  • Each sleeve 4 comprises: a central hole 41 intended for the pivoting mounting of the sleeve 4 on the shaft 15 so as to be arranged on each wheel 3, a central spring pocket 42 for retaining a spring 45 held between the second cover 2 and the pocket 42 so as to couple elastically in rotation each sleeve 4 with each wheel 3, a notch 43 formed in the sleeve to communicate with the spring pocket 42 and defining two inclined surfaces 430 diverging towards the outside, and a plurality of recesses 44 formed in a surface opposite the notch 43 and intended to come into functional engagement with the studs 34 of the wheel 3.

  • the distance between the curved edge 502 and the lower periphery of the hole 51 is generally equal to the diameter of the sleeve.
  • the diameter of the sleeve is equal to the length of a long axis D minus the longitudinal length T of the tongue portion 50, as shown in FIG. 1.
  • the width of the short axis of the sleeve hole 51 is slightly larger than the diameter of the sleeve.
  • the lowest hole 51a can be hollowed out on one side of the latch 5 to directly form a spring 52 on the latch.
  • the dial 3 can be turned to drive the sleeve 4 and allow the two inclined surfaces 430 of the notch 43 to push the two inclined surfaces 501 and the tongue portion 50 of the latch 5 so as to raise the latch, the upper extension 53 of the latch 5 stopping the horizontal arm portion 53, which means that the actuator 12 cannot be pressed inwards and open the padlock, while the spring 126 returns the actuator 12 outwards to allow the inclined surface 122a of the vertical arm portion 122 to be placed on the inclined surface 113 of the opening end of the clasp 11, which determines a position for blocking the actuator 12 without movement inwards or outwards.
  • the tongue portion 50 of the latch 5 is pulled down so as to be engaged in the notch 43 of the sleeve 4 by the return spring 52 and lower the extension 53 while stopping to stop the horizontal arm portion 123, after which, when the actuator 12 is pressed, the vertical arm portion 122 s' opens relative to the clasp 11 and opens the padlock of this invention.
