The collector shoe comprises a pair of collector heads slidingly mounted on the rails and a socket carrier electrically conductively connected to the collector heads and comprised of two electrically conductive socket sections electrically insulated from each other by an insulating element positioned between the socket sections. The socket carrier is mounted between the collector heads for rotation about an axis extending perpendicularly to the rails, and there is a socket for a lamp on the socket carrier.

Description

The invention relates to a low-voltage lighting device, with a pair of busbars installed in parallel and a current collector carriage which is displaceably guided on the pair of busbars and which conducts insulation that prevents the flow of current between the two busbars and a pivotable holder for a slide part that is electrically separated from the two by this insulation connected lamp holder or the like. A low-voltage lighting device of the type described at the outset is already known from EP-A-0 129 325 with two pickup contacts for electrically conductive and mechanical contact between the pantograph slide and the busbars.

As is apparent from EP-A1-0 171 326, there is already such a low-voltage lighting device of the type described at the outset in connection with a hanging device for pictures or the like, two pivot arms which are insulated from one another being articulated on the rigid sled carriage, which pivotally accommodate a lamp housing between their free ends and for the electrically conductive connection between the serve individual busbars and the lamp housing. This lighting device is therefore relatively large and bulky, it also only allows the light source to be pivoted about an axis lying transversely to the slide guide and, moreover, there are often contact difficulties in the hinge areas between the slide and swivel arms or swivel arms and the lamp holder seated within the lamp housing.

According to DE-A-3 151 996, a low-voltage lighting device has also been proposed which has a block-shaped current collector which is slidably mounted on the pair of busbars and which has a receiving trough and a magnet for receiving a lamp with a ball housing. Here, the power connection between the pick-up carriage and the lamp must be closed using a separate cable, and the mounting of the lamp using magnetic forces remains rather unsafe due to the electromagnetic fields caused by the often high currents of the low-voltage systems. In addition, despite the free pivotability of the ball housing within the receiving trough, the possible lighting area is considerably restricted by the pantograph block itself.

The invention is therefore based on the object of eliminating these deficiencies and of creating a low-voltage lighting device which is distinguished by its space-saving, compact design, its robustness and functional reliability and, above all, by its freedom of pivoting and its all-round lighting area.

The invention solves this problem in that in a low-voltage lighting device of the type described above, the pick-up carriage consists of two pick-up heads which are displaceably seated on the rails and there is a mount support which is rotatably mounted between the pickup heads about a transverse axis normal to the slide guide direction, the mount support which is articulated in an electrically conductive manner on the pickup heads being divided by an intermediate piece which forms the insulation and is itself provided as a holder and power connection for the lamp holder. The lamp holder or the lamp is therefore seated directly on the frame support forming the freely rotatable middle part of the pick-up carriage and can thus be rotated between the pick-up heads as desired. No separate swivel arms are required and no wire connections, and a compact, stable lighting device is created in the smallest space.

In order to enlarge the pivoting range of the lamp holder by a further dimension, according to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the holder for holding the lamp holder has a receiving arm which is rotatable about a normal axis to the holder axis of rotation between the one holder part and one attached to the other holder part Bracket supports, the receiving arm, which is supported on both ends in an electrically conductive manner, is divided by an insulating intermediate piece and the lamp holder, in turn, and receives the lamp holder. The result is a self-conducting universal joint as a holder for the lamp holder, so that the lamp can be aligned on all sides and there is a practically unrestricted lighting area. Despite the freedom of swiveling, however, the space requirement remains minimal and the self-conducting support and arm parts ensure the wireless power connection to the power rails and ensure trouble-free, long-lasting operation.

If, according to the invention, the mount support and, if applicable, the receiving arm each consist of two metal bushings, which are fitted on both sides of the disc-shaped, plug-in intermediate piece, this results in a simple, low-cost construction that is optimally suited to fulfilling on the one hand its insulating and on the other hand its current-carrying tasks.

It is also advantageous if a pair of plug-in poles forms the lamp socket, the plug-in poles of which are inserted on both sides of the intermediate piece in the two socket support or receiving arm parts, since a particularly inexpensive, space-saving and also robust lamp socket is produced.

If the plug-in poles protrude radially inwards through the metal bushes into the plug-in pins of the intermediate piece, these plug-in poles can simultaneously be used to fix the intermediate piece in relation to the metal bushes, which further simplifies the construction.

