Abstract

Das Verfahren und die darauf basierende Einrichtung zur au­ tomatischen, rechnergesteuerten Positionierung der Druck­ schablonen (1) einer Rotationssiebdruckmaschine mit opto-­ elektronischer Abtastung von auf den Schablonen angebrach­ ten Druckmarken unterschiedlicher Konfiguration sieht er­ findungsgemäß die Verwendung einer optischen Meßstrecke (2, 11, 12) vor, die die Hohlzylinderwand der jeweiligen Druck­ schablone (1) durchsetzt. Das elektrische Signalmuster wird in einen Rechner eingelesen, der aufgrund vorprogrammierter Logik das Druckmarkenmuster erkennt und Steuerbefehle an Stellmotoren (4[X], 5[Y]) liefert zur axialen und rotatori­ schen Justierung der jeweiligen Druckschablone. Das zugru­ deliegende Meßprinzip hat den Vorteil, daß die Messung vom Oberflächenkontrast der Schablonen unabhängig wird und eventuelle Gravurfehler ohne Einfluß bleiben. Weiterhin können unterschiedliche Schablonendurchmesser verwendet werden ohne Nacheinstellung der Meßstrecke.
