Claims (3)

  1. Steife Unterlage für die Verpackung von Lebensmitteln mit einem absorptionsverhütenden Innenkörper aus Karton, über dem eine saugfähige Folie angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Anordnung vorderseitig und rückseitig mit einer Aluminiumfolie überzogen ist und daß die Aluminiumfolie auf der saugfähigen Seite, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Lebensmittel in Kontakt zu stehen, mehrere Mikroperforationen aufweist, deren Abmessungen, Dichte und Verteilung verändert sind, um zwei Erfordernisse zu berücksichtigen: zu gewährleisten, daß Exsudat zu der darunterliegenden Saugschicht übertragen werden kann, jedoch gleichzeitig die Absorption geregelt wird, damit das übermäßige Austrocknen des Lebensmittels verhindert wird.
  2. Unterlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugfolie mit einer bakterienhemmenden Mischung imprägniert ist.
  3. Unterlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mikroperforationen so angeordnet sind, daß sie eine Klarschriftinformation wiedergeben.
