Abstract

A screw extruder, in particular for crushing materials such as organic refuse or the like, comprises, in particular, two interlocking screws which rotate in a housing immediately surrounding the screws, and a terminal plate (1) on the outer end of the screw extruder. One of the two screws (axis 10) extends through the terminal plate and this extension is surrounded by interconnected housing parts (11). Das ein­gangsseitige Gehäuseelement der bekannten Schneckenpresse weist in seiner oberen Mantelfläche eine Einfüllöffnung auf, während auf der Stirnseite des ausgangseitigen Gehäu­seelementes an einer Abschlußplatte eine Matritze angeord­net ist, durch die das aufbereitete Material in Form von Briketts, Chips od. dgl. abgeführt werden kann. Vor dem Austreten aus der Schneckenpresse wird das zu bearbeitende Material also nochmals mittels einer einzelnen Schnecke bearbeitet. Da­durch wird ein größerer Trocknungsgrad erreicht, als durch Verlängerung beider Schnecken der Schneckenpresse. Claims (16)

Schneckenpresse, insbesondere zum Zerkleinern von Ma­terialien, wie organischen Abfällen od. dgl., mit insbe­sondere zwei ineinandergreifenden Schnecken, die in einem Gehäuse umlaufen, welches die Schnecken unmittelbar um­hüllt, und mit einer Abschlußplatte (1) an dem ausgangs­seitigen Ende der Schneckenpresse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der beiden Schnecken (Achse 10) durch die Ab­schlußplatte (1) hindurch verlängert und diese Verlänge­rung von einzelnen miteinander verbundenen Gehäuseteilen (11) umgeben ist.1. screw press, in particular for comminuting materials, such as organic waste or the like, with in particular two intermeshing screws which circulate in a housing which envelops the screws directly, and with an end plate (1) at the outlet end of the screw press, characterized in that one of the two screws (axis 10) extends through the end plate (1) and this extension is surrounded by individual interconnected housing parts (11). 2.
