Erst durch Verschieben des Flansches 66 bei in das Aufnahmegewinde 38 eingeschraubtem Haltezapfen 46 in Richtung des Gegenflansches 22 kommt der Außenmehrkantabschnitt 72 des Flanschansatzes 68 mit dem Innenmehrkantabschnitt 40 der Hohlspindel 20 in Eingriff. Dieses Verschieben ist dadurch möglich, daß der Flanschansatz 68 auf den Führungsabschnitt 82 des Bolzens 44 gleiten kann. Sobald der Außenmehrkantabschnitt 42 in den Innenmehrkantabschnitt 40 eingreift, ist somit der Bolzen 44 in der Hohlspindel 20 und somit auch in der Drehspindel 16 unverdrehbarfixiert. Der über den Flanschteller 70 vorgesehene Befestigungszapfen 44 kann somit durch die Befestigungsausnehmung 56 hindurchgeführt werden, so daß die Befestigungsmutter 58 die Trägerplatte 52 gegen den Flanschteller 70 des Flansches 66 anlegt. Ein Festdrehen der Befestigungsmutter 58 mittels eines Werkzeugs ist nicht erforderlich. The fastening pin 44 provided over the flange plate 70 can thus be passed through the fastening recess 56, so that the fastening nut 58 bears the carrier plate 52 against the flange plate 70 of the flange 66. Tightening the fastening nut 58 using a tool is not necessary. A gentle turn is enough.

Dadurch, daß beim Einsetzen des Adapters 80 die Zugspindel 26 durch die Handbetätigungseinrichtung 32 in ihrer das Werkzeug nicht spannenden Stellung gehalten wird, kann durch Überführen der Handbetägigungseinrichtung 32 in die das Werkzeug spannende Stellung die Zugspindel 26 den Bolzen 44 in Richtung vom Gegenflansch 22 weg beaufschlagen, was zur Folge hat, daß der nach wie vor in dem Flansch 66 in axialer Richtung verschiebliche Bolzen 44 sich geringfügig mit der Zugspindel 26 bewegt und damit der Befestigungszapfen die Befestigungsmutter gegen die Trägerplatte 52 des Zusatzwerkzeugs 18 verspannt, welche ihrerseits wieder gegen den Flanschteller 70 gespannt wird, der seinerseits am Gegenflansch 22 der Hohlspindel 20 anliegt. Claims (13)

  1. Grinding machine with a grinding spindle (16), which has a hollow spindle with a counterflange (22), firmly connected to the latter, and a positive-locking piece (40), and has a draw spindle (26) which can be displaced in the axial direction in the hollow spindle, the said draw spindle comprising a receptacle (38) for a manually fixable and releasable holding element (46), with a bolt (44), which at one end bears the holding element (46) and at the opposite end bears a flange (66), which can be displaced in the axial direction of the bolt (44) with respect to the latter from an assembly position into a securing position and vice versa, the flange (66) having a positive-locking counterpiece (68) which can be brought into engagement with the positive-locking piece (40), and the bolt (44) which is inserted into the grinding spindle (16) being fixed on the grinding spindle (16) unrotatably in the direction of a further fixing movement of the holding element (46) in the receptacle (38) by the flange (66) located in the securing position, characterized in that the bolt (44) bears at its end opposite the holding element (46) an adaptor (10, 80) with a standard fastening (54, 58), in that the flange (66) has a threaded bore (64), through which a threaded section (62) of the bolt (44) is passed, and in that the bolt (44) bears a collar (48), which in the securing position bears against the flange (66) and prevents further turning of the bolt (44).
  2. Grinding machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the threaded section (62) has a thread pitch which corresponds to a thread pitch of the screw connection formed by receptacle (38) and holding element (46).
  3. Grinding machine with a grinding spindle (16), which has a hollow spindle with a counterflange (22), firmly connected to the latter, and a positive-locking piece (40), and has a draw spindle (26) which can be displaced in the axial direction in the hollow spindle, the said draw spindle comprising a receptacle (38) for a manually fixable and releasable holding element (46), with a bolt (44), which at one end bears the holding element (46) and at an opposite end bears a flange (66), which can be displaced in the axial direction of the bolt (44) with respect to the latter from an assembly position into a securing position and vice versa, the flange (66) having a positive-locking counterpiece (68) which can be brought into engagement with the positive-locking piece (40), and the bolt (44) which is inserted into the grinding spindle (16) being fixed on the grinding spindle (16) unrotatably in the direction of a further fixing movement of the holding element (46) in the receptacle (38) by the flange (66) located in the securing position, characterized in that the bolt (44) bears at its end opposite the holding element (46) an adaptor (10, 80) with a standard fastening (54, 58), and in that the flange (66) is guided displaceably in the axial direction of the bolt (44) and unrotatably on the bolt (44) by positive-locking elements (84, 88).
  4. Grinding machine according to Claim 3, characterized in that the positive-locking elements are designed as a polygonal crown (84) provided on the bolt (44) and as a polygonal socket (88) provided on the flange.
  5. Grinding machine with an adapter according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the flange (66) is guided on the bolt (44) by the positive-locking elements (84, 88).
  6. Grinding machine with an adapter according to one of Claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the flange (66) can be fixed on the bolt (44) in the assembly position by catching elements (92, 96).
  7. Grinding machine with an adapter according to one of Claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the flange (66) can be fixed on the bolt (44) in the securing position by catching elements (92, 94).
  8. Grinding machine with an adapter according to one of Claims 3 to 7, characterized in that the positive-locking elements (84, 88) are adapted in their cross-sectional shape to the positive-locking counterpiece (72).
  9. Grinding machine with an adapter according to Claim 8, characterized in that the positive-locking elements (84, 88) have a cross-sectional shape which represents a reduction of the cross-sectional shape of the positive-locking counterpiece (72).
  10. Grinding machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the receptacle (38) and the holding element (46) form a screw connection.
  11. Grinding machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the receptacle is a receiving thread (38) and the holding element is a holding pin (46) which can be screwed into the receiving thread (38).
  12. Grinding machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the positive-locking counterpiece is a flange attachment which has a polygonal crown at section (72) and fits into a polygonal socket section (40) of the positive-locking piece.
  13. Grinding machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the standard fastening is a screw connection (54, 58) for the additional tool (18) provided with a fastening clearance (56).
