Abstract

The container is intended for storing elongate articles, in particular tools such as twist drills, taps, saw blades and the like. It consists of a base part (1) which is provided with receptacles (2) for the articles, and of a cover part (3) which closes the base part (1). The receptacles (2) are constructed as receiving grooves (2.1) which are partitioned off from one another by separating webs (4) adjacent to the cover part (3) and which are open at one (5) of their axial ends in order to remove the articles. The cover part (3) is provided with elastic tongues (6), each of which carries at its free end a closure tab (7) which closes, in its rest position, in each case the axially open end (5) of one or more of the receiving grooves (2.1). <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kassette zur Aufbewahrung länglicher Gegenstände, insbesondere von Werkzeugen wie Spiralbohrern, Gewindebohrern, Sägeblättern und dergl., mit einem Bodenteil, das mit Aufnahmen für die Gegenstände versehen ist, sowie mit einem das Bodenteil schließenden Deckelteil.The invention relates to a cassette for storing elongated objects, in particular tools such as twist drills, taps, saw blades and the like. Derartige Kassetten sind in vielfältigen Ausführungsformen bekannt. Wesentlich bei solchen Kassetten ist, daß die darin aufbewahrten Gegenstände in einer geordneten Reihenfolge untergebracht sind, so daß insbesondere bei Werkzeugen, die sich oftmals nur geringfügig in ihren Abmessungen oder sonstigen Eigenschaften unterscheiden, sicher und einfach auf den jeweils benötigten Gegenstand zugegriffen werden kann. Bei den bekannten Kassetten besteht jedoch das Problem, daß für die Entnahme nur eines einzelnen Gegenstandes entweder sämtliche anderen in der Kassette untergebrachten Gegenstände ebenfalls frei liegen, so daß bei ungeschickter Handhabung die Gefahr besteht, daß sämtliche Gegenstände aus ihren Aufnahmen herausfallen. Sorgt man dagegen dafür, daß jeweils immer nur eine Aufnahme zur Entnahme eines Gegenstandes freigegeben wird, so bedarf es häufig eines zeitaufwendigen Einstellens eines Schiebers oder dergl. in eine Position, die dann die Entnahme des jeweils gewünschten Gegenstandes erlaubt.Such cassettes are known in a variety of embodiments. Hierdurch ist sicher gestellt, daß eine Entnahme des Gegenstandes nur bei gezielter Betätigung der Verschlußlasche möglich ist, während eine versehentliche Verstellung der Verschlußlasche noch nicht dazu führt, daß der Gegenstand aus seiner Aufnahme herausfallen kann. Hierbei ist es weiter von Vorteil, wenn die Entnahmeöffnungen in ihrer Gestalt der Querschnittsfläche des in der jeweiligen Aufnahmenut aufbewahrten Gegenstandes angepaßt sind. Insbesondere können die Aufnahmeöffnungen dabei rechteckige oder runde Gestalt aufweisen, etwa wenn in der Kassette ein Sägeblatt oder ein Spiralbohrer untergebracht sind. Um insbesondere in Selbstbedienungsgeschäften die unbefugte Entnahme einzelner Gegenstände aus gefüllten Kassetten zu verhindern, ist im Rahmen der Erfindung weiter vorgesehen, daß am Bodenteil auf der Seite der Verschlußlaschen ein Sperrglied angeordnet ist, das über Sollbruchstellen mit dem Bodenteil verbunden ist und eine Entnahme der Gegenstände verhindert. Dabei kann das Sperrglied in der axialen Verlängerung der Aufnahmenuten angeordnet sein, so daß es einen axialen Anschlag für den aus der Aufnahme zu entnehmenden Gegenstand bildet. Es besteht jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, daß das Sperrglied mit Sperrklinken versehen ist, die in Richtung der Verschlußlaschen weisen und in die Entnahmeöffnung greifen. Dabei kann das Sperrglied als flache, parallel zur Ebene des Bodenteils sich erstreckende Lasche ausgebildet sein, die mit einer Ausnehmung für den Bügel von Selbstbedienungsregalen versehen ist.
