Claims (3)

  1. Acier en poudre pour outil rapide, présentant une bonne résistance à l'usure et une bonne ténacité, dans lequel la poudre d'acier 1,2 à 4,5% C, jusqu'à 3,0% Si, jusqu'à 3,0% Mn, 3,0 à 6,0% Cr, 15,0 à 60,0% W, 1,0 à 15,0% V et jusqu'à 20,0% Co, le reste étant du fer, à l'exception de quelques impuretés, et dans lequel l'acier comprend 10 à 30,2% en volume de particules de carbure ayant des diamètres de Heywood d'au moint 1 µm.
  2. Poudre d'acier selon la revendication 1, excepté que la poudre comprend en plus jusqu'à 30,0% Mo, à condition que W + 2Mo = 15,0 à 60,0%.
  3. Acier en poudre selon la revendication 2, dans lequel 2Mo/(W + 2Mo) n'est pas supérieur à 0,45.
