Die bekannten, gattungsgemäß vorausgesetzten Vorrichtungen sind so ausgebildet, daß an einem Grundkörper ein im Querschnitt etwa trogförmiges Band aus Federstahl angenietet ist, wobei in den beiden abstehenden Halteschenkeln Bohrungen für die Stange ausgebildet sind. Die Halteschenkel weisen etwa einen Winkel von 45° zu dem mit dem Grundkörper vernieteten Teil des Federstahlbandes auf. Infolgedessen kann die Vorrichtung relativ zu der durch die Bohrungen geführten Stange verschoben werden, wenn die federnden Halteschenkel durch Fingerdruck in eine zueinander etwa parallele Lage gegeneinander gedrückt werden, da hierdurch die Klemmwirkung der Halteschenkel aufgehoben wird. Beim Loslassen der federnden Halteschenkel verklemmt sich die Stange aufgrund der Spannkraft der federnden Halteschenkel. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil dieser bekannten Vorrichtung liegt in der Verwendung eines Federstahlbandes. Dieses muß bei der Herstellung gestanzt, gebogen und anschließend gehärtet werden. Die Gefahr von Ausschuß ist hierbei sehr groß. Eine notwendige Korrosionsschutz-Oberflächenbehandlung muß durch mechanisches Verzinken erfolgen, da ein Feuerverzinken die Federeigenschaften negativ beeinflussen würde. Dieses mechanische Verzinken ist sehr aufwendig und wenig dauerhaft. In aggressiver Umgebung, z.B. in der chlorhaltigen Atmosphäre von Schwimmbädern, unterliegt der Federstahl einer Korrosion, insbesondere durch Wasserstoffversprödung und interkristalline Korrosion. Hierdurch ist die geforderte Haltbarkeit nicht über wünschenswert lange Zeiträume gewährleistet. Im Falle mechanischer Erschütterungen, insbesondere länger anhaltender Schwingungen, kann es zu einem Lösen der Vorrichtung auf der Stange kommen. Bei lokalen Erhitzungen, insbesondere im Brandfall, können sich die Federeigenschaften grundsätzlich verändern, so daß es auch in diesem Fall zu einer gravierenden Beeinträchtigung der Halterung der Vorrichtung auf der Stange kommen kann. Claims (14)

1. 6. Apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that a locking recess (19) is formed in the control arm (16) for positive engagement with the locking nose (18).
7. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping lever (2) is pivotably supported in a recess (14) of the basic body (1).
8. Apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the width (f) of the clamping arm (13) slightly exceeds the width (e) of the recess (14).
9. Apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that the width (c) of the control arm (16) is slightly smaller than the width (e) of the recess (14).
10. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the basic body (1) and/or the clamping lever (2) consist of steel sheet.
11. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that a tip (22") punched out and bent off to protrude about perpendicularly from the basic body (1) is arranged at the latter's lower end for being preset in a wood lath.
