Abstract

Die motorangetriebene Bewegungsschiene zur Behandlung der unteren Extremitäten und des Hüftgelenks zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß der Schlitten frei verschiebbar gelagert ist und die Unterschenkelauflage mit Fußstütze schwenkbar mit dem Schlitten verbunden ist.
Dabei wird die Verschwenkung der Unterschenkelauflage und der Fußstütze über eine unmittelbar an der Fußstütze an­ greifende Spindel vorgenommen. Der Schlitten ist dabei frei auf Führungsstangen des Unterbaues verschiebbar, wobei die Führungsstangen zweckmäßigerweise auf den Patienten hin geneigt verlaufen. Die Wadenauflage der Unterschenkelauf­ lage ist verstellbar, so daß für jeden Patienten die rich­ tige Unterstützung gewählt werden kann. Die Fersenauflage hingegen ist fest. Auf diese Weise kommt die maschinelle Behandlung der von Hand praktizierten Bewegungsübung am nächsten, da der Fuß dabei festgehalten und die Extremität durch Druck auf die Wade gebeugt wird.
