Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe, and to a method for producing such a sports shoe according to the preambles of claims 1 and 16.
- Such a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe, is known from DE-B-2 520 797.
- a sole for a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe is known for use on plastic hall floors, in which a textile fabric is arranged in a rubber sole in such a way that the interstices of the textile fabric are filled with the rubber and part of the Textile fabric exposed on the barrel side.
- the textile fabric can be pulled up on all sides over the sole edges and also cover the top of the toe cap.
- a disadvantage of this solution is that the hard fibers of the textile fabric, mixed with synthetic resin, fiber out at high abrasion values and / or high temperature loads and finally tear off. This ends the increased abrasion resistance that is inherent in the system.
- a sports shoe in particular tennis shoe, is known from DE-B-2 635 474, in which in a Sole made of resilient plastic, at least in the area of the shoe tip, is covered with a layer of wear-resistant material which differs from the sole material, namely a layer made of chrome-tanned leather, which is arranged at least in the edge area of the sole tip which is approximately perpendicular to the tread.
- chrome leather sole has been used primarily for tennis shoes on plastic courts with tartan, carpet or asphalt floors or coverings.
- a disadvantage of sports shoes with such outsoles is that on floor coverings with relatively good sliding properties, for example on plastic coverings with a relatively smooth surface, the desired conditional slidability, ie the possible slipping of the athlete wearing such shoes by a few centimeters, turns out too high, so that this sports shoe, especially tennis shoe, cannot be used as an all-round shoe. Accordingly, the preferred area of application for this indoor tennis shoe is in particular indoor tennis courts with carpeted floors. These soles also lead to increased wear and tear as soon as the openings through the chrome leather insert part, which are filled with plastic material of the outsole, make up too much of the area.
- the object is to be designed to design the outsole of a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe, for use on wear-intensive floors such that the abrasion resistance of the outsole, in particular in the toe area and / or in other edge areas of the outsole and / or in adjacent areas of the
- the tread of the outsole preferably in the upward-pointing or angled sole edge, is significantly increased and a sufficient braking effect is retained by the material of the outsole or the outsole edge.
- the advantage is achieved that when sliding on the upwardly drawn edge of the outsole or in other edge areas of the outsole on wear-intensive floors, the wear-resistant parts in the edge area of the outsole support this area sufficiently so that the sole material in the corresponding edge areas of the The outsole is protected because the main load in these edge areas of the outsole is absorbed by the wear-resistant parts.
- Fig. 1, 1 denotes a sports shoe which has an outsole 2 which is usually connected to the shoe upper by means of a shock-absorbing midsole (not shown in the drawing).
- the edge 3 of the outsole 2 is raised, at least in the toe region 4, as is known per se.
- the edge 3 of the outsole 2 is advantageously also raised in the heel area 5 and expediently also in the inner ball area 6 and optionally also in the outer ball area 10 (see FIG. 2).
- the edge 3 of the outsole 2 is pulled upwards on all sides or all around.
- Outsole 2 and edge 3 do not initially have to form a structural unit, but can also be produced as individual parts and only subsequently put together be joined, the edge 3 optionally being in the form of a edge band.
- wear-resistant parts 7 in the form of platelets are inserted or molded at least in the upwardly drawn edge 3 of the tip region 4, as is correspondingly illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the surface 8 of the wear-resistant parts 7 is flush with the edge surface 9 of the edge 3 of the outsole 2.
- the surface 8 of the wear-resistant parts 7 may also protrude somewhat beyond the edge surface 9 or be arranged slightly recessed therein.
- the wear-resistant parts 7 are provided in the toe area 4, in the heel area 5, in the inner ball area 6 and in the outer ball area 10. These are all areas that must have some sliding properties, especially when playing tennis or other indoor sports, such as indoor handball, so that foot injuries, ligament stretching or the like can be avoided by stopping the outsole of the sports shoe too abruptly on the often aggressive floor coverings.
- the comparatively soft material of the edge 3 of the outsole 2 often has relatively good anti-slip properties and is therefore usually exposed to greater wear.
- the wear-resistant parts 7 have significantly better sliding properties and a very high wear resistance.
- Oxide ceramics such as aluminum oxide, or one or more metal compounds, such as metal carbides, for example SiC and / or TiC, are used as the material for the wear-resistant parts 7. and / or NiC etc., or also metal nitrides, such as SiN and / or TiN, and / or WoN etc.. Hard metals known per se are also suitable for this.
