Abstract

Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Ionisationsrauchmelders, der eine für die Umgebungsluft zugängliche, von einer radioak­ tiven Quelle ionisierbare Meßkammer aufweist, die eine an Speisegleichspannung angeschlossene erste Elektrode sowie eine Meßelektrode besitzt, deren Potential sich bei Rauch­ eintritt in die Meßkammer in Abhängigkeit von der Rauch­ dichte ändert und gemessen wird zwecks Erzeugung eines Rauchalarmsignals,wenn es einen vorgegebenen Wert erreicht, wobei das Potential der Meßelektrode für mindestens eine weitere elektrische Feldstärke gemessen und mit mindestens einem zweiten Potentialwert verglichen wird, der nach dem Gesetz der Kleinionenanlagerung bei der zweiten Feldstärke auftritt,wenn sich Rauchaerosole in der Meßkammer befinden.
