaufel (1) eines Rads (7) eines Rotors mit waagrechter Achse (xx'), wobei jede Schaufel (1) an ihrer Spitze (3) einen oder mehrere Zapfen (4) aufweist, die in eines oder mehrere Löcher (5) der Bandage eingeführt werden können, wobei man gemäß diesem Verfahren
    - einen Nietkopf (9) für ein bestimmtes Rad (7) so einstellt, daß er sich einerseits gemäß einer kreisförmigen Richtung bewegen kann und dabei in der Nähe der Spitzen (3) der Schaufeln (1) des Rads (7) vorbeiläuft, und daß andererseits seine Achse sich in der Verlängerung der Achse des Zapfens (4) befindet, wenn er über einem Zapfen (4) steht, und
    - dann die folgende Gruppe von Nietvorgängen durchführt:
    - man zentriert einen ersten Zapfen (4) vor dem Nietkopf (9),
    - man spannt die Bandage (6) gegen die Spitze (3) der Schaufel (1) fest,
    - man vernietet den Zapfen (4),
    - man gibt die Bandage (6) wieder frei,
    - dann verschiebt man den Kopf (9) derart, daß ein zweiter Zapfen (4) vor dem Nietkopf (9) angeordnet wird,
    - man beginnt die Gruppe von Nietvorgängen von neuem, bis alle Zapfen (4) einer Bandage (6) derart behandelt wurden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man, wenn die Zapfen einen spitzen Winkel c mit der Mittelebene P des Rads (7) orthogonal zur waagrechten Achse (xx') bilden,
    - den Kopf (9) gegen senkrechte und waagrechte Bewegungen vor dem Vernieten festspannt und eine Gruppe von Schaufeln (1) zusammenspannt, die die mit dem Nietkopf (9) zu bandagierende Schaufel (1) enthält, und dann nach dem Vernieten
    - die Gruppe von Schaufeln (1) und die senkrechten und waagrechten Bewegungen des Kopfes (9) freigibt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein Endoskop verwendet, das vom Kopf (9) getragen wird, um diesen auf einen Zapfen (4) zu zentrieren.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Vernieten einer Bandage (6) auf Schaufeln (1) eines Rads (7) eines Rotors, um sie untereinander zu verbinden, wobei jede Schaufel (1) an ihrer Spitze (3) einen oder mehrere Zapfen (4) aufweist, die in eines oder mehrere Löcher (5) der Bandage (6) eingeführt werden können, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Wagen (14) aufweist, der einen Nietkopf (9) mit einem Nietdöpper (10) trägt, der mit dem Zapfen (4) in Kontakt kommt und eine Translationsbewegung entlang der Achse des Kopfes (9) durchführt, so daß durch Zerdrücken des Zapfens (4) die Vernietung der Bandage (6) bewirkt wird, wobei die Achse des Kopfes (9) mit der Achse des Zapfens (4) zusammenfällt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn die Zapfen (4) einen spitzen Winkel c mit der Mittelebene P des Rads (7) orthogonal zur Achse (xx') des Rotors bilden, der Nietkopf (9) fest mit zwei Wangen (23) parallel zur Achse dieses Kopfes (9) verbunden ist, wobei jede Wange (23) in einem parallel zur Ebene P verlaufenden Bereich (24) endet, wobei jeder dieser Bereiche (24) eine Spannbacke (25, 27) sowie Mittel (26, 28) zur Bewegung dieser Spannbacke (25, 27) trägt, um ein Paket von Schaufeln zu blockieren, zu dem die Schaufel (1) gehört, auf die die Bandage (6) aufgenietet werden soll.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Spannbacke (25) von einem Motor (26) und die andere (27) von einem Kraftzylinder (28) bewegt wird.
  5. Nietvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (14) mit Mitteln (12, 13) versehen ist, um den Nietkopf (9) mit seinen Wangen (23) entlang der Achse vorwärts und rückwärts bewegen zu können.
  6. Nietvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nietkopf (9) auf dem Wagen (14) mittels einer Drehplatte (11) montiert ist, die die Einstellung des Neigungswinkels des Kopfes (9) bezüglich einer senkrechten Ebene P lotrecht zur Achse des Rotors (xx') auf einen Wert c gleich der Neigung der Zapfen 4 in Bezug auf diese Ebene P erlaubt.
  7. Nietvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (9) ein Endstück (29) und einen Kraftzylinder (30) aufweist, der das Endstück (29) gegen die Bandage (6) drückt, um diese während des Vernietens zu halten.
  8. Nietvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Träger (18) mit zwei kreisförmigen Führungen (17) aufweist, entlang welcher der Wagen (14) sich drehend bewegen kann, wobei die Führungen, deren Achse mit der Achse (xx') des Rotors zusammenfällt, die waagrecht ist, lösbar sind, um die Vorrichtungen an die Schaufeln (1) jedes beliebigen Rads (7) anpassen zu können.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (18) in zwei Richtungen beweglich ist, die in Bezug auf eine Basis (22) der Vorrichtung senkrecht liegen.
  10. Nietvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Nietkopfs (9) sich in einer Ebene befindet, die durch die Achse (xx') des Rotors verläuft, die einen Winkel von zwischen 45 und 90° mit der waagrechten Ebene einschließt.