- the wear-resistant parts 7 suitably have a plate or disc shape and are held either directly or preferably by means of a carrier 12 by means of a circumferential recess 11 in the material of the edge 3 of the outsole 2. In the latter case, the carrier 12 is molded into the edge material.
- the carrier 12 is thinner, in particular considerably thinner, than the thickness of the wear-resistant parts 7. Its thickness corresponds primarily to the width of the depression 11 in the wear-resistant part 7.
- FIG. 4 and 5 show a wear-resistant part 7 in the form of a disc with a recess 11 designed as a circumferential annular groove.
- the thickness of the wear-resistant part 7 corresponds essentially to the thickness of the edge 3 of the outsole 2 at the installation point of the part 7.
- a front disk section 13 and a rear disk section 14 are formed.
- the diameter of the front pane section 13 is advantageously larger than that of the rear pane section 14.
- Such wear-resistant parts 7 are in a carrier 12 made of plastic, such as polyethylene, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyether, rubber or the like, directly during the manufacture of the carrier 12 molded in or buttoned into openings 15 of the carrier 12 (Fig. 6).
- the carrier can also consist of leather or possibly even of metal, in particular aluminum.
- the opening 15 has a good mounting and easy assembly of the wear-resistant parts 7 a plurality of inwardly projecting tabs 16, which wear into the recess 11 fixed parts 7 can intervene.
- the carrier 12 equipped with the wear-resistant parts 7 are inserted into a mold and overmolded and / or cast with the sole or edge material of the outsole 2.
- At least two adjusting elements 17 are integrally formed on the carrier 12 in a preferably two-part form in order to hold it precisely. In the case of larger lengths of the support 12, correspondingly more adjustment elements 17 are provided.
- the adjusting elements 17 consist of a web 18 projecting at right angles, on which a pin 19 projecting downwards is provided. The latter is inserted into corresponding openings in an injection or casting mold, and the position of the carrier 12 and the wear-resistant parts 7 in the casting mold is precisely determined. After the shaping process of the outsole 2 or of an edge strip or ring forming the edge 3, the protruding parts 20 of the carrier 12 are cut off. Suitable predetermined breaking points can be provided in the carrier 12 for this purpose.
- the wear-resistant parts 7 can also be fastened in the carrier 12 differently than described.
- the wear-resistant parts 7 are usually produced from a suitable powder made of metal ceramic, which is mixed with appropriate solvents. These Powder-solvent connection can in principle be sprayed, so that corresponding through-holes or blind-hole-like channels can be provided in the parts 7 which are resistant to wear. In this way, annular recesses can also be provided in these wear-resistant parts 7, which lead to increased adhesion with the actual outsole.
- the wear-resistant parts 7 can be mushroom-shaped on the head side in order to reduce the contact area if the corresponding sports shoe is to be used on coverings in which an excessively high sliding ability is not desired (cf. FIG. 8).
- sports shoes with such outsoles are suitable for the widest area of application, namely for plastic floors of all kinds, needle felt coverings, other carpets, synthetic grass, concrete, asphalt and other floor coverings with high and highest abrasion values.
- this carrier 12 can be provided with adhesive or roughened in order to ensure an intensive connection with the corresponding parts of the outsole.
- More than three wear-resistant parts 7 can also be provided in the carrier 12 (FIG. 7), so that the increased abrasion resistance is not only present in the tip area of the outsole 2, but also far into the inner and outer ball area 6, 10 can extend into it.
- These parts 7 can optionally be arranged in several rows one above the other and / or alternately with one another offset, for example in the form of a zigzag line or the like.
- wear-resistant parts 7 may be appropriate to provide the wear-resistant parts 7 at comparatively large distances of one to two centimeters, so that excessively high sliding values on floor coverings with relatively good sliding properties can be ruled out and an otherwise excessive sliding effect or "ice skate effect" is certain can be excluded.
- the preferred field of application of the present invention is sports shoes, in particular tennis shoes, for indoor floors
- these sports shoes can preferably also be used for outdoor sports with aggressive floors or floor coverings of any kind. Even for lawn floors with artificial grass, use seems advantageous.
- the use of the highly abrasion-resistant parts 7 is not limited to profile-free outsoles, especially if these parts 7 are only in the upwardly drawn edge region 3 of the Outsole 2 are arranged.
