Claims (5)

1) Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle der Zentrierung eines tiefgezogenen Fölienstranges hinsichtlich der Elemente zum Verschweißen einer Folie auf dem genannten tiefgezogenen Folienstrang, wobei der tiefgezogene Folienstrang sich auf einer Verpackungsanlage befindet, auf der ein Strang 1 aus thermoformbarem Material geführt wird, wobei die Anlage eine Station 4 zum Formen der Näpfe 7 auf dem genannten Strang 1 umfaßt, des weiteren eine Station 15 zum Füllen der genannten Näpfe 7 mit entsprechenden Artikeln 2, eine Station 16, die von einer Kontrolleinheit 17 überwacht wird, die die Anwesenheit der Artikel 2 in den Näpfen 7 kontrolliert, einer Station 18 zum Verschließen der Näpfe 7, die über Elemente 24, 25 verfügt, die das Verschweißen einer Folie 19 auf den tiefgezogenen Folienstrang 1 bewirken, einer Station 21 zum Schneiden des Stranges 1 in einzelne Packungen 22, und Elemente 23 zum Auswurf der mangelhaften Packungen 22; die besagte Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie über Erfassungsmittel 31 verfügt, die am Eingang der genannten Verschließstation 18 arbeiten und den Durchlauf einer Erhebung 12 signalisieren, die auf genanntem Strang 1 beim Formen der Näpfe 7 entsteht und regelmäßig hinsichtlich einer Vielzahl von derartigen Näpfen angeordnet sind.
2) Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Erfassungsmittel 31 aus einer Rolle 32 bestehen, die horizontal quer zum Strang 1 angeordnet ist und drehbar an den entgegengesetzten Enden von einem Paar symmetrischer Arme 33 gehalten wird, wobei genannte Arme zentral drehbar gelagert sind und einen am freien Ende angebrachten Sensor 36 betätigen können, der die genannte Kontrolleinheit 17 steuert
3) Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Rolle 32 auf der Folie 19 aufliegt, die sich über den tiefgezogener Folienstrang 1 spannt und beim Durchlauf der genannten Erhebung 12 angehoben wird, welche nach oben aus dem genannten Strang 1 vorsteht und durch die Folie 19 spürbar ist, wodurch eine Winkeldrehung der Arme 33 bewirkt und der genannte Sensor 36 betätigt wird.
4) Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Erhebung 12 mittig in Längsrichtung des Stranges 1 vor der genannten Vielzahl von Näpfen 7 vorgesehen ist, welche gleichzeitig in der genannten Formstation 4 geformt werden.
5) Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Erfassungsmittel 31 an die genannte Einheit 17 ein Kontrollsignal bezüglich der Zentrierung des genannten tiefgezogenen Folienstranges 1 übertragen können, wobei das Signal im Taktverhältnis zur Betätigung der genannten Elemente 24, 25 steht, mit welchen die Folie 19 auf dem Strang 1 verschweißt wird.
