Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen auf den Hals eines Kunststoffbehälters aufschraubbaren Kunststoffverschluß mit einem Schraubring und mit einem Einsatzteil mit flexiblem Balg und einem Ausgießer, auf dessen Außengewinde eine Kappe aufschraubbar ist, wobei die Kappe mit dem Schraubring einstük­kig ausgebildet ist und die Kopfwand der Bügelkappe im Abstand von der Kopfwand des Schraubringes herausstehend angeformt ist. Ein solcher Kunststoffverschluß ist in der deutschen Patentan­meldung Nr. 37 20 225.6 beschrieben, zu welcher die vorliegen­de Anmeldung in einem Zusatzverhältnis steht. Eine solche Reißhaut weist häufig eine Perforation auf, so daß sie letztlich aus einer Reihe dünner Verbindungsstege besteht. Um den Kunststoffverschluß öffnen zu können, müssen durch Anheben von an der Schraubkappe angeordneten Bügeln, durch Anheben So der Schraubkappe selbst oder durch Drehen derselben die Reiß­haut bzw. entsprechende Kunststoffstege zerrissen werden. Ins­besondere beim Anheben einer solchen Kunststoffkappe setzt jedoch nicht nur die Reißhaut, sondern auch der eingestülpte Flansch einer Hubbewegung der Schraubkappe einen beträchtlichen Widerstand entgegen. Damit ist es schwierig, die Reißhaut durchzureißen. Wird die Kappe gegenüber dem Schraubring gedreht, so muß die Reißhaut auf ihrer gesamten Länge gleichzeitig durch­trennt werden bzw. sämtliche Verbindungsstege müssen gleich­zeitig zerrissen werden, so daß auch hierfür eine erhebliche Kraftanstrengung erforderlich ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung will hier eine zusätzliche Erleichterung schaffen, wobei gleich­zeitig die beschriebenen Vorteile des Verschlusses gemäß der Hauptanmeldung erhalten bleiben sollen. Claims (7)

Auf den Hals (11) eines Kunststoffbehälters aufschraubbarer Kunststoffverschluß mit einem Schraubring (2) und mit einem Einsatzteil mit flexiblem Balg (10) und Ausgießer (7), auf dessen Außengewinde (12) eine Kappe (1) aufschraubbar ist, wobei die Kappe (1) mit dem Schraubring (2) einstückig aus­gebildet ist und die Kopfwand (8) der Kappe (1) in einem Abstand von der Kopfwand des Schraubringes (2) herausstehend angeformt ist, nach Patentanmeldung P 37 30 225.6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (1) über ein Abreißband (3) mit dem Schraubring (2) verbunden ist.1.