- This edge area 3 can also profile with outsoles with profiles be trained.
- a shock-absorbing midsole in particular made of foams of a suitable consistency, such as foamed polyurethane, can be attached between the outsole 2 and the shoe upper.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe, and to a method for producing such a sports shoe according to the preambles of
Such a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe, is known from DE-B-2 520 797.
From DE-B-2 312 198 a sole for a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe, is known for use on plastic hall floors, in which a textile fabric is arranged in a rubber sole in such a way that the interstices of the textile fabric are filled with the rubber and part of the Textile fabric exposed on the barrel side. The textile fabric can be pulled up on all sides over the sole edges and also cover the top of the toe cap. A disadvantage of this solution is that the hard fibers of the textile fabric, mixed with synthetic resin, fiber out at high abrasion values and / or high temperature loads and finally tear off. This ends the increased abrasion resistance that is inherent in the system.
Furthermore, a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe, is known from DE-B-2 635 474, in which in a Sole made of resilient plastic, at least in the area of the shoe tip, is covered with a layer of wear-resistant material which differs from the sole material, namely a layer made of chrome-tanned leather, which is arranged at least in the edge area of the sole tip which is approximately perpendicular to the tread. This so-called "chrome leather sole" has been used primarily for tennis shoes on plastic courts with tartan, carpet or asphalt floors or coverings. A disadvantage of sports shoes with such outsoles is that on floor coverings with relatively good sliding properties, for example on plastic coverings with a relatively smooth surface, the desired conditional slidability, ie the possible slipping of the athlete wearing such shoes by a few centimeters, turns out too high, so that this sports shoe, especially tennis shoe, cannot be used as an all-round shoe. Accordingly, the preferred area of application for this indoor tennis shoe is in particular indoor tennis courts with carpeted floors. These soles also lead to increased wear and tear as soon as the openings through the chrome leather insert part, which are filled with plastic material of the outsole, make up too much of the area.
Finally, it is known from DE-A-3 233 900 to design sports shoe soles with gripping elements, for example with studs, spikes or baseball fittings, to be extremely abrasion-resistant in that the gripping elements consist entirely or partially of oxide ceramic. The aim of this solution is to produce the gripping elements made of oxide ceramic, which protrude far from the outsole, in order to largely prevent damage to these gripping elements and thus to minimize the risk of injury due to sharp edges, burrs or the like.
With the present invention, the object is to be designed to design the outsole of a sports shoe, in particular tennis shoe, for use on wear-intensive floors such that the abrasion resistance of the outsole, in particular in the toe area and / or in other edge areas of the outsole and / or in adjacent areas of the The tread of the outsole, preferably in the upward-pointing or angled sole edge, is significantly increased and a sufficient braking effect is retained by the material of the outsole or the outsole edge.
This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 and claim 16.
With the invention, in particular, the advantage is achieved that when sliding on the upwardly drawn edge of the outsole or in other edge areas of the outsole on wear-intensive floors, the wear-resistant parts in the edge area of the outsole support this area sufficiently so that the sole material in the corresponding edge areas of the The outsole is protected because the main load in these edge areas of the outsole is absorbed by the wear-resistant parts.
Further advantageous details of the invention are specified in the subclaims and are described in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawing.

In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a sports shoe which has an
According to the invention, wear-
The comparatively soft material of the
Oxide ceramics, such as aluminum oxide, or one or more metal compounds, such as metal carbides, for example SiC and / or TiC, are used as the material for the wear-
The
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 7, the adjusting
Of course, the wear-
Fig. 8).The wear-
By using the invention, sports shoes with such outsoles are suitable for the widest area of application, namely for plastic floors of all kinds, needle felt coverings, other carpets, synthetic grass, concrete, asphalt and other floor coverings with high and highest abrasion values.
In order to improve the connection of the
More than three wear-
It is important that the wear-
If necessary, it may be appropriate to provide the wear-
Even if the preferred field of application of the present invention is sports shoes, in particular tennis shoes, for indoor floors, these sports shoes can preferably also be used for outdoor sports with aggressive floors or floor coverings of any kind. Even for lawn floors with artificial grass, use seems advantageous.
Even if the outsole or at least a part of the outsole, in particular the tip region of the outsole, is preferably designed without a profile, the use of the highly abrasion-
In principle, it is also possible, preferably in the case of treadless outsoles, to additionally attach highly abrasion-
