Claims (11)

1. Verfahren zum Sicherstellen der Dichtheit zwischen benachbarten Schreinerchassis oder -rahmen, insbesondere im Zentrum eines kreuzes (20), gebildet aus vier Schreinerrahmen, beispielsweise von Fenstern oder äußeren Dämmplatten, bei dem eine herkömmliche Dichtung (10) mit einfacher Dichtlippe verwendet wird, die montierbar auf dem Umfang eines jeden der Rahmen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine herkömmliche Dichtung (10) mit einfacher gebogener Lippendichtung, die eine Umbiegung (16) in Richtung des Bogens in den Dichtungsbereichen aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, im wesentlichen vertikal (12V1, 12V2) in den vertikalen Bereichen des Schreinerrahmens angeordnet zu sein, wobei die Dichtung so einen nach außen gebogenen senkrechten Lippenbereich (12V1A, 12V2A) und einen nach innen gebogenen, senkrechten Lippenbereich (12V1B, 12V2B) bezüglich des Rahmens aufweist; jede Dichtung (10) an ihrem zugeordneten Rahmen derart angeordnet wird, daß der nach außen gebogene Lippenbereich (12V1A, 12V2A) oberhalb des nach innen gebogenen Lippenbereichs (12V1B, 12V2B) ist; und daß die Rahmen derart abgesetzt werden, daß sie eine Leitung bzw. Schichtung der gebogenen Lippen, und insbesondere in der Zone des Kreuzes (20)bilden, das von vier benachbarten Rahmen definiert ist, um so eine perfekte Dichtheit, insbesondere in der genannten kreuzungszone, die durch die Ecken zwischen mehreren Rahmen definiert ist, zu erhalten.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umkehrpunkt (16) der Kurvenrichtung der vertikalen Lippe (12V1, 12V2) in einem im wesentlichen mittigen Punkt der vertikalen Lippe (Fig. 2) vorgesehen wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umkehrpunkt (116) der Kurvenrichtung der vertikalen Lippe (wie bei 112) in einem Punkt unterhalb der Lippe (112) (Fig. 3) vorgesehen wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umkehrpunkt (216) der Kurvenrichtung der vertikalen Lippe (212) in einem Punkt oberhalb der Lippe (212) (Fig.4) vorgesehen wird.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontalen Lippen (12H1, 12H2) dieselbe Kurvenrichtung aufweisen, die dem benachbarten vertikalen Lippenbereich (12V1A, 12V2A; 12V1B, 12V2B) entspricht.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Lippe in Abhängigkeit des zwischen den Rahmen existierenden Spiels sich ändert.
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lippen aus einem vulkanisierten Elastomer oder einem thermoplastischen Material gebildet werden.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurve der Lippe derart ist, daß bei der Schichtung bzw. beim Zusammenbau eine Komprimierung der Lippen erzeugt wird.
9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgenannte Umkehrung der Kurvenrichtung (16) durch Gießen oder Formen erhalten wird oder durch Verbinden von zwei Halblippen (wie 12V1A, 12V1B) mit umgekehrter Kurvenrichtung durch jegliche Art von geeigneten Verbindungseinrichtungen, wie beispielsweise Kleben oder Vulkanisieren.
10. Dichtungsverbindung, die eine Dichtheit, insbesondere im Zentrum eines Kreuzes (20) aufweist, gebildet aus vier Schreinerchassis oder -rahmen, beispielsweise Fenstern oder äußeren Dämmplatten, mit einer herkömmlichen Dichtung (10) mit einer einfachen Lippendichtung (12), die auf dem Umfang eines jeden der Rahmen montierbar ist mittels einem Fuß (14), der in ein Aufnahmeorgan des Rahmens, wie einer Kerbe einführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtlippe (12) eine einfache gebogene Lippe ist, die eine Umkehrung (16) der Kurvenrichtung in den Dichtungsbereichen aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, im wesentlichen vertikal (12V1, 12V2) in den vertikalen Bereichen des Schreinerrahmens positioniert zu werden, wobei die Dichtung so einen vertikalen nach außen gebogenen Lippenbereich (12V1A, 12V2A) und einen vertikalen nach innen gebogenen Lippenbereich (12V1B, 12V2B) aufweist, wobei der nach außen gebogene Lippenbereich (12V1A, 12V2A) dazu bestimmt ist, oberhalb des nach innen gebogenen Lippenbereichs (12V1B, 12V2B) angeordnet zu werden.
11. Dichtungverbindung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Lippe aufweist, wie sie nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9 definiert ist.
