Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schleussystem zum Durchlaß von Gegenständen (5) aus einem kontaminiertem Raum (2) in ein Behältnis (4), das in einem kontaminationsfreien Raum (3) an dem Schleussystem angedockt ist. Die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch einen verstellbaren Einsatz (6) einer Lüftungstrennwand (1), der aus einer um ihren Mittelpunkt bewegbaren runden Scheibe besteht, die auf einer zu ihrem Mittelpunkt konzentrischen Kreislinie mit mehreren in ihrem Querschnitt unterschiedlichen Schleusöffnungen (7,8) versehen ist. Mit 1 ist eine senkrechte Lüftungstrennwand bezeichnet, die einen Arbeitsbereich in zwei separate, voneinander lüftungstechnisch getrennte Räume 2 und 3 unterteilt. Der Raum 3 ist kontaminationsfrei; er dient dem Beladen von endzulagernden Behältnissen 4 mit den auszuschleusenden radioaktiven Gegenständen 5. Die Lüftungstrennwand 1 weist eine Öffnung auf, vor der sich ein Einsatz 6 befindet, der mit zwei in ihrem Querschnitt unterschiedlichen Schleusöffnungen 7 und 8 versehen ist. Die Öffnung 7 weist einen quadratischen Querschnitt auf und dient zum Durchlaß von Preßlingen. Die Öffnung 8 weist einen Querschnitt in der Fornm eines an einer Seite gewölbten Trapezes auf und dient zum Durchlaß von Brennstabbündeln. Die Schleusöffnungen 7 und 8 sind in ihrem Querschnitt genau entsprechend den Maßen der endzulagernden Behältnisse 4 ausgearbeitet. Die Schleusöffnungen 7 und 8 erweitern sich zu einem Bereich, der zur Aufnahme eines aufblasbaren Dichtringes 9 dient. Der Einsatz 6 besteht aus einer runden Scheibe, bei der sich die Schleusöffnungen 7 und 8 auf einer zum Mittelpunkt der Scheibe konzentrischen Kreislinie befinden. Der scheibenförmige Einsatz 6 trägt auf seinem Umfang einen Zahnkranz 10, der mit einem Zahnrad 11 im Eingriff steht, das durch einen an der Lüftungstrennwand 1 befestigten Antrieb 12 drehbar ist.
