- the invention can be applied as means to heat and protect hydraulic pipes against frosts, as well as heating means for pipes for asphaltic products and tanks, so to fluidize when removing the products, for instance, in installations aimed to fuel oil stores, in which is the serious problem of keeping the tanks at a suitable temperature so to be able to convey the fuel oil from a tank to another for consumption.
