Abstract
Dekanter für die Trennung von Suspensionen mit einem Maschinenbett (1), einer auf diesem drehbar abgestützten Trommel (3), einer in dieser mit Differenzdrehzahl umlaufend gelagerten Schnecke (4), einem zwischen die Trommel und die Schnecke eingeschalteten Getriebe (5), einem an dieses bzw. die Rotationseinheit aus Trommel und Schnecke über eine Drehmomentübertragungseinrichtung angeschlossenen, ebenfalls an dem Maschinenbett (1) abgestützt gehaltenen Antriebsmotor (6) und mit Zu- und Ableitungen sowie gegebenenfalls Hilfsaggregaten, die ebenfalls an dem Maschinenbett (1) gehalten sind. Eine solche Dekanteranlage bildet über das Maschinenbett (1) verbunden ein Massensystem, bei welchem kritische Eigenschwingungen möglichst umgangen bzw. gedämpft werden sollen. Dazu ist die Dekanteranlage derart ausgebildet, daß zumindest eines der an dem Maschinenbett (1) gehaltenen Bauteile und/oder Hilfsaggregate von den anderen an dem Maschinenbett gehaltenen Bauteilen in mindestens einer mit einer parallel zur Drehachse des Dekanters gerichteten Komponente verlaufenden Richtung, ausgenommen die Richtung der Antrieb-Drehmomentübertragung, durch elastische Halterung entkoppelt und/oder mittels eines Dämpfungsgliedes mit den anderen Bauteilen gekoppelt ist.
