Bei dieser Weiterbewegung des Fal­tenhalters 2 drückt der Ziehstempel 12 auf die Ober­kante der Segmente a, b, c und d des Schneidring­messers 1 und aufgrund der Schräge der Flächen so­wohl der Segmente a, b, c und d als auch der Stem­pelhaube 10 werden die Schneidringmessersegmente a, b, c und d nach unten und außen bewegt. In Abhängig­keit der Größe dieser Bewegung ist es möglich, daß die eigentliche Schneidkante 15 des Schneidringmes­sers nur um ein gewisses Maß in die Wandung der Ver­schlußmembrane eindringt, so daß hier eine Sollriß­stelle geschaffen wird, die bei Einsetzen der Mem­brane in die eigentliche Dose durch den dann dabei vorgesehenen Stempel reißt.Comparing FIGS. 1 and 2, it can be seen that when the fold holder 2 moves downward, the membrane 6 lying on the upper edge 17 of the counter tool 5 and the drawing punch 12 and the ejector 7 is cut and clamped between the fold holder 2 and the ejector 7. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer tiefge­zogenen Verschlußmembrane für Dosen, wobei die Verschlußmembrane ein in den Dosenrumpf eingeschobenes Dosenüberdeckungsteil und einen Membrankragen aufweist, der den Dosen­rand übergreift, wobei während der Formung der topfförmigen Verschlußmembrane vom Inneren her der Membrankragen vom Dosenüber­deckungsteil mittels eines an seinem Außen­umfang eine Schneidkante aufweisenden Schneidringmessers fast vollständig getrennt wird und bei Einsetzen der Verschlußmembrane in die Dose eine vollständige Trennung von Membrankragen und Dosenüberdeckungsteil er­folgt, gekennzeichnet durch ein aus mehreren Segmenten (a, b, c, d) zusammengesetztes Schneidringmesser (1) , das auf seinem Innen­umfang eine gegenüber der Vertikalen geneig­te Wand aufweist, die mit einer gegenüber der Vertikalen geneigten Gegenwand (11) eines ortsfesten Stempels (9) zusammenwirkt, wobei bei der Bewegung eines Faltenhalters (2) die Schneidringmessersegmente (a, b, c, d) nach unten bewegbar sind.1.
