Claims (8)
- Wärmeisolationsschild, der dazu bestimmt ist, die Ausführung von Arbeiten bei Stahlerzeugungsanlagen, insbesondere bei Cowpers, zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Kissen (11) aufweist, das von einer doppelten Hülle aus Verbundmaterialien gebildet wird, die Temperaturen von ungefähr 800 bis 900°C aushalten können, wobei der Innenraum dieses Kissens mit Einlaßmanschetten (13) und Auslaßmanschetten (15) verbunden ist, und mit Hilfe einer Gebläseturbine, die mit der Einlaßmanschette (13) verbunden ist, aufgeblasen werden kann, während eine Umwälzung von kontinuierlich erneuerbarer Luft über die Auslaßmanschette (15) aufrechterhalten wird, und wobei das Kissen (11) auf einer geeigneten Unterlage (3, 4, 5) ruht.
- Schild gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kissen (11) eingerollt werden kann, und in dem Maße, wie es durch die Gebläseturbine aufgeblasen wird, auf der Unterlage (3, 4, 5) ausgerollt werden kann.
- Schild gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterlage (3, 4, 5) so ausgelegt ist, daß sie sich an die Abmessungen des lichten Querschnitts des Schachtes eines Cowpers anpaßt, und über einen Zugang mit geringen Abmessungen, der von der Manschette (2) des Heißwindschiebers eines solchen Cowpers gebildet wird, angebracht werden kann.
- Schild gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterlage von rohrförmigen Elementen, vorzugsweise aus nichtrostendem Stahl, gebildet wird.
- Schild gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterlage gebildet wird von zwei seitlichen Teilen (3, 4), die im wesentlichen symmetrisch sind, und einem mittleren Teil (5), der auf die zwei seitlichen Teile (3, 4) aufgeschoben oder aufgesteckt werden kann, wobei die montierte Einheit die elliptische Form des Schachtquerschnitts aufweist.
- Schild gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der zwei seitlichen Teile (3, 4) aus zwei seitlichen Abschnitten (3a, 3b bzw. 4a, 4b) besteht, die mittels eines Elements, das ein Scharnier (9) bildet, zusammengeklappt werden können, und beim Auseinanderklappen um das Scharnier (9) einen Winkel von 180° bis zu einem Anschlag (35) beschreiben können.
- Schild gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gitter so angebracht ist, daß eine feuerfeste Wolle zwischen rohrförmigen Skelett-Partien der Bestandteile der Unterlage (3, 4, 5) zurückgehalten wird, wobei äußere Schichten aus feuerfester Wolle eventuell auf die Unterlage (3, 4, 5) gelegt werden können, bevor das Kissen (11) darauf aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zur Verwirklichung eines Schilds gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 in einem Cowper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zugang zu der Manschette (2) des Heißwindschiebers freigelegt wird, und nach Ausbau des Kompensators auf dem Flansch dieser Manschette zwei Portalrahmen (20) montiert werden, und dann zwei seitliche Teile (3, 4) der Unterlage (3, 4, 5) nacheinander eingebracht werden, wozu sie im zusammengeklappten Zustand vertikal eingeführt werden und danach geneigt werden, während die zwei Abschnitte (3a, 3b bzw. 4a, 4b) der zwei seitlichen Teile (3, 4) der Unterlage (3, 4, 5) auseinandergeklappt werden; danach der mittlere Teil (5) der Unterlage (3, 4, 5) zwischen die zwei seitlichen Teile (3, 4) der Unterlage geschoben wird, wobei der gesamte Querschnitt des Schachts bedeckt wird; nach eventueller Aufbringung einer zusätzlichen Schicht aus feuerfestem Isolationsmaterial das Kissen (11) schließlich im eingerollten Zustand auf den mittleren Teil (5) der Unterlage (3, 4, 5) aufgebracht wird und infolge der Wirkung einer Gebläseturbine oder einer anderen Druckluftquelle ausgerollt wird.
