Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for removing layers adhering to surfaces of walls, in particular container walls, by deep-cooling the container wall and subsequently mechanically destroying the layer.
Methods for stripping container walls are already known, the layer adhering to the surface being deep-frozen by means of liquid nitrogen, so that the surface becomes partially brittle and cracked. The complete stripping then takes place in the cold state using a hammer or chisel. Since it is necessary to work inside the container at low temperatures and partly under protective gas, a considerable amount of work and safety is required. After the stripping of the container wall, the container can be completely dismantled using a thermal separation process.
In contrast, the invention has for its object the stripping of an inner wall of a container or To carry out the wall part such that at least the essential part of the stripping of the wall part does not have to take place from the inside. This object is achieved by the features listed in the characterizing part of claim 1. By using detonating cords to remove the coating from the surface of the wall part, it is possible for the first time to apply the detaching tool to the outer surface of the wall part and then to detach the inner surface of the wall part by igniting the explosive. As a result, it is no longer necessary to enter the interior of the container for the stripping process. Advantageously, numerous detonating cords are arranged parallel to one another on the surface. It is also advantageous that the detonating cords are arranged close to the surface of the wall, in order to ensure an effective detachment of the layer from the wall. A good detachment of the layer from the surface of the wall is achieved in that the detonating cords are arranged in a net shape on the surface. Advantageously, the net formed from detonating cords can be formed from rectangular net segments which cover at least an annular part of the container wall. The denser the mesh or the individual mesh segments, the more effective is the detachment of the layer from the surface of the container wall.
In a further embodiment of the invention, it is advantageous that the method for removing layers adhering to surfaces of walls or of container walls is carried out by deep-cooling the wall and then destroying the layer by explosive technology. For this purpose, numerous detonating cords are arranged in combination with cutting cords on the surface of the wall part. As a result, the layer can be removed from the surface of the wall and the wall part can be disassembled into individual parts simultaneously or immediately after the delamination. It is also possible to decoat the container wall without freezing.
The detonating cords and / or cutting cords are advantageously fired in a staggered sequence. This makes it possible to specifically increase the release force at individual points. This is advantageously achieved by interference of the shock waves coupled into the container wall.
In the following, the invention is explained in more detail with reference to drawings showing several possible embodiments.

Die Sprengschnüre bzw. das Netz liegen dicht an der Oberfläche der Wand 1 an.In the drawing, 1 denotes a wall of a container for holding liquids or gases, on the surface of which numerous detonating
However, it is also possible to provide flat explosive charges in the structured area of the wall 1 of the container in addition to the individual detonating cords. That is to say, such flat explosive charges should be provided in particular at the points at which stiffeners or ribs or projections are present. The different material behavior of the base material and the coating is advantageously used at low temperatures. After the cooling process, the
By a suitable initiation of the detonating cord network at several predetermined points, the transient vibration behavior of the container can be used in an advantageous manner, so that the tensions between coating and base material, which are caused by the impact, still occur can be increased and thus the tearing of the coating is facilitated.
The control of the result required after the blasting decoating and any necessary reworking, for example on stiffeners in the interior of the container, require a fraction of the effort compared to mechanical decoating. Furthermore, the placement and attachment of the explosives network also requires only a fraction of the effort mentioned, since it takes place on the outer surface of the wall 1 of the container. The actual detachment of the coating takes place with the detonation of the charge network or explosive network in fractions of a second, so that the time expenditure is negligible.
The described arrangement of the net formed from detonating
The cutting cords can also be designed as a flexible network. They are attached to the surface of the wall 1 in a manner similar to the nets made of detonating cords. The mesh size determines the size of the fragments.
- a) Zweistufiges Vorgehen:
- 1. Entschichten in der beschriebenen Weise,
- 2. Trennen mit einem Netz von Schneidschnüren.
- b) Einstufiges Verfahren:
- a) Two-step procedure:
- 1. stripping in the manner described,
- 2. Separate with a network of cutting cords.
- b) One-step procedure:
For this purpose, a single network consisting of a combination of detonating and cutting cords is advantageously applied to the surface of the wall 1. During the detonation, decoupling means that stripping takes place and, due to the action of the linear cutting projectiles, separation takes place practically simultaneously. Due to the multiple initiation of the combined network in suitable time stages, the voltage increases due to interference of individual impacts can be used in an advantageous manner.
The explosive charge networks can advantageously be assembled from explosive and / or cutting cords. So-called ignition distributors are to be inserted at selected nodes, which ensure that the detonation is passed on. By choosing different cords and cutting to the desired length (mesh width), the cargo network can be adapted to individual requirements.
