Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anrollvorrichtung zum Anrollen von dünnwandigen Kapseln an den Flaschenhals von Getränke­flaschen.The invention relates to a rolling device for rolling thin-walled capsules on the bottle neck of beverage bottles.

Die heute in Benutzung befindlichen Vorrichtungen zum Anrol­len von dünnwandigen und damit weichen Kapseln, z.B. aus Staniol oder aus Aluminium, auf den meist konischen Schacht von Getränkeflaschen, etwa Weinflaschen, weisen Anrollele­mente aus gummielastischem Material auf, welche die Kapsel mit hoher Drehzahl umlaufen. Dabei werden mittels die Achsen der Anrollelemente umgreifender Zugfedern die Anrollelemente gegen den Flaschenhals gedrückt, so daß die Kapseln während des Eintauchens des Flaschenhalses in die Anrollvorrichtung an den Flaschenhals angelegt werden. Dabei werden bei die­sen bekannten Vorrichtungen die auf Hubstößeln stehenden Flaschen durch eine Hubbewegung der Stößel nach oben in die Anrollvorrichtung eingeschoben und anschließend wieder nach unten der Vorrichtung entfernt. Ein Nachteil dabei ist, daß eine paßgenaue Flaschenführung wegen der Hubbewegung der Flaschen im Maschinenkarussell nicht möglich und damit die Erhöhung der Austragsleistung pro Anrollvorrichtung mittels höherer Anrolldrehzahl sehr begrenzt ist. Weiterhin behindern die Hubstößel eine reinigungsfreundliche Ausführung des Ma­schinentisches, wobei die Hubstößel mittels Schiebehülsen oder Faltenbalgen geschützt werden müssen, weil sie bei ei­nem Flaschenbruch dem Inhalt und den Bruchstücken der Ge­tränkeflaschen ausgesetzt sind. Zum Ausgleich von Unterschie­den von Flaschenhöhen müssen die Hubstößel mit federbelaste­ten Ausweichelementen versehen werden, welche sehr aufwendig und nur mit geringem Ausgleichshub ausführbar sind, so daß höhere Flaschen durch den Federdruck weiterer Bruchgefahr ausgesetzt sind und nur eine Verarbeitung von Flaschen mit geringem Höhenunterschied möglich ist.The devices in use today for rolling thin-walled and thus soft capsules, for example made of stanol or aluminum, onto the mostly conical shaft of beverage bottles, such as wine bottles, have rolling elements made of rubber-elastic material which circulate around the capsule at high speed. Der Erfindung liegt deshalb die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine An­rollvorrichtung zu schaffen, die eine wesentliche Steige­rung der Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit erlaubt, den Ausgleich auch größerer Flaschenhöhenunterschiede ermöglicht und eine leich­te Maschinenreinigung auch bei Flaschenbruch gewährleistet. Gemäß der Erfindung wird also die Anrollvorrichtung so ausge­bildet, daß sie zusätzlich zu der Drehbewegung der Anrollele­mente eine vertikale Hubbewegung auszuführen vermag, die Fla­schen somit keiner Hubbewegung bedürfen, vielmehr lediglich auf einfachen Transporttellern ohne Hubstößel stehen. Dabei werden die Flaschen während des Anrollvorgangs unter leich­tem Druck gegen die Teller gehalten. Damit wird eine exakte Flaschenführung gewährleistet, mit der Möglichkeit einer Er­höhung der Anrolldrehzahl und folglich einer Verkürzung des Anrollvorgangs. Sollte es doch einmal zu einem Flaschenbruch kommen, wird dadurch die Funktionstüchtigkeit nicht beein­flusst, weil sich alle beweglichen und damit gegenüber Ver­schmutzung empfindlichen Bauteile über der Flasche befinden.According to the invention, the rolling device is designed so that it can perform a vertical lifting movement in addition to the rotary movement of the rolling elements, the bottles thus do not require any lifting movement, but rather are only on simple transport plates without a lifting plunger. Auf dem obe­ren Mantelbereich der Anrollhülse 16 sitzt drehfest eine Übertragungshülse 19, die an ihrem Außenmantel Längsnuten aufweist. In diese Nuten greifen axiale Leisten 20, die von der Innenfläche einer Antriebshülse 21 abstehen, die mit ihrem oberen Ende über Kugellager 22 an der Karussell­platte 13 und mit ihrem Unterende über Kugellager 24 an einer unteren Karussellplatte 25 drehbar gelagert ist. Die Antriebshülse 21 ist von Antriebsriemen 26 umschlungen, die über eine motorisch angetriebene Riemenscheibe 27 laufen. Der Drehantrieb für die Anrollhülse 16 wird dabei infolge der Leisten-Nut-Verbin­dung zwischen Antriebshülse 24 und Übertragungshülse 19 nicht unterbrochen. Sobald dann das Druckelement 29 auf dem oberen Flaschenrand aufsetzt, endet die Hubbewegung von Ge­gendruckachse 28 und Druckelement 29, während sich die An­rollhülse mit den von ihr getragenen Anrollelementen 18 wei­ter nach unten bewegt. Dabei werden die Anrollelemente 18 durch die Schrägflanken des Druckelements 29 nach außen ge­drückt und gelangen so auf den Hals der Flasche 37 und rol­len dort unter dem Druck der Gummiringe 17 auf den Kapseln 38 ab, womit diese an den Flaschenhals angedrückt werden. Der Drehantrieb für alle acht Anrollvorrichtungen erfolgt da­bei über gemeinsame Riemen 26 und die Hubsteuerung über eine gemeinsame, in etwa sinusförmige endlose Hubkurve 33. Anrollvorrichtung zum Anrollen dünnwandiger Kap­seln an den Flaschenhals von Getränkeflaschen, etwa Weinflaschen, bei der durch eine Relativ-Hubbewegung zwischen Vorrichtung und Flasche aus gummiartigem Material bestehende Anrollelemente zur Anlage an den mit der Kapsel bestückten Flaschenhals gebracht und auf einer Spiralbahn auf diesem unter Anwendung von Druck mit hoher Geschwindig­keit abrollen, wobei die Anrollelemente auf den freien En­den von Stäben stecken, die auf der Mantelfläche einer An­rollhülse in Axialrichtung derselben mittels elastischer Halterungselemente fixiert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anrollhülse (16) mittels einer auf einer Hubkurve (33) umlaufenden Laufrolle (11) in Vertikalrichtung hin- und her­bewegbar ist und mittels einer sie koaxial umgebenden An­triebshülse (21) drehbar ist, wobei zwischen der Anrollhülse (16) und der durch Treibriemen (26) angetriebenen Antriebs­hülse (21) eine Drehverbindung aus in Axialrichtung der Hül­sen (16, 21) verlaufenden Nuten und Leisten (20) besteht.1.
