Claims (8)
- Künstlicher Stiel für entkerntes Obst oder eßbare Teile, welcher während des Verzehrs von der Frucht oder den eßbaren Teilen lösbar ist, mit:. einem ersten Ende in Form eines vorkragenden Anschlags (2) mit einer Anschlagsfläche (3), an der ein Ende der Frucht oder des eßbaren Teils selbsthaltend anliegt,. einem zweiten, zum Angreifen dienenden Ende, das gegenüber dem ersten liegt,. einem in bezug auf den künstlichen Stielkörper auskragenden Zwischenstück,. einem Halteteil (6), dessen Länge der Größe des zu haltenden eßbaren Teils entspricht, wobei das Halteteil durch eine flache Frontfläche (5) und die ihr gegenüberliegende Anschlagfläche (3) begrenzt ist, zwischen denen das aufgesteckte, eßbare Teil durch den künstlichen Stiel gehalten ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der künstliche Stiel einstückig in Form eines Schaftes (1) verwirklicht ist mit einem ersten Endabschnitt in Form einer transversalen Ebene mit einer am Schaft ausgebildeten Anschlagfläche (3) und mit einem zweiten fadenförmig ausgebildeten Griffstück, welches die Frucht oder das eßbare Teil durch und durch durchdringt, und daß der künstliche Stiel zwischen dem Halteteil (6) und dem zweiten fadenförmig ausgebildeten Griffstück einen festen konvergenten vorkragenden Ansatz aufweist, der am Stielkörper (1) ausgegildet ist, und am hinteren Ende gegenüber dem ersten Endstück durch eine flache, der Anschlagfläche (3) zugewandte Frontfläche (5) begrenzt ist, wobei sich der konvergente Ansatz von der flachen Frontfläche (5) in Richtung des zweiten Griffstücks verjüngt, bis er stetig in den Stielkörper übergeht.
- Künstlicher Stiel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feste, vorkragende konvergente Anzatz konisch ausgebildet ist, wobei seine Rückfläche gleich der flachen Frontseite (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Künstlicher Stiel nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorkragende Anschlag (2) eine am Ende des Stiels (1) ausgebildete Querscheibe ist.
- Künstlicher Stiel nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er durch Zerteilen einer Längsfolge von künstlichen Stielen, die jeweils mit gleicher Materiallänge ausgebildet sind, vereinzelt ist.
- Künstlicher Stiel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einem für Nahrungsmittel geeigneten Kunststoff besteht.
- Künstlicher Stiel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er durch Extrudieren hergestellt ist.
- Künstlicher Stiel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er durch Gießen hergestellt ist.
- Eßbares Produkt versehen mit einem künstlichen Stiel nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
