Description

The invention relates to a device for changing passengers in watercraft that can be moved along a path, such as e.g. guided boats, in particular of amusement facilities, in which the watercraft moor on or on a continuously rotating disc and the passengers can get on and off safely while the disc is rotating. It is known that boats according to EP-B-137.780 are pressed against the circumference of a rotating disc, whereby the passengers can get in and out of the more or less floating boat. Due to the level differences (the bottom of the boat is lower than the window) and the nearby liquid level, a psychological brake occurs which counteracts the rapid change of passengers, which limits the size of the boat or the maximum number of people to be transported.

The invention has set itself the task of counteracting this psychological point, and thus to facilitate boarding and alighting of the passengers.

The invention is characterized in that the disc is provided with a fine-pored, liquid-permeable coating, in particular adhesive coating, and is arranged obliquely to the guide determining the path of the watercraft, and the watercraft can be received and removed on one side of the disc taken from its leadership and is arranged on the rotating disc at rest and the passenger change, the turn of the watercraft and on the other hand, the coupling into the guide in the direction leading to the train is provided, whereby the passenger change is easier and the space requirement of the system is reduced . According to a further feature of the invention, the watercraft are designed as boats or sliding sledges which can be moved along a path and in particular float in a liquid, whereby the design of the watercraft, in particular for fast paths where liquid resistance plays a major role, is specified. Fixed devices, such as bridges to the entry or exit point near the center of rotation of the disk for directing the flow of passengers, are preferably provided, which ensure appropriate guidance of the flow of passengers. In particular, the speed of rotation of the watercraft on the windshield is lower than the speed of the watercraft on the web and the watercraft density on the windshield is greater than on the web, which further facilitates changing passengers.

The invention is shown for example and schematically in the connected FIGS. 1 and 2.

Fig. 1 shows in a plan the window and part of the boat railway, Fig. 2 shows an associated elevation.

So the watercraft 2 ', held by a guide 3, at a predetermined speed on the rotating, inclined Disc 1, is lifted out of the guide 3 and held on the disc 1 by the adhesive coating 4. The passengers come in the direction of the arrow 7 via fixed devices 5, such as bridges, to the entry point, entering the disk 1 in the vicinity of the turning center 8. The center of the disc 1 can be designed as a stationary island, around which the disc with the watercraft 2 rotates in a ring-shaped direction of rotation 9, so that a disc rotating at a slow speed is not immediately entered when leaving the bridge. The pane 1 is provided with a liquid-permeable porous covering 4, in particular adhesive covering, so that on the one hand the watercraft 2 lie quietly on the moving part of the pane, on the other hand the passengers with their shoes are not put in danger even in unfavorable weather (wet pane) . The inclination of the disc with respect to the liquid level 10 is slight, in the order of a few degrees. After a rotation of 180 ° the disk, the watercraft 2 is lifted back into the guide and thereby brought to the web speed and finally leaves the entry point according to reference number 2˝. The disk 1 is partially immersed in a trench filled with liquid, from which the watercraft are floated in and out. Hiebei can of course replace the guide 3 by the flow of the liquid in the trench, especially when the boats are brought to water by an appropriate speed control, for example via slides not shown.

In Fig. 2 the fixed rigid bridge construction is shown, under which the vehicles 2 are passed, wherein the guide 3 is designed as a drag chain, with which the vehicle is brought to the window at a predetermined speed and is threaded by it into the discharging channel at a drag speed. The drag chain 11 is guided below the turntable 1.
