Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß zum lösbaren Arretie­ren eines schwenkbar gelagerten Bauteiles an einem zugeordne­ten Wandabschnitt.The invention relates to a closure for releasably locking a pivotally mounted component to an associated wall section.

Es sind Staubsauger bekannt, bei denen der Staubsammelraum, in welchen der Staubbeutel eingesetzt wird, an seiner Ober­seite durch einen Deckel abgedichtet ist, der als Zubehör­schale zur Aufnahme von Zubehörteilen ausgebildet ist. Diese Zubehörschale bildet den Boden eines Zubehörraumes, der sei­nerseits an der Oberseite durch einen Gehäusedeckel des Staubsaugers verschließbar ist. Der Gehäusedeckel und die Zu­behörschale stehen über eine Rasteinrichtung miteinander in Verbindung, so daß - wenn sich der Staubsauger nicht im Be­trieb befindet - durch Anheben des äußeren Deckels gleichzei­tig die Zubehörschale mitangehoben wird und dadurch der Staubsammelraum zum Einsetzen oder entnehmen des Staubbeutels geöffnet wird. Wenn sich dagegen der Staubsauger im Betrieb befindet und der äußere Gehäusedeckel angehoben wird, dann löst sich die Rasteinrichtung zwischen dem äußeren Gehäuse­deckel und der Zubehörschale, da diese durch den im Staubsam­melraum gebildeten Unterdruck dichtend gegen eine auf der Oberseite entsprechender Gehäusewände angeordnete Dichtung gesaugt wird. Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß der Verschluß ein an dem schwenkbar gelagerten Bauteil befe­stigtes Federelement aufweist, welches in seiner Schließstel­lung einen angrenzenden Wandabschnitt federnd hintergreift und zum Öffnen mittels Deformation entriegelbar ist. Bei dem schwenkbar gelagerten Bauteil kann es sich um die den Staub­sammelraum des Staubsaugers abdichtende Zubehörschale han­deln, an deren Randwulst das Federelement befestigt ist, wäh­rend der angrenzende Wandabschnitt die Gehäusewand des Staub­saugers bilden kann, welche von dem Federelement unter- oder hintergriffen wird. Hierdurch wird gewährleistet, daß die Zu­behörschale auch in betriebslosem Zustand des Staubsaugers sicher in der Schließstellung gehalten wird, so daß der äußere Gehäusedeckel zum Entnehmen bzw. Einlegen von Zubehör­teilen geöffnet werden kann, ohne daß sich gleichzeitig die Zubehörschale aufgrund der zwischen dem äußeren Deckel und der Zubehörschale angeordneten Rasteinrichtung mitöffnet. Während des Betriebes sorgt der sich im Staubsammelraum aus­bildende Unterdruck dafür, daß die Zubehörschale umlaufend dichtend gegen entsprechende Gehäusewände anliegt, so daß keine Falschluft an der Zubehörschale vorbei in den Staubsam­melraum eintreten kann. An der zur Gehäusewand weisenden Seite besitzt das Federelement einen Schenkel, der in einem Abstand zur Frontseite der Zubehörschale angeordnet ist, und dieser Schenkel besitzt wenigstens zwei Nocken, die einen Ab­schnitt der Gehäusewand rastend untergreifen. Der Schenkel ist dabei einer Eingriffsöffnung in der Gehäusewand des Staubsaugers zugeordnet und ragt in diese hinein. Durch Ein­ drücken des Schenkels deformiert sich dieser in Richtung zur Frontseite der Zubehörschalenwand, so daß die Nocken außer Eingriff kommen und der Verschluß ausrastet, wodurch ein An­heben der Zubehörschale ermöglicht wird.This object is achieved according to the invention in that the closure has a spring element fastened to the pivotably mounted component, which in its closed position engages behind an adjacent wall section and can be unlocked for opening by means of deformation. Das Federelement stützt sich mit seinem der Innenseite der Zubehörschale zugeordneten Schenkel an einer Nocke der Zubehörschale ab, so daß diese Nocke bei Einwirken einer Druckkraft auf den äußeren Schenkel des Federelementes als Widerlager dient. Zur Erleichterung der Montage bzw. Demon­tage sind der an der Oberseite des Randwulstes verlaufende Steg und der innere Schenkel des Federelementes in ihrer Ab­wicklung v-förmig ausgespart, wobei die Aussparung symme­trisch zur Längsmittelebene des Federelementes und mit der Spitze des V's im Bereich des äußeren Schenkels angeordnet ist. Bei der Einwirkung der Kraft F wird der äußere Schenkel 10 nach innen gebogen, wobei das Biegemoment durch die Niederhalter 17 und 18 und die horizon­tale Kraftkomponente der Kraft F durch die Nocke 14 der Zube­hörschale 3 aufgenommen werden, gegen welche der innere Schenkel 12 anliegt. Claims (13)

1. Verschluß zum lösbaren Arretieren eines schwenkbar ge­lagerten Bauteiles an einem zugeordneten Wandabschnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß (1) ein an dem Bauteil (3) befestigtes Federelement (2) aufweist, welches in seiner Schließstellung einen angrenzenden Wandabschnitt (4) federnd hintergreift und zum Öffnen mittels Deformation entriegelbar ist.1.