In order to achieve a good, low-resistance line connection between the parts which can be rotated relative to one another, the metal bushings with a front-side bearing bore can be plugged onto a metal bearing pin inserted in the supporting part and rotatably mounted between the supporting part and a bolt head via a metal one for the rotary mounting of the socket carrier or the receiving arm Spring tensioned. In a certain sense, there is a self-locking rotatability of the holder in relation to the pick-up heads or the receiving arm in relation to the holder or its retaining bracket, as a result of which the lamp holder remains securely in any rotational position, and the resilient tensioning of the parts also ensures that it is in perfect condition Current supply contacts provided.

In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated schematically, namely show
  • Fig. 1 shows a low-voltage lighting device according to the invention in a perspective diagram and
  • 2 and 3 show two exemplary embodiments of the pick-up carriage of this lighting device in a partially sectioned diagram of different scales.

Es entsteht eine elektrisch gut leitende, selbsthemmende Drehlagerung des Fassungsträgers 7 an den Abnehmerköpfen 4.On a pair of busbars 1 which is connected to a low-voltage power source in a manner not shown and which can be laid parallel to one another and insulated from one another in any position and direction, a pantograph carriage 3 is slidably mounted on the busbars 1 with two pickup heads 4 and can be fixed in any displacement position by means of clamping screws 5 which penetrate the slot-shaped or hole-shaped guides 6 of the pick-up heads 4. The pick-up slide 3 has a holder 7 for the lamp holder of a low-voltage lamp L, which holder is rotatably mounted between the holder heads 4 about a transverse axis A normal to the guide bores 6 and which is in turn divided by an insulating intermediate piece 8, the holder 7 consisting of two metal bushings 7a, 7b there are, which are plugged in opposite directions on the disc-shaped, on both sides spigot 8a forming intermediate piece. For the articulation of the holder 7 on the pick-up heads 4, there is in each case a bearing pin 9 projecting through an end-side bearing bore 9 of the metal bushings 7a, 7b and inserted in the adjacent pick-up head 4, and one on a bolt head 10a and on the metal bushing 7a, 7b Supporting metal spring 11 ensures tension between the metal bushing 7a, 7b and the pick-up head 4. An electrically well-conductive, self-locking rotary bearing of the holder 7 on the pick-up heads 4 is produced.

As indicated in Fig. 2, the socket holder 7 can now directly form the holder and socket for the low-voltage lamp 11, for which purpose a pair of plug-in poles 12 are inserted on both sides of the intermediate piece 8 into the metal bushings 7a, 7b of the socket holder 7, which plug-in poles 12 simultaneously Securing the cohesion of the frame support 7 protrude through the metal bushings 7a, 7b and engage in the plug pins 8a of the intermediate piece 8. Since the plug-in poles 12 connect directly through their seat in the metal bushings 7a, 7b to the two current-carrying slide parts which are electrically separated from one another by the intermediate piece 8, the required power supply for a lamp 12 plugged into the plug-in poles 12 is ensured. This lamp can be positioned as desired along the pair of busbars 1 by moving the pick-up carriage 3 and rotated about the transverse axis A in each pivoting direction by rotating the socket support 7.

In order to achieve greater freedom of pivoting, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the mount carrier 7 can be equipped with a receiving arm 13 which can be rotated about a normal axis B to the transverse axis A between the one metal bushing 7b or a saddle-shaped one which can be fitted onto the metal bushing 7b Attachment 7c of the holder 7 and a metal bracket 14 inserted into the other metal sleeve 7a is stored and is similar to the holder 7 made of two metal sleeves 13a, 13b and an insulating intermediate piece 15 composed. Here, too, bearing pins 10 and the springs 11 which clamp the mutually rotatable parts are provided for the electrically conductive rotary bearing, and the plug-in pole pair 12 forms the lamp holder, the plug-in poles 12 in turn projecting into the interior of the metal bushes 13a, 13b and into the plug-in pins 15a of the intermediate piece 15 intervention. The result is a lighting device, the lamp of which is not only longitudinally displaceable along the rail pair 1 and pivotable about the transverse axis A, but can also be rotated about a normal axis B, so that practically a usable lighting area is available.
