Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum Verschließen einer Flüssig­ keitspackung mit Tubus (1), Deckel (8) mit Öffnungseinrichtung (11) und Boden, wobei der Tubus (1), der Boden (3, 6) und einige Wandfelder (9, 10) des Deckels (8) aus mit Kunststoff beschichte­ tem Papier bestehen und die Ränder der Wandfelder (9, 10) des Deckels (8) durch eingespritzte Brücken aus Kunststoff flüssig­ keitsdicht miteinander verbunden werden.
Zum einfacheren Anspritzen der Kunststoffteile im Deckelbereich bei Packungen, deren Deckel wenigstens teilweise durch Wandfelder aus Papier gebildet werden, sieht die Erfindung vor, daß der deckel- und bodenseitig offene Tubus (1) in einer ersten Stufe in eine Ebene derart flachgelegt wird, daß wenigstens das Deckelwandfeld (10) für die Öffnungseinrichtung (11) in dieser Ebene zu liegen kommt, dann wenigstens die Öffnungseinrichtung (11) angespritzt wird, danach in einer zweiten Stufe der Tubus (11) mitsamt der Öffnungseinrichtung (11) aufgefaltet wird und zum einseitigen Verschließen unter Erstellung des Deckels (8) dessen Wandfelder (9, 10) umgelegt werden und zwischen die so angeordneten Wandfelder (9, 10) die Brücken aus Kunststoff eingespritzt werden.
