Ist nach einem längeren Betrieb nicht nur der Gasspülstein 3, sondern in dessen Umgebung auch der Lochstein 2 verschlissen, dann wird vor dem Einsetzen eines neuen Gasspülsteins an dem Deckelteil 8 zunächst der Schablonenmantel 51 mit dem Massezufuhrrohr 55 befestigt und mittels der Haltevorrichtung 7 in der oben beschriebenen Weise in den Lochstein 2 eingesetzt. Dem Massezufuhrrohr 55 wird dann Ausbesserungsmasse zugeführt, die in der Umgebung des Schablonenmantels 51 mittels des Spritzkopfes 56 auf den verschlissenen Bereich des Lochsteins 2 aufgetragen wird. Zur besseren Verteilung der Ausbesserungsmasse wird dem Spritzkopf 56 nötigenfalls Druckluft zugeführt. Die Verteilung der Ausbesserungsmasse läßt sich durch Verschieben und Drehen des Massezufuhrrohres 55 steuern. Nach dem Aushärten der Ausbesserungsmasse wird mittels der Haltevorrichtung 7, speziell des Deckelteils 8, der Schablonenmantel 51 mit dem Massezufuhrrohr 55 und dem Spritzkopf 56 aus dem Lochstein 2 herausgezogen. Ein dem Schablonenmantel 51 und damit der Außenkontur des Gasspülsteins 3 entsprechender Schablonenmantel kann nicht nur zur gezielten Ausbesserung eines verschlissenen Lochsteins 2, sondern auch schon bei der Erstellung der Ausmauerung des Gefäßes zum lagerichtigen Setzen des Lochsteins verwendet werden. Es wird in diesem Fall vor der Ausmauerung des Gefäßes an dem Deckelteil 8 der Haltevorrichtung 7 ein Schablonenmantel 51 - ohne Massezufuhrrohr 55 - befestigt und in das Gefäß geschwenkt. Auf diesen Schablonenmantel 51 wird dann der Lochstein 2 aufgesetzt. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, daß der Lochstein 2 von vornherein gegenüber der am Boden des Gefäßes angeordneten Befestigungsvorrichtung 13 richtig ausgerichtet sitzt. Claims (16)

1. Gasspüleinrichtung an einem Gefäß für eine metallurgische Schmelze, mit einem Gasspülstein, der in einen Lochstein des Gefäßes eingesetzt ist, wobei außen an dem Gefäß eine Befestigungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist, gegen die eine Haltevorrichtung verspannbar ist, die in ihrer Betriebsstellung gegen den Gasspülstein drückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gasspülstein (3) an der Haltevorrichtung (7) zentriert gehalten ist und daß die Haltevorrichtung (7) durch Auszugsmittel (20, 34) von der Befestigungsvorrichtung (13) lösbar ist, wobei die Haltevorrichtung (7) den Gasspülstein (3) von der Betriebsstellung in ihre Wartungsstellung außerhalb des Lochsteins (2) mitnimmt.
