Description
The invention relates to a device for washing out and sorting organic, clay-like and other impurities from continuously supplied coarse and fine-grained solids, such as freshly dredged and processed gravel, with a chute and shower for the washing liquid, which material supplies a washing trough, consisting of an endless Conveyor belt supported on support rollers and tensioning rollers, which are held on the machine frame in such a way that part of the conveyor belt is arranged downstream of the chute with a subsequent calming section and is provided as a washing trough, and the other part of the conveyor belt is arranged below the chute and rising upward against the direction of flow of the material fed in, the conveyor belt being driven counter to the direction of flow of the material applied via the chute.
A device with these features is known (DE-PS 25 42 940). This device serves to separate out foreign substances from continuously supplied granular solids, such as, for example, freshly dredged gravel, with the aid of a washing liquid, in particular water, in which these foreign substances collect and are discharged in a floating manner. These foreign substances are, in particular, pieces of wood, humus, clay, coal, rotten rock or other organic and specifically lighter stocks parts. The valley of the conveyor belt adjoining the washing trough serves essentially as a calming section, which is intended to ensure that gravel and sand are retained to a high degree, ie are not washed out with the contaminants. Basically, the device is adapted to the material supplied by changing the wash bed and the subsequent separation section. It has been shown that substances already separated in the separation zone mix again or the separation in the area of the wash bed is unsatisfactory, the efficiency of the device not being optimal. In many cases it is therefore necessary to reprocess the finished product one or more times to further reduce the pollutant content.
The invention has for its object to improve the pollutant discharge and thus the efficiency in a device of the type mentioned.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that in the area of the washing trough of the conveyor belt at least one knocking roller is provided, which is provided with one or more webs arranged transversely to the running direction of the conveyor belt, which represent elevations on the surface of the knocking roller.
An advantageous embodiment is that the knocking roller is arranged at the transition between the washing trough and the calming section.
A further advantageous embodiment provides that showers directed against its direction of travel are provided in the area of the washing trough above the conveyor belt.
It is also advantageous that the support or knocking rollers are horizontally and vertically adjustable.
It is advantageous that the webs e.g. have a round, semicircular or polygonal cross section and consist, for example, of metal, rubber or plastic.
It has been shown that the discharge of pollutants is considerably improved by the formation of the bed support role as a knocking role. The knocking roller causes the material to pulsate in the area of the separation zone. This measure is supported by the showers arranged in the area of the pulse section above the wash bed, which promote the slight pollutant components that rise due to the separation-appropriate pulsation for pollutant discharge.
The invention is explained in more detail in the following description with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings.

The device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a
The support roller 6 is designed as a knocking roller, ie there is at least one elevation on its circumference, which is oriented transversely to the
